Comfy - Purchased the Ugg Sunset in the Raisin color, and at first I ordered my usual size 8, but since you wear them barefoot, I returned them, and ordered the size 7 which fit perfectly. Return process was easy, and my new boots were here within 3 days, unbelievable service, as usual, from the Zappos website. I sprayed them, and am waiting for some snow, but I wanted a higher boot, and I have a large calf, with the zipper they even fit if I tuck my jeans into them. The service at Zappos is the best, I have ordered many times, and never had any problems at all. This had been my first return, which can happen for a variety of reasons, they even provided for the return shipping! Where else would you find that? Don't hesitate, give Zappos a try, you truly won't be disappointed!

This shoe is AWSOME!!!!!! This shoe feels good and looks good 2. The more you wear it the more comfy it gets. You only need the size below your size.

Love these Ugg Sunsets! Great boots. I've worn the classic Uggs for years. These seem to be made better (sturdier). There was no break-in time. It felt like I was putting my foot into a slipper and sooooo warm.

Love Uggs and Zappo's!! Zappo's provided me with excellent product information and service for this Christmas present for my daughter. Not only that, Zappo's was the only vendor that had the Ugg boot left in this color and size. My daughter was thrilled and so was I. Bravo Zappo's!!

Ugg Sunset brought a Sunrise! This pair of boots walked out of the house on the feet of the recipient - a difficult gift receiver. She loved the Uggs! Fit was perfect, color supreme.

Soooo Comfortable, Wow - I should have bought a pair of Uggs years ago. They are so comfortable and warm. I live in north Florida and won't have cold enough temps to wear them many days a year but on the cold mornings we do get they are fantastic and they look so cool. Do make sure to buy one size smaller than you normally wear.

LOVE THESE BOOTS! These are my third pair of UGGS and I JUST LOVE THEM!!! I usually wear a size 7 but I ordered a size 8 in the Sunset style and they fit perfect. I ordered my boots Christmas week on Wed and received them on Thursday afternoon! I LOVE UGGS and even better....LOVE ZAPPOS!

Different, but great - To my surprise, this tall boot has a zipper on the side- not how it's pictured. At first, I was disappointed, but now I love the zipper. It makes it so much easier to get in and out of, and it actually makes the boot look a little "cleaner" in its lines. This is my 2nd pair of Uggs and I love wearing them.

Great for Cold NY - I bought these shoes because my feet were freezing at my husband's hockey games. We live in California, so it doesn't get to cold here, but when we went to New York recently I took them with me. It was 38 degrees and my feet never got cold! They were also great for walking all day in. I have purchased two pairs of this exact show. I just love them!

Comfort, cozy and fashionable - So comfortable and fashionable. Can't get better than that. They say fashion hurts but boy are they wrong with these shoes:)

Fantastic and Fabulous! I am so pleased with my new Uggs. Super soft and comfortable, they look great, and are keeping my feet super warm in both NYC and Northern Minnesota! I also used the Uggs Stain and Water Repellent Spray which has kept them super clean. The side zipper keeps them looking structured and not too sloppy. Great with jeans and skirts with tights!! As always, Zappos service was fantastic as well... they arrived in less than 3 days. Bravo!

Love these boots! These boots were worth every penny. I had to buy a size smaller for a perfect fit. I am an 8 in every other shoe, but purchased a 7 and they are just right. They are a great color and go with everything.

So warm and comfy...and surprisingly cute! After searching long and hard for the perfect pair of winter shoes, I wore my friend's Uggs and fell in love with them. They are perfect to just throw on to run to the store, and they are also great with skirts for that walk to work. I HIGHLY recommend them!

A plug for Uggs- These boots are very comfortable and very warm. I love them. They are true to size and I would buy another pair. The only drawback is the suede and salt stains.

Ugg convert - So I’ve hated em for years cause you saw everyone wearing them...Now I know why! Good Lord these are comfy shoes! I've been living in them since I got them. They fit great, the only problem I've had so far is now I have black feet from the dye in the inner fleece. I'm wearing socks in them for awhile till it sweats out. Ordered a second pair in chestnut and can't wait!

Just wore them for the first time yesterday in 4 inches of snow. My feet were so warm! I used the weather protector on them and the snow and slush rolled right off. I ordered them a half a size smaller than I usually wear and they fit perfect.

First and foremost, Zappos is awesome. I got these the day after I ordered them, talk about fast service. The boot itself is a lot lighter than it looked in the picture. The shearling was already falling off from inside the boot, when I went to try them on and the fit really tight. They are really comfortable and I almost wanted to keep them just for that reason. But they are just a little to plain and don't go well with my jeans.

Awesome shoe! So snuggly! Got these Uggs in a day. Wear them all of the time. I only take them off to put on my Ugg Ultra talls from Zappos Thanks !

LOVE MY UGGS!! This is my second pair of UGGS - I own a black pair that are leather and suede - and these chestnut color Sunset model. Hands down - these are the 2 most comfortable pair of boots I have ever put on - and the warmest too. I wear them both barefoot! They run true to size - the Sunset model seemed a little tight around the ankle when I got them - but they are perfect now and I have only worn them twice. If you are undecided about splurging on a pair of Uggs - do it! You get what you paid for!!

Ugg Sunset - I agree that the instep is tight!! I was agonizing about whether to keep these or the classic short and finally decided on the Sunset because it has a much sleeker look. The classic short is more comfy because they are overall roomier. Sunset is more fitted all over because of the zipper. I'm counting on the top stretching a bit, but these are still not uncomfortable, but not in the way that I forget I'm wearing them (like the classic short). I usually wear a 6 but ordered a 5 and for both.

Love these!!!!!!!! I just got these today (zappos is great as always). They are my first pair of Uggs and I was more attracted to them because of the zipper and more tapered leg. I ordered the 6 and they are perfect--I usually wear a 5.5 but was worried about the 5's being too tight on my calves. The shearling is sooo cozy I can't wait to wear them to walk to work in the winter! I got the chocolate and it is so rich and beautiful.

Beutiful Sunset! First pair of Uggs, just love them. Had not wanted them before because of the style, but now these are sleek looking, so I thought I would try a pair. Usually buy 8.5, but went down to size 8 and they fit perfectly. Also I have to say there is not a better Customer Service department anywhere else I shop. Zappos is the best. I will be back for more Uggs. Thanks!
