Cute but not perfect. I love the leather and the overall look is okay, but these shoes are narrow. I just got them and will send them back. I do love shopping at Zappos though. These guys are great.

Not my kinda shoe - The whole thong thing in this shoe is a thong gone wrong. There is not enough space for the ball of the foot to slide under the darn thing, no matter how I adjusted the straps. I have normal sized, slightly narrow 7.5 feet and these shoes were not at all attractive or considerable. I tried them in red, and just had to send them back.

Perfect shoe for my hallux rigidus! (Arthritis of the great toe that causes a large bump on top of the foot.) I wore Danskos for years and had to give them up last year because my arthritis "bump" was too large. This "Phoebe" lets me wear Danskos again! Yay!!

Disappointed - The Chaco Switch is great looking sandal and the fit is nice and tight which would give you the feeling that the sandal would hold on to your while walking. I felt that I need to constantly curl my toes so as to not loose the sandal. The arch support is great. If the foot bed to this sandal wasn't slippery I think it would make the world of difference.

Looks great, but too tight - I bought a pair of these in size 10 from another source because Zappos didn't have the brown (parfait) ones in my size. They look great and would probably be comfortable - IF I could get them on. The depth under the thong is too tight to do more than get my big toe under it. I wish they fit, because they look great. The length is right, so I don't want to buy a larger size.

I love my new sandals. I have bad feet and am so excited that I can wear these sandals and be comfortable and steel in style.

Disappointed - I have 4 other pairs of Chaco sandals and this style is the first one that's very disappointing to me. I wore them only one day on a recent trip to AZ and developed blisters between my toes and along the fabric strap line. Two weeks later, I still have the remnants of healing from the ribbon area. I love the look of the shoe and hopefully, this is just a break in period but I couldn't wear them after the first day. I love Chaco sandals but this one just didn't work for me. I really don't know what caused the problem as I have pretty normal feet and no issues with other Chaco or Keen sandals.

Awesome look - The shoes have such a cool, unusual look to them. I am a little disappointed in the footbed. There is not much cushioning between the ball of my foot and the ground. They do not have the same thick sole as my other Chaco’s.

Cute but painful - I was really excited to find a pair of good-to-your-feet flip flops, and while the footbed is great, the canvas side of the strap cuts into the top of the feet. I now wish that I had ordered the all leather style.

Chaco Switch - Cute flip flops! However they ran too small overall. I am all about comfort as I own Keen, Cole Haan, and Pliners amongst others, but these disappointed. I was so looking forward to the brown color. Ordered them in black as well and they also did not fit well. Love Zappos easy to use service!!! They make it pain free and too easy to shop for shoes which can be bad on the wallet!

I was really excited about these, but when they arrived, they did not fit at all. The sole is short for a 7 and top part was way too tight. I exchanged it for an 8, at which point the sole was plenty long, but the top was still too tight. I wear a 7 in everything else, including other Chaco flips. I was very sad they did not work out.

Cute, but not a great fit. I am always a 10B, no matter what the shoe. I tried these on and they were too short and too narrow. Let me warn you that I am 5 months pregnant, but the other sandals/shoes that I normally wear seem to fit fine, as well as the other flips I ordered from Zappos. Strange, as they seem to fit everyone else perfectly.
