I am very happy with these shoes. They fit true to size and are very comfortable. I bravely put them on and headed off to school - I teach fifth grade so knew I'd be on my feet all day. NOT A PROBLEM. A great pair of shoes and as always, Zappos is the place to shop for shoes!

I got this shoe because it\'s a sexy little shoe, it\'s like wearing a pointy toe high heel, without the heel.The leather is very soft. I wear an 8 in every other shoe, but ended up having to order them in an 8 1/2. I even had the size 8 shoes stretched, thinking this might make them fit, but it did not, so I had to go with a 1/2 size larger.

I bought the red Mia Hepburn flats, and I adore them. I purposefully ordered a good 1/2 size larger. They initially felt a tad snug in the toebed, but after wearing, they loosened up. They\'re perfect. Not much arch support, but I knew that by looking at them. If you want arch support, this is not the shoe for you. \r\nI plan to order another pair in a different color.

I love these shoes. They are really comfortable. However, you do need to wear them once or twice before they are broken in.

I think I figured out the sizing issue with these shoes. They actually work for people with somewhat wider feet. So if you tend to buy up a half size in shoes that don't give you a choice of widths, something I've done for years, don't do that with these shoes. That said, I really like them. They're supple and sleek looking. I'm going to order them in several colors. A simple, elegant basic.

This is a wonderful flat! I have a very narrow foot and tend to face TONS of difficulty in finding flats and heels to fit. Not so with the MIA Hepburn. They fit without any problems! I haven\'t even had to purchase those little heel grippers! \r\nNot only does the shoe fit great, but it looks awesome too! My feet are happy when they\'re wearing the Hepburns!\r\n

These are just the most comfortable, plus stylish, pointy toe flats I have ever worn; so much so that I've ordered several colors. Have worn them all day at work without any problems. Wouldn't want to go hiking in them, but I'm loving these, and I usually have problems finding a stylish, yet comfortable, shoe.

I put some soft paper in the very top toe area of the shoes to keep the shape. Works well. Very nice looking, stylish, no break in time needed, soft, and comfy. You want to go one size up though (especially if you have wider feet), as the shoe runs small. I got two pairs in black expecting them not to last long (too soft), however the one I have been wearing - almost every day - is still looking and feeling great, so I guess I will not need the other one for a while, and it will wait in the box for indefinite period of time...Buy these shoes ladies!

These shoes are awesome! They are really flexible and comfortable. They might run a little narrow, perfect for those with a narrow heel!

Here's my caveat - I love these shoes and I intend to buy more. However they are big. I wear between a 7.5 and an 8 usually. I read the reviews and ordered a 7.5 and they are still generally falling off my feet so I would really recommend getting a size SMALLER than your usual size (really) and just suffering through your shoes stretching out.

I shop for shoes for myself, my son, and my husband at Zappos. It is incredibly convenient to order shoes on line, receive them so fast, and return the ones I don’t want for any reason whatsoever. Recently I ordered the MIA Hepburn in purple. I already knew the shoe fit me well because I had purchased them in red last year. They are so comfy and look fashionable and a bit retro, too. I am trying to wear flats more often without losing my demand for fashionable styles. This shoe works so well with jeans and dressier slacks, plus I can walk in them for hours without regret or pain. I love my MIA Hepburns and would purchase another color if available. I have the bronze ones, too!

These shoes ended my search for pointy flats. They are very comfortable leather wise - soft and flexible and do not cut into my feet etc. They do not have much in the way of support so for a New Yorker, they stay in the bag if I am walking a long distance.
