Yes, this is my favorite sandal. I have worn Birkenstocks for years and decided to try another Brand. I own Mephisto shoes and always felt they are superior to other brands. I purchased the Mephisto Zonder first and they are much better than the Birkenstock. I looked at the Mephisto Zack and decided also to purchase this model. I have problems with my feet and walking in general due to a car accident and wear sandals almost all year. When the Zach arrived I noticed the sole was much thicker and sort of cantered. When I put them on they are the most comfortable sandal I ever owned. They make walking much easier. I looked at the sizing chart for 9.5 wide and they suggested a 42 which was true to size. The leather on this sandal is much superior than the Birkenstocks. The sandal needed no brake in time and upon arrival I wore them on vacation with no problem. I still wear Birkenstock for knocking around the house, but if I am going out or walking any distance I change to this sandal. They are more expensive than the Birkenstocks, but they are definately worth the difference in price.

I wear a 10 1/2 regular shoe. Zappos recommended size 45 (11) but I opted for 44. The 44 was a perfect fit.

Bought these for my husband who has a very wide foot and high arch. They were adjustable to fit his foot and he loves them.

My husband really likes these. It’s a good looking sandal and the third strap makes it more secure on his feet.

Without question, these are the most comfortable sandals I have owned. And they remain solidly on my foot, thanks to the third strap. I have been a Mephisto customer for 35 years. They are still the best.

This is an outstanding sandal. I had a middle toe injury and had to use surgical open toe shoe, I ordered this sandal, doctor approved it without concerns, and I can walk in style. So comfortable, I will be using it a long time after medical needed. Quality and comfort deserve the high price you have to pay.

I wear a 10.5 W and got size 44 which fit great. The insole conforms to foot shape very well, the leathers are top quality. The insole is leather which smooths up after a few wears, I can't wear anything with rubber insoles due to sweaty feet. I have tried every mens leather sandal on the market and these are the best!

Love everything about this shoe. It has lasted a long time and looks great.

I bought these for my husband and he loved them. Was Able to adjust to a perfect fit. He had a different style Mephisto sandal that he wore until they fell apart. I threw out when we moved. He was wearing a different type and they were not safe and uncomfortable. So, looked for them online at Zappos. He’s happy now. Thanks for the quick arrival.

These are by far the most comfortable sandal I've ever worn!!! I used to like Clarks until they stopped making them, then I discovered these, and they are even more comfortable! They are certainly better than Birkenstocks.

Wonderful sandals. Could not be more comfortable. Width is adjustable. Run a bit large, I had to order one size down.

Comfort and Style - The Zach really is the perfect sandal. Great arch support, and with the adjustable straps, you won't have a problem with them flying off your feet like so many slides. I could never find a Birkenstock footbed that was right for me. With Mephisto I found the same comfort and just the right fit. I wear a size 10.5 to 11 in most brands, and the 44s were perfect. The price is very reasonable when you see the quality of the craftsmanship. They really will last for years.

Supportive and as always Mephisto high quality. The straps have sharp edges, will be a long break in period. Prefer my Mephisto Sharks which have padded backing on the straps and require no break in period.

I have had these sandals before and I put them on and walked on. The leather on these was rough and hurt my feet. It would have taken me some time to wear that down. They are amazing shoes but they have compromised the leather. I am so sorry to have to return them.

As this is my fifth pair of Mephisto Zachs, I obviously like them a LOT. They are a superior sandal for my messed up feet.

Fabulous sandal. No break in period, ready to go right out of the box. My tenth pair of Mephisto shoes. Fine craftsmanship at a great price. Highly recommend.

No break in required. Nice sandal, just seems about 1/2 size larger than I was expecting.

A great second pair! I bought these as my "second pair" of Mephisto sandals. I own the Shark, which is more of an athletic, all-terrain, and I wanted something that would be still as nice looking, but also with the comfort of a slip on. These are perfect. Comfortable, strong, well made, with the most interesting form of the sole; sloping perfectly with the foot. Much less money than the Shark, and a perfect complement to it. Enjoy!

Worth every penny. The most comfortable shoe/sandal I ever owned. It is well made and can take serious abuse. The first pair has just been replaced by the exact same model after 14 years of near everyday use.
