I've worn Keens for about the last 20 years. For me, they fit great and are comfortable right out of the box.

I'm writing this review 14 months into owning them. I like the style and comfortability of these shoes. The upper is made very well and I have not had an issue with it on either shoe. The insole is starting to deteriorate which I can expect from this point in time and is easily replaceable. However, the outer soles on the bottom of each shoe have started to separate from the sides and heel. One of the heels' outer sole is completely detached and is not wearable anymore. I would expect a better lifespan, at least 3 years, for this price point. I wear this shoe 4 days a week for at least 13 hours 70% on tile floor 30% on pavement just walking and sitting in. I think this is a manufacturing defect, (possibly with the type of glue or lack of glue), as others have stated in their reviews. Fix the soles and this would be 5-star shoe easily!

So comfortable... no break in needed

Good quality shoes. They seem to be a little bit on the narrow side even with ordering them in wide. I recommend them but wish they were just a bit cheaper.

Great shoes

I have at least 6 pairs of other boots from keen great boots - however this the Second pair of boots I have to return within 2 weeks due to stitching problems -

They fit and feel great. I walk 2 miles a day in them.

I've been in Keen hiking boots and shoes for 8 years. My only complaint is the sole does not stay attached to the shoe. The multi-layered rubber (the black part) breaks free from the base layer. Also, 1/2 sizes all the way up would be nice. 12 is too small, 13 is too big. The shoe runs wide. These shoes are 2 years old; soles started separating soon after the one-year mark. I have reglued and separated again.

Hot garbage. It's hard to find good wide shoes/boots and these were recommended to me by a friend. Should have read the reviews here first. Shoes lasted about a month before the soles started falling apart and de-laminating. Would not recommend. I'd be willing to try the new version but they don't make them in wide black which is ridiculous.

This is my 7th or 8th pair of these shoes. Ive been wearing keens for over 20 years. It started with the Newport sandals and Im on like my 30th or more pairs of keens in some style or another! My only complaint is I wear them so much Im constantly buying a new pair! Also Id love a couple stickers!

I love that Keen has a wide toe box. It makes all the difference in the world.

This is probably the first pair of shoes that have truly felt comfortable to me. I will admit that the heel ran a tad big, but tying my laces ever so slightly different actually fixed that right up! (Heel lock knot/runners lock). I am someone who is on their feet all day, everyday. I will most definitely be getting more products from Keen in the future.

Sent me the wrong shoe color. Wanted the light tan and received the dark olive color.

Love these shoes. You can easily tell they are made with quality materials.

Had the high top version climbed/guided on over 40 14ers in them. Bought the low cut version very satisfied

Unfortunately I found them cheaper about $35.00 cheaper than I paid for them from Keen.

This is my third pair. I like their appearance, versatility and comfort. I walk about 35 miles a week and these shoes are comfortable for 7-9 months. Afterwards the soft outer sole gets worn down especially around the heal area and the interior of upper around the heal area breaks down. I really wish Keen would utilize lining and sole material that is more durable or easier to repair. Not sure sustainability is a true priority.

Owned many Keens over the years. These shoes were absolute junk. Souls started separating around the one year mark in multiple places on both shoes...an obvious design or manufacturing flaw. Waited a bit too long to file a warranty claim and Keen would not stand behind their product. In the past, on another product they owned up to a design flaw and stood by their product. I guess things have changed. Done with Keen.

Fit is good and the shoes are very comfortable. My second or third pair of Keens. Keep on hiking!

I have purchased these twice and both times was the same result. Very comfortable shoe! Great traction on all terrain! Your foot stays dry all day long! Until the outer sole comes off about three months in and starts allowing water in! Its so aggravating both times I paid $165 for them and both times wore out very quickly its so close to being perfect but falls short! I still love them though!

Great shoes, they are comfortable right out of the box. These shoes look good too, I wear them hiking, to the store, even to a nice restaurant. they are a great all around shoe! Keen, the best shoe company bar none.

These are my third pair. I wear them all the time since they are great shoes for hiking, walking, yard work, etc.

When I opened the box I thought I had made a mistake in the purchase. But I decided to wear them to my job. They felt a bit odd. But when I got home and took them off I noted that my feet were not sore or tired. So I feel much better about the purchase. Can't wait to wear them on a hike.
