I don't fish; I bought these to wear for other outdoor activities, bicycling and paddling. I wanted long sleeves to keep the sun off and the light, quick-drying fabric. UPF protection means I don't have to smear sunblock on myself. The enormous ventilation panel is great. Also, I've become addicted to pockets, and these are nice and large. As to fit, I measured myself and chose Medium, and the collar is just right, but everything else is a little large. Maybe that's the "relaxed fit." Still, with the sleeves buttoned I can still get my hands in and out. One thing that frustrated me a little was that some of the button-holes were very tight and had to be broken in a little.

Love the breathable fabric and colors available. I usually wear a large but in this shirt I wear a medium because it does run a little big.

This shirt is very functional for all activities. Seems to be constructed very well. A good purchase for the money.

I love these shirts. They look great, are super comfy, really do keep you cooler, & dry quickly.

I like all the pockets and the fact the shirt repels stains.

Great for protection from the sun... takes some getting used to so your not so hot, but they do keep you pretty comfortable in the extreme heat.

This is the fourth long sleeve shirt that I've bought from Columbia. I love the way it fits me and also love the upkeep; easy to wash and no ironing.

Great shirt! The pockets have tons of space to hold lure containers for flys or smaller lures. Velcro strap is great for holding your license for states that require you to have it showing while fishing. Vented back flap keeps you cool in the heat as well as roll up sleeves with button strap and loop feature was a nice touch. I like that it keeps you cool even if sleeves are down in hot sun. Doesnt hold moisture and dries in minutes. Wore this shirt on the lake last weekend in 90 degree heat and was comfortable. Love the vivid blue color and even got compliments from other people on this shirt. Liked the fit/feel so much I ordered two more colors when I got home.

I have a couple of these and I always wear them when fishing. Took my dad out he saw mine and asked so I decided to get him one for his birthday and he love it. Shipping was quick and got here sooner than expected. The only thing I dislike about the shirt is that it runs a little big, but other than that its phenomenal.

I have always been between a 40 and 42. Most manufacturers don't have 41 size shirts (or 35 waist pants). I bought this in Gulf Stream and the M works. A L would be too big. I wear it for mowing. Light enough not to get hot and protects me from the sun.

This is a great shirt with large pockets. It's versatile: All buttoned up it's wind resistant on a cold day while on hot days I can roll up the sleeves and open up the front letting air move around while at the same time protecting my shoulders from the sun. Then it rains and water actually beads and runs off the fabric. I've never owned a better shirt for outdoors.

Great for any time of the year but especially when its hot. Comfortable, lightweight, breathable, UV sun protection and on top of all that, looks great. Can wear while out fishing or for a night on the town with friends. A great choice no matter what the occasion.

I found this shirt at a sporting goods store while looking for something to wear to a Marshall Basketball game (we are heading to the NCAA TODAY for the first time in 31 years, GO HERD!) anyways, it was so sharp I had to try it on! Even though it was a men's shirt and a size medium, I LOVED IT. So, I ordered three more! This shirt looks great with leggings, jeans and I can't wait until it's time to go for Spring hikes if it would ever stop snowing. I am a size 8-10 & it's great! I get a TON of compliments!
