Don't get it twisted, Irish Setter boots made by Red Wing Shoes USED to make quality union made boots in the USA for blue collar workers. They have since moved production to China. These, made in China on the tongue boots are awful. I had to put band aids on my heels to finish the first day of work due to the hard plastic non conforming heel cup. Hot spots all over my feet. I never had these problems before. Now that they are used I can no longer be return to Zappos. I can't believe I was duped into paying pricey dollar boots that probably cost less dollars to make. Never again! Wish I could give 0 stars!

These are by far the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever owned. I wear them 10-14 hours per day doing carpentry work. I've tried just about every brand out there and will stick with these for life! They are so comfortable I even wear them when not working over a pair of sneakers.

WOW! Finally a boot that is comfy, well made, and stylish. It is everything I was looking for in my search of 8 different pair. Some were too baggy around the ankle, some looked cheap, some had a wide shaft, etc. This fits like a glove. Only problem...I am a size 9 and in this, I finally ended up with a 7.5. This is definitely not true to size.

Got these boots for my son, who loves them! Couldn't find his size in local stores, so bought from Zappos instead!

These have been the best boots I've had in a long time. So comfortable, such a good looking shoe.

Most comfortable work boot I've owned. I'm an electrician and this boot has held up great against the rigors of the job site. The only downside for me is that they are not made in America. That could be a deal breaker next time I purchase a work boot.

You will not find a more comfortable boot; however, this boot will not stand up to construction abuse. (Yes, I know a lot of construction workers wear this boot.) This boot is meant for hunting. I work construction and went through two pairs in under 6 months, no joke (under warranty). Soles peel away and toe stitching tears out. That said I still own a pair for work around the house and just wearing out. They are after all the most comfortable boot I have ever owned.

I wear 10.5 W( aka EE or 2E). This show looked very nice out the box, but is lighter than the picture in the product description, which was a positive thing for me. The width is perfect and the boots are very comfortable and warm. I had several compliments from various friends and family so its style is noticeable. I highly recommend it.

These are comfortable, functional, and have the classic look I like. They're perfectly serviceable hiking boots, if a little heavy. I've worn them tromping around three states in all kinds of weather, and they're great.

Loved these boots, sadly the middle and heel of these beautiful boots is too wide.

Love the boot for framing work but tough break in period

The size guide recommended an 11 (based on Nike running shoes) which is about a half size too large for me, but it’s workable. I don’t think I could have gone down to a 10 1/2. They’re well built, I’m a tradesman so if I get a year out of them I’ll be happy.

The size 10 1/2 boots were too short for my feet, and I returned them. I had also ordered a pair of size 11 of the same boot, and I kept that pair. I think the size runs a little small.

bought these boots for early fall bird hunting but they are so comfortable I end up wearing them all the time for other activities

I have purchased at least 12 pairs over the years and will continue. Great support for the longs days I put in.
