These shoes are very comfortable, however, since the heel is leather covered, I stepped in a crack in the sidewale and ruined them the first day I wore them. I would not purchase them again.

I love this pair of shoes. They are beautiful and very comfortable.

Cute shoes but no cushion or support and worst of all, terrible tightness in the toe box. The shoes fit true-to-size but something was desperately off. Sadly, I returned them.

I got these Kate Spade (Karolina) shoes in size 6 and they fit me perfectly! Pretty to look at and very comfortable for walking around the office. I just wish these covered my toes entirely. I bought similar pumps from Cole Haan (Violet) but had to return, true size 6 but too narrow. I plan to buy another pair of Karolina shoes in a different color.

Fabulous shoe! I have these in black patent and I loved them so much I had to have them in another color (camel). They are the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. Classic shoe! You will love these!

As always, the Kate Spade Karolinas are beautiful and about as comfortable as high-heel pumps get. My foot is slightly large for an 8, a bit too small for an 8.5 -- but I find with these shoes that the 8 stretches out just enough after a few wears to be perfect. The cut of the shoe is very elegant, and the camel color is super-versatile (but not quite the same as the super-popular nude shoes I see everywhere).

Gorgeous and well made, but too high for me. If you love "high heels", get these. True to size.

Love this shoe. Wore it all day yesterday 8am-9pm and was totally comfy. Never once thought about my feet hurting. Kate Spade's shoes are usually comfortable, but this is by far my best pair. Love the camel color. Elongates the leg. Super sexy while classic all at the same time. Goes with everything. I am usually an 8.5-9 in heels and the 8.5 is perfect.

Lovely color and style. I typically wear an 8.5 in pumps but will go up a half size if I plan to go bare legged. These ended being but too large. Will try my "true size."

The Karolina was very nice. I ordered a W since I have bunions. They felt and looked great. But they were a lot more expensive than the Cole Haan Violet Air 90 pumps and they looked pretty similar. They did not feel as cushioned as the Cole Haan. So for the same look, slight worse off comfort and a bit more than the Air 90, I choose the Air 90.

I love this shoe. It is comfortable, but I still use gel insoles for extra comfort. They make your legs look fabulous and they are just a classy looking shoe. I own 3 pair and counting.

You would be crazy not to buy these shoes. Let me start off by saying that I have over a dozen of Kate Spade Karolina, and only Karolinas. Weddings, parties, girls’ night out, work - I have not found one occasion I couldn't wear these shoes. I travel around the world for work, and these shoes are dependable as can be. Hills, pavements, slippery floors, etc - the shoes are stable and comfortable as always. The only thing I would complain about it is that Kate Spade never holds the same colors for more than a season, so if you are in love with a certain color of the Karolina (for me, it was the silver satin), you better buy a few pairs because they will never release that same color/texture again. And the other thing is, probably due to the fact that I wear these shoes 8+ hours every day, after work, and weekends I find myself having to replace a new pair every year. But in terms of the money you can save from foot massages. This shoe is worth every penny.

I purchased the black satin and blush patent for a string of weddings I have to attend this fall. I only kept the black satin as the blush patent did not match my skin tone. I was not disappointed. They are flattering and comfortable. I have worn them for multiple nights, over six hours each time, and I have not had any problems whatsoever. I was concerned with the heel height, as I do not normally wear anything but flats, but those concerns proved to be unfounded. They have been great!

I love these shoes. I've done a lot of walking on city pavement while wearing them and have been pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they are even though they don't have any platform or padding to cushion the impact. They have a pretty, classic look and go equally well with skirts and pants.

With the quest for the nude pump at an all time high (thank you Duchess of Cambridge) this shoe in the pale blush patent is perfect. I loved the color and the style. Unfortunately I will have to return this shoe as I found that the shoe ran true to size (usually I have to order half a size up in Kate Spade). If you are trying to decide between two sizes my bet would be on the smaller size for this particular shoe.

Granted, I don't own a pair of Choo's or Blahnik's...but these are the most comfortable heels I have even owned. I bought the camel color and they go with everything. Period. Everything. I have wider feet since giving birth and these pumps have a wider toe box that give my feet more room. I love these shoes.

These are by far my favorite Kate Spade shoes ever! The Karolina shoes are so comfortable, have a great heel, true to size and last forever. I have them in nude & black patent. If they came out in Red or Pink, I'd have those too!

This is my second pair of Karolina by Kate Spade pumps. I have had a chance to wear my first pair of several months now and I just love them. They are comfortable and oh so classy. Fit is true to size.

A little too small, I'm a pretty solid 6.5 but these were a bit too tight. Also, a bit of side toe cleavage showed in a way I found unattractive. Not worth the price compared to others I ordered at the same time but seemed well made.

Heel snapped in half - I absolutely loved these shoes...until I wore them a few weeks after I brought them to a conference. As I was moving around pretty fast, the heel snapped in half. In my many years of conferences, I have never had this happen to me. Up until this pair, I purchased Jessica Simpson shoes (which have lasted me forever), but really liked the look of these. Unfortunately, I don't think I will ever go Kate Spade New York again. I wish I could get my money back that I spent on them. But really, I think I'm just lucky I didn't break my ankle.

What a great color these pumps are. They are perfect with grey, pinks, black, and any neutral color that you wear to work. Comfortable to the max! I bought them in black too. Kate Spade shoes are feminine and the perfect heel height. Whether daily business heals or dressy glamorous shoes for night, Kate Spade shoes are the complement to any women's wardrobe.

The perfect classic pump. Amazingly, it fits as well as it looks. True to size, true to width, excellent arch support. My problem with pumps is that my heels are narrow and slip out whenever I take a step. This did not happen with the Karolina's whether or not I wore hose with them. Way more than I would normally spend on a shoe, but worth it because I'll wear them a lot so the cost per wear is low. Zappos was amazing as usual. Why buy from anywhere else?
