Really like the way the shoe looks and the rubbery sole is very comfortable for walking. The shoe fits wide but still stays on my foot. The bad part is the top stitching all around the opening of the shoe causes a sharpness that makes blisters on the back of my foot and red marks in the front. I always wear bandaids if planning to wear this shoe for very long. It\'s too bad because the style is very nice.

The luggage tan is a lovely color and the overall look IS a good hybrid between ballet flat and driving shoe. However, I think this style really only works with leggings\/skinny jeans and those are just one part of my wardrobe. Too, my feet are average width at the heel and wide at the front and the first few times I wore these they definitely pinched badly at the top. They seem to be stretching though.

I'm not really impressed by these shoes - they fit loosely (I'd say order a 1/2 size down) and they feel kind of cheap. Too bad I had to wear them once to figure that out - otherwise I would have returned them.

Ouch! The stitching on the inside of the right shoe had a rough spot on the inside, inner heel area. Very uncomfortable just trying them on; would have rubbed a blister & torn the skin for sure. I ordered my normal size, but it was a 1/2 size too big. Otherwise, very cute shoe. Like a slipper with grips on the bottom. Would have been very comfortable if not for that stitching. Disappointing for Michael Kors & for the price!

Cute, but poor quality - Unfortunately, this shoe is poorly constructed and not good quality for the price. I was VERY disappointed that after two weeks of wearing these, the seam on the right toe ripped and the leather on the toe was already looking worn. A cute shoe, but I see now that other reviewers have had this same complaint. The leather was stiff at first, but seemed to soften up. Zappos has A+++ customer service though and they've really taken care of me and gave me free expedited shipping on the replacement.

Cute, but... Love this shoe. But I have a hole in the toe of one shoe. Did not last long and I am disappointed in that. Other reviewer had the same problem, but I am unable to exchange mine. Oh well!!!!

Cute ballet flat - This is a fun ballet flat, but with a twist. The bottom is kind of like driving mocs. I only gave the overall 3 stars because I had to exchange my first pair. The seam by the toe started coming apart, but Zappos was kind enough to replace them! I'm happy with them. I probably got a bum shoe on the first round.

Gillian Flat - Wow, Zappos' delivery is amazing -- I ordered yesterday and the shoes arrived today. I ordered two pairs in my usual size 7.5 - in fatigue suede and tobacco suede; the colors are lovely btw. Unfortunately, the shoe runs a half size larger than marked. The shoe is wide and the sides gape open when I walk around, and the tobacco suede pair has some kind of wrinkling around the front, inner side of the left shoe -- the suede there seems harder from the rest of the shoe. I really like the "cushion" provided by the rubber sole -- it feels great when you walk around. Unfortunately, I don't think I will keep this shoe; the front is too shallow for the front of my feet -- it hurts where the front of my feet meets the curve of the shoe (probably because I have thick/high arches). It also makes my feet look broader. Still, it is a comfortable well cushioned shoe for a ballet flat, and I think would be great for most people.

I fell in love with this brand when I discovered a grey pair of suede flats in a store and I felt like I was walking on pillows. These shoes are no exception in the comfort department and I can easily walk in them all day without any problems! However, the design is flawed, because at the tip of the shoe there is no sole or support and when you walk the tip rubs against the pavement and as a result there is a hole and I can no longer wear them after only 4 months! For this brand and price I would have expected more and I am hesitant to order again, because these shoes will not last.

Very poor circulation, meaning these shoes will only last you a couple months before they need to be thrown away. Don't walk too much in them either or it will hurt your arches.

Cute design, but the quality hasn't held up. After six months of intermittent wear, the leather has stretched a great deal and the shoe is loose even with added insoles and heel grips. Worse yet, the sole has separated from the shoe at the front, which really ticks me off.

Great looking shoe & color. Just what I was looking for. But, even though I used to wear a narrow width which is very difficult to find these days, many med. width shoes work with an insert. This one, however, is very wide and appears even more fragile than I anticipated. Sorry I have to return it.

I'm normally and 8 1/2 - 9. I bought these in an 8 1/2 and they were far too big and the bottoms have really pronounced rubber ridges that make a loud squeaking sound. I think even if they had fit, the heel might have rubbed because the leather isn't very flexible.

I have had the same problem as everyone else with quality! These shoes look great, but I have worn them less than 10 times (to meetings, not serious walking!) and they now have a hole in the seam at the front right toe (not even the big toe, in the middle). So disappointed!

These are gorgeous flats. Incorporating a driver sole into a ballerina is amazing. I hate how difficult it is to find simple flats without a pancake heel or wedge. However, these are poorly constructed. Mine developed holes in them within 2 months. I was crushed. Also, these are very wide, and run a bit larger than marked.

Shoe is very cute and fit was OK, but developed a hole in the leather on the bottom of the shoe (just underneath the toe area) after wearing only a few times. Very poor design - no protection from the ground. Cute but won't last you very long.

Oh dear...I wanted to keep these shoes...They are really cute....BUT, they are NOT comfortable. I had read the reviews and purchased a half-size smaller than I usually do - in black leather. Mistake -- too small! They LOOK great, but the leather is not soft at all and they really hurt my feet. I have returned them with ease -- thanks to Zappos -- and have purchased a black Ugg Vacay pair which are fabulous, like slippers. I think they might be better in suede, but they are out of my size.

Comes apart at seams - I've had this shoe for three weeks, worn it maybe 10 times, and the seams are splitting. The price is a lot to pay for a shoe that falls apart after a few weeks. High priced and poorly made.

Cute shoe, but not for my foot - Cut too low for my bunion. Too bad because it is a cute flat.

Comfy, but didn't last long - I've owned these shoes for only two weeks and they've already ripped at the seams. I'm really disappointed because I really loved how they were comfortable and looked good.

Poor Stitching - I was so upset that the stitching on these shoes came undone shortly (one week) after purchasing. They are cute and comfy, but poor quality. If they were a lot cheaper, I would expect the quality to be a crapshoot, but for the price, they should not fall apart so easily.

Poor Quality - I wore the shoes a few times and the stitching around the bottom seams came apart. The quality is very poor. I do not recommend this shoe.

expected better - Yes- comfortable... however "extra MK lip" on back makes foot look a size bigger and low cut makes foot also look wide. I wear a 7.5. Looks OK with jeans, but not flattering for shorts or skirts.

I purchased 2 pairs of these SKU 728788, black and gold, to take on a trip for walking. While in Panama, Central America the side of both shoes became unglued only after use for 2 weeks. Poorly glued. Not one but both pairs. Sally Anna Sargent Check your files.
