Great shoes - These fit great, have great arch support (I'm getting to where all I buy is Keens now, great cushioning and good looks. My feet k-i-l-l me at work, 12 hr. shifts on concrete. Finding shoes that get me thru the day with the least amount of misery is always a challenge. My only complaint is the laces loosen up too much and you lose your support, so I need to get a new pair of them. No biggie. I end up getting new laces with almost all the Keen shoes I've bought: great shoes, cheap laces.

Happy Tarheel Targhee Man - This is an all around great shoe. It is very comfortable, has great support, and is a great looking shoe as well. I love this shoe!

These are the most comfortable pair of dress shoes I have ever owned. The soft leather and comfortable sole required no break-in. They can be worn with anything from jeans to a dress suit. I spent more than I would typically spend but they are worth it. I have just ordered another pair of ECCOs and expect them to be just as comfortable and stylish.

Great shoe - This is a great shoe. I was looking for a comfortable waterproof shoe for daily wear during the Minnesota winter, which often involves walking through snow or slush, even if just going to or from the car. This shoe fit the bill perfectly. I ordered a half size larger as was recommended by many of your reviewers, which turned out to be just right. Zappos service was great. I will use this site from now on when ordering footwear.

Better than average shoe; good looking. I am size 11.5. The people at Zappos knew their business and recommended a half size larger. When I got them, they were a perfect fit, with a medium weight sock, and a perfect width at D medium width standard. I have only ever had one pair of shoes fit this well before, and that was a pair of sneakers when I was a child. The reason I put four stars in the look shouldn’t deter you from buying; it is me blaming myself for the wrong color combination. Service and delivery were great. Please understand that the rating I give are a bit off, because I bought the shoe larger based on customer service recommendation, and I'm glad I did.

Great shoe for the great outdoors! This is my second pair of Targhee II's, and this is the winter shoe for me! Waterproof-yes, comfortable-yes, great traction-yes! I bought a 1/2 size larger than I normally would, and the fit is perfect. Thanks Keen and thanks Zappos!

Great hiking and walking shoe - My husband says that these are the most comfortable shoes that he has ever worn. I bought a pair last year before going to NY; I wore them all over - they were the best!! Thanks Zappos.

Great shoe - Great shoe. Good support, good traction in snow. Looks of shoe grow on you. One problem may be a separation between the rubber sole edge and the leather. There is a 1 year factory warranty so this pair may be coming back. If, I'll try the same shoe hoping for a better sole. Great shipping and customer support from Zappos.

Love these shoes! I had a pair that I wore out and had tried substituting other waterproof shoes but had to come back and get these. Also, Zappos upgrading my shipping to express for free. I love this site as much as these shoes.

I finally have found a shoe where my toes don't feel cramped. I only wish I had them in 12.5.

Comfortable - I first tried these shoes on and they had a weird fit to them, like they were too tight. I decided to keep them and wore them for a day or 2 and now they fit amazingly well. The waterproof lining is excellent.

Nice shoes - The fit is a half size to full size too small as other reviews mention. Overall, this is a good shoe and worth the cost.

At its best off road - This shoe is at its best hiking on trails. It is still a good shoe for around town, but off road is where it really shines. Great stability and traction. It is truly an excellent hiking shoe. As others have noted the shoe will be a little too toasty in warm weather because it is water- resistant and doesn't allow your foot to "breathe" very much. Overall, I am very pleased with this shoe!

Great shoe! Great shoe for my husband who is an avid outdoorsmen. No flimsy shoes allowed around here! Comfort is great. I bought him a half size larger as the description said they run small and they fit great!

Overall very good shoe - This is one of the best built shoes I have ever owned. Overall comfort is good, my only complaints are that they are sized at least 1/2 size smaller than other shoes and that the shoes can be a bit "stuffy" in warm weather. With that said, I have worn them for more than 12 hours at work and have no significant complaints.

Great Shoe...watch the fit - I don't wear this shoe for hiking, I use it in construction. I feel I push this shoe to its limits, more so than a hiking trip. The first pair lasted me 2 years of everyday use and abuse with a lot of comfort. It was a no brainer to order a second pair, however this shoe seems a bit smaller than the same sized one I just wore out. My toes bang the front of the shoe and it's becoming irritating. I'm a 10 in all shoes I've ever worn in my adult life, my first pair of these were 10.5s because they run a bit small, I ordered 10.5s for the current pair and they seem smaller than the last pair. I've worn them now and can't return them. Not sure if I'll order these again, I've never worn an 11 my entire life.

Very comfortable shoe even on concrete all day. It has plenty of room in the toe box for a wide foot like mine. I also put the sorbathane insoles in as I always do.

I usually wear a 9.5, but I got a size 10 after talking to the order person. They fit great, are totally waterproof and perfect for my volunteer work leading hikes at my state park.

My left foot has two hammar toes, which require an extremely spacious toe box. Keen shoes are the only brand that allows adequate space both in terms of width and "height" allowing my very strange toes to be comfortable. These are no exception. Additionally the shoes tend to last almost forever.

Great hiker - I bought these just before going on a week long trip to the Smokies. At first I had to exchange for a larger size. They do seem to run a size small. After receiving the new size, I would say they took a few days to break in. Once broken in, these were the most comfortable hikers I have worn. No blisters, no soreness, and excellent traction, even walking downhill. Even more impressive is how dry they keep your feet. No sweaty feet! I even had a few slips off rocks and completely submerged my feet in some of the rivers there. Simply took the shoe off at the cabin and within a few hours, shoe was completely dry and looking like new.

Time will tell - I am very hard on my foot wear. The design seems to be good for my type of use. I like the way they fit and feel. If they last a year I will be completely satisfied.

Great shoes - These shoes are wonderful. I work for 8 hours on my feet and on cement floors. These are great. These shoes don't need broke in once you get them you will be ready to go...I love them.

Love My Keen Targhee II - suggest order 1/2 size larger - I have owned a pair of Keen sandals that I love! I was in search of a pair of shoes that would hold up to the daily use of outside work for both myself and my husband. I ordered a pair of Targhee IIs for each of us. I had ordered the same size Targhee as my Keen sandals, but realized that the Targhees ran a bit small and had to get the next size larger. Zappos has EXCELLENT customer service and quickly sent the replacement shoes - no hassle, no extra charge, and super speedy shipping. We both LOVE the shoes. They are comfortable from the moment you put them on and have held up to the demands of working outside. I like them so much I ordered another pair as non-working shoes! I would suggest to order 1/2 size larger than you normally would wear.
