Very Happy! I found these shoes at a department store and they did not have my size. I came home got on Zappos and there they were!! I ordered them on Monday they were at my door on Tuesday!! I will be ordering from Zappos from now on! Thanks Zappos!!

Great Shoe, but Broke Quickly! These shoes are great - very comfy and great looking! I had one problem with them - about a month after wearing one shoe ripped! Right at the part between the toes. I contacted Zappos, and they took care of it right away, refunding the money and even providing a coupon for the inconvenience. However, the shoes were so great I'm willing to try give them another shot, and I hope I just got a "lemon" pair!

I hope Volatile continues making this style Thong - Lightening FAST delivery...ordered on Friday and arrived on Monday...I am a ZAPPOS Girl NOW!! I had purchased this shoe from another online shoe 'store'...never again! TY!

Versatile, Comfy, Good height - I really like these flip-flops because of the height without the drop from heel to toe. I'm always searching for platforms of any kind, I'm short. These were comfortable right away and I can walk in them all day. The only reason I didn't give them five stars overall is because the straps are just a little loose and I have to make an effort to hold on to them. I would buy them again.

Great look - but hurts right foot! I normally wear a size 8 to 8-1/2, but ordered a size 9 based on the other reviews. They fit perfectly. After wearing for a couple of hours, the straps started to hurt my right foot only. I've tried to wear them a few times, and continue to have the same problem with the right shoe only - ? Putting a bandaid on top of my foot, under the strap helps tremendously. I hope they'll eventually break in. However, I will likely give Volatile another try as the shoes are otherwise very comfortable.

Comfy, but odd - I like these shoes overall. They are very cute on and smell of new tires (LOTS of mean rubber tread on the bottom). They do have great support for a wedge style flip-flop, but their straps make a blister on the top of my foot if I wear them to long… like 8 plus hrs. I think if your feet are sensitive, expect that. Also, their size was off by at least a half size.

I never would've bought these if I hadn't been able to whittle down the price a bit w/ Zappos' 110% price protection & a Zappos gift certificate...they're basically just a taller flip-flop, & I wouldn't ordinarily spend $40+ on a flip-flop. However, price aside, these shoes are pretty cute. They’re tall enough to add a few inches & make your legs look longer, but short enough to not look incredibly ridiculous, even when you're wearing them w/ shorts/a skirt. I ordinarily wear a 6.5 & got these in a 7 & the sizing was perfect.

Sexy style, but hard to walk in. I really like the style of the shoe; however, I have a hard time keeping my balance in them. I feel wobbly in them. Oh well, at least they make my leg look better than a flat flip flop.

Based on great reviews I tried these but they're kind of funny. I live in Hawaii and wear flip flops everyday, and these were uncomfortable. The straps pulled against my feet because of the weight of the footbed. They felt clunky. The size was correct and the traction was great and there was no ankle wobble for the height, but they're going back.

I bought this same style years ago and now my regular size 8 feels too small. I’m exchanging for the size 9

I have horrible knee and back issues and I thought I would never be able to find supportive sandals again until I found these. These platform flip flops have been lifesavers!! They feel more comfortable than sneakers I own. They are sturdy yet aren't hard on my feet, ankles, or back. They are a great height and are leveled well so I feel evenly balanced when walking, as some sandals make me feel like I may topple forward. There's no chaffing or blisters when wearing these straight out the box. Frappuccino Fabulousness!!

I love these shoes. I have a really hard time finding shoes right now. I've had achilles repair and bone spur removal surgery and I can't have any kind of a strap around my heel. I also can't wear flats or extreme high heels. I picked these because they would give me the extra height I need but the wedge design made it so there wasn't so much difference in height between the ball of my foot and my heel. When I went to see my podiatrist after my surgery and was finely able to walk, he said I couldn't have purchased a better shoe. They were sturdy and supportive and soft and most of all didn't make my feet assume that tip-toe position. They also have bottoms like a tennis shoe so that they are stable on most surfaces. Unlike a lot of foam shoes out there that have slick bottoms. My only regret was that I didn't buy all the colors available then because now they don't have my size in the other colors.

Love these shoes. No breaking in, just plain comfortable. I must have 5 or 6 pairs of this brand.

These are the most comfortable flip-flops/shoes that I have ever worn. The Frappachino style is my favorite. I also have them in brown.

These are way too big! I just got these and I had to order down to a size 7. I never wear a 7. Two years ago these were a way different style and I could fit into an 8 but they made these alot longer now. I love the natural color and the height. I got the volatile lido and had to return them due to the height and it was very hard on my feet to walk in them but these are perfect.

Very comfortable flip - flop! Love the heel hight. Has only moderate arch support.

I love these shoes! They are so sturdy and comfortable and so well made...perfect for urban walking. I'm definitely going to order more Volatile - best find yet! One thing to make note of - I generally wear an 8.5 and got these in an 8, and it's a perfect fit.

I love them. So comfortable and no blisters or any discomfort. It looks like this are my new summer shoes. I walk in them long distance and I can have them on all day.

Comfortable, casual flip flops but more fashionable than my old flat ones. Make me (5'4) the perfect height for all the floor length skirts and maxi so I don't have to get them hemmed.

I have three pairs of Volatile flip-flips now. The Frappachino is almost identical to the Caffeine. They are comfortable enough to wear all day long, hold up really well and the wedge makes me a bit taller. I'm a size 6 in most shoes and the 6 fits perfectly. They take no break in time. Casual but a bit more stylish than your average flip-flop! I wear them with everything all summer.

LOVE the Frappachino style of Volatile sandals. These are true to size and VERY comfortable...I own 5 pair! Have shopped with Zappos for years and LOVE the service...just doesn't get any better anywhere else.

My favorite summer go to shoe! I usually wear a 7.5 and the 8 is perfect (so go up a size not down). They are cushioned and so comfortable. I wear them with almost everything!
