Hard soles. Clunky, uncomfortable. Rubs outside of my ankle. Shoe laces loosen so foot rubs up and down on heel.

The boot is a well made. The front of the boot seems to be wide. It doesn't give you a snug feel. I don't have a wide foot. I like the boot dispite the loose feel up front.

In 2 weeks fell apart completely

In general, these haves been a comfortable capable shoe. However, after about 13 months, the upper lace eyelet/strap broke. A little disappointing considering I wear these primarily to my engineer desk job so not exactly heavy use. Might be able to repair with a strap and some sewing.

high quality, great fit, very comfortable. Only thing I would do to improve might be to give sole more flexing ability and maybe a softer rubber sole. Otherwise a very nice shoe!

All my keen shoes are 9.5, but this one turned out too big. Heel is not snug and pulls out.

Enjoy for level hikes. Comfortable with good arch support.

These are good for wider feet. The laces are placed far apart so you can't pull them very tight. Other than that I love them. Keeps are the best!

This is the only shoes I wear....so they get alot of use and i have a high arch issue and these shoes accommodate for that very well. I recently used the one year warranty because of delamination and warranty was easily maneuver with customer service with a quick turnaround

Excellent product

I've had these for about a year or so, and end up wearing them most days in a variety of settings. They are pretty stiff and took longer than any shoe I've had to break in. I've been in the military 23 years, so I've broken in a lot of shoes so far in my life. They hold up to the standard of, if they are waterproof, they don't breathe well. I feel it's a bit overkill for such a low-proof shoe, and they have my feet sweeting pretty quickly into wear regardless of the socks. Seeing the amount of water, snow, mud, etc that get into the shoe, I'd rather it be more breathable than having 2" of waterproof shoe. Beyond that, the only issue is that one of my laces came apart recently, with the outer decorative cord breaking off completely about 12" in. I came here for potential replacement options--and potential warranty info, which the chat told me to go to the retailer I got it from and that's not happening because it was a military base over 1,500 miles from me right now. Very limited option here on the Keen website, so maybe I'll find some more durable elsewhere. Overall, a pretty good hiking shoe that works for those with more adventurous day uses, but a bit pricey for you get in a shoe made in a cheaper manufacturing country like Thailand (which is where they are made). Just don't believe they are very breathable.

Love these shoes, this is my third pair. I wear them everyday. I get around two year from them. Wont buy anything else.
