Excellent basic, hard-working sneaker for narrow feet - Few companies seem to care about those of us with narrow feet; many brands aren't even available in narrows, much less a 9.5 narrow. Easy Spirit has consistently made their basic sneakers and walking shoes in narrows, and they make several durable, comfortable shoes suitable for work and play. This shoe has a genuinely narrow heel that hugs my foot without riding up and down as I walk, and offers the arch support and cushioning for a long day spent on my feet. As I work backstage in professional theatre, the availability of the shoe in all black meets my needs, perfectly. I bought two pairs at once!

Zappos is the way to go!!! I was very well pleased with my Zappos Easy Spirit order. I couldn't find the black shoe without driving a distance from my home and fighting the mall crowds. The shoe fits exactly like my old black Easy Spirits. I never had to break them in and my feet didn't hurt at all. Extremely pleased with the free overnight order. Awesome!

Love this shoe! As an on-my-feet-all-day veterinarian, I love the comfort and support of this shoe. I go through one pair a year but save my old ones for work outs, spares, etc. Hope they are never discontinued!

Great shoe - I am a nurse and love this shoe--I needed a new pair and went to Zappos and found it right away. Usually when I found something I like, I can't find it again. Not true with Zappos.

Repeat repeat customer - Just about the only shoe my wife has been wearing for the past five years. She made me order 2 pairs this time. Not that they don't last; she just wears them and wears them!

Color glitch - I ordered "sport white" thinking it was plain old white; instead it is a bit off-white. No worries, it looked fine - but the 10w was not true to size. After wearing the shoes for a week of hourly walks, I had a few blisters. Zappos came to the rescue allowing me to return them free of charge w/an express delivery for a 10w in "white". Same exact shoe except for color and it feels/functions wonderful. So - did the color make the difference? I can't say, but I CAN say I have never received better customer service anywhere. This is my 4th pair of jumpers by the way. Terrific walking shoe from an even better company. Thank you Zappos!

Jumper Overview - Having a problem with feet, the Jumper fits my needs very well.

Great walking shoe - I walk around 85 miles each month and this is my shoe of choice. It fits me well, is affordable, and doesn't wear out too soon.

Easy Spirit Jumper - I love this shoe. It's comfortable for wearing all day. Easy Spirit sneakers are my favorite sneakers, bar none.

Work shoes - I just love the easy spirit shoes… They are the only ones I can work in and I will not buy any other kind for work. I am glad that Zappos was there because when I went to the mall all I could find was white and I have to have black for work. Thanks so much...

Nice shoes, NOT WHITE. Very comfy, but NOT WHITE. These are a cream/tan/brownish shade and nothing I can credit as white.

I have a narrow foot but these are too snug through the toe and instep. They run true to size lengthwise, which I find isn't true for other Easy Spirit walking shoes which seem to run short.

My mom suffers from plantar fasciitis. For years, she has relied on Supreme by Soft Spots in Metaphor until the line was discontinued about 10 years ago. Since then, it's been a hit or miss with other sneaker brands in the market. I'm truly glad I found an alternate pair of comfortable everyday shoes for my mom based on positive comments posted by Zappos customers. The Easy Spirit Jumper is soft, light weight, and roomy in the toe box area, perfect for walking in her own words. The best part is, it also comes in wide widths other than the standard B at a modest price compared to Ecco. If there's a down side to Jumper, it's the lack of enough traction in the bottom sole. On rainy days, it gets bit slippery but other than that, it's a hit.

Too Stiff - The tongue was so stiff it cut into the top part of my ankle.

Easy Spirit Jumper - The shoe looks good and is well made. However, it was not as comfortable as I had anticipated; based on Easy Spirit shoes I have worn previously. The insole seems less cushioned.

Good Walking Shoes - These have been the best walking shoes for my long, narrow feet. (11 AAAAA in dress shoes) I wish they came a size narrower. I have to wear very thick socks and lace them all the way in order for them not to fall off my feet. Imagine what a wider pair of shoes would do!

I like the look of this model, but personally have found more comfort with the Romy's. The cut of this style is narrower and stiffer than Romy's and they are not as padded. I wish that the Romy's came in black.

Did not fit - I really loved the way the insoles felt, but the shoe did not fit my heel. It kept slipping, so I returned it and ordered a half size down. It too slipped on my heel. I even tried thicker socks.

Horrible Pain - I have worn Easy Spirit shoes for years but unfortunately, the style I've always purchased is no longer available. I have very arthritic, somewhat malformed feet (for lack of a better term) due to an auto accident in 1970, a bunion and Easy Spirit has always been wonderful. This style is nothing but misery for me. It's big enough, it's wide enough (I wear an 8.5 WW), it fits properly, but when I put it on my foot, the pain starts. Reebok and Nike do the same thing. I don't have to walk or even stand up in the shoe. After about 45 seconds I just know it has to come off one way or another. I'm at a loss as to what causes this and also at a loss as to what shoe to get now.
