True to size and great comfort...These shoes were true to size and afforded my hard-to-fit foot immediate comfort. I put them on and was instantly amazed at the great fit and feel. I wear a 10 and sometimes have to get a wide width. These were a medium width and fit perfectly. I have achilles tendonitis and cannot wear any shoe that does not have at least a slight heel and arch support. These were comfortable and look great with jeans and slacks. I walked all over Seattle on vacation the week they came in the mail and I never felt them pinch or hurt my feet in any way. As always, ZAPPOS was great with their customer service. I ordered these on Saturday and UPS delivered them Monday afternoon. Great job, ZAPPOS!

Comfy, Comfy, Comfy! I definitely do not agree with the other reviewer. I have problems with shoes, and these shoes are one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, and they run true to size and width. I feel as though I am wearing slippers. My feet thank you! More shoes should be made like this shoe! Try them, you'll love them!!!

Very comfortable - Feels like I am wearing a slipper. Very soft Nubuck with good sole support.

Great Look, Great Fit - Comfy and easy to slip into casual shoe. Made getting thru security at the airport so easy as I could just slip these great looking shoes off and on. My shoe wardrobe is growing rapidly thanks to Zappos fabulous website & fast shipping. Even returning the rare shoe that doesn't fit is so easy with Zappos! Trudging from store to store searching for the right shoe is a thing of the past for me! Now, I spend about fifteen minutes on the Zappos website to select the perfect shoe and Zappos does the rest.

Just like wearing slippers - You would think these shoes were custom made, so soft and flexible inside and out.

So Comfy!! This shoe is sooo comfy, you really can’t tell you have a shoe on. I ordered the camel or light tan and the color is beautiful. I really recommend this shoe to anyone. This is really an awesome shoe.

Too long to write review - I purchased this item in the Nubuck Red in early December. They are comfortable, warm and true to size. I get many compliments surprisingly more from males than females. Since Colorado weather can call for something lighter than a boot but heavier than a sandal during the winter to summer transition - I am ordering another pair in the leather.

I love this shoe - This is a great shoe that can be worn with jeans, slacks or casual skirts. The decorative leather stitching on the side is a perfect touch. I got it in the red leather, which is not a bright red, and it is very comfortable and flexible for walking. I will try the nubuck next in another color.

Perfect! This shoe is perfect.....from the fit to the looks to the comfort! I now own it in 3 colors! I wear an AA width...and it actually fits perfect to size!

Loved this so much I ordered 2 more pairs` Super comfortable shoe, ordered an AA first and it was very snug, reordered a B and it was just right. Ordered 2 more pair in navy and brown. Comfortable enough to enjoy a marathon shopping day.

Very comfortable shoe - I love this shoe! I have a very wide foot, so it is extremely difficult to find a shoe that fits comfortably and is stylish. The leather is so soft it doesn't require a break-in time. The only problem I have is that the back has a small lip that hits the back of my foot occasionally.

Need more colors! I love my Naturalizer Detail mules so much that I now have 3 different colors and wish more were available. I just hope that Naturalizer will come out with some spring/summer colors in the same style. I feel that the mules are much more feminine looking than a lot of mules. They are very comfortable for my problem-prone feet.

WOW!!! I LOVE THIS SHOE. My feet used to hurt all the time. I have wide feet, surgical scars in various spots on my feet, and a touch of arthritis... I have a terrible time trying to find shoes that I can walk in. Period. I even had a pair of custom-made shoes that hurt my feet! I heard about Zappos and ordered four pair of shoes. One pair was the Naturalizer Detail, which has turned out to be my favorite. They are more comfortable than walking barefoot. And they don't look like I should be 90 years old!!! I got them in red - the first time I've had red shoes in years. I am so thrilled! Twyla G

Very comfortable, even for former plantar fasciitis sufferer - Shoe has great support and wears very well. I've suffered from plantar fasciitis in the past, and have custom inserts, but don't need to use them when I wear these shoes and I can walk for some time without pain.

Really comfortable shoe! This style is very comfortable as well as stylish! It runs true to size and width. I always wear a 9M in Naturalizer shoes, and this shoe is no exception. It has just enough heel lift to not feel like you're walking on the ground, as well as good traction. I like to alternate heel heights each day, and this shoe is one to wear when you need comfort and good fit. The colors are also great...ordered the brown and the navy...very true to color(s).

Red mule - Very comfortable and nice looking shoe. Looks good with jeans or slacks. I love them and will order in another color.

Most comfortable casual shoe I own - I love these shoes! I couldn't believe how soft and comfortable they were when I slipped them on. I have a huge, wide foot, so there aren't many nice looking shoes in my size. These are awesome. I would recommend stain proofing/weather treating them before you wear them, because the leather is very soft. Other than that, they're perfect.

Cute design, extremely comfortable, and great price!!! I definitely would recommend trying this shoe. I had foot reconstruction surgery on my right foot approximately a year ago, which has made buying shoes a real challenge. Very few "attractive" shoes come in a wide width. My right foot is quite a bit wider than my left, now, so the elastic inserts on this shoe have helped deal with that problem. I have rheumatoid arthritis so comfort is a MUST!! It is extremely difficult to find an "attractive" shoe, which is also comfortable. The insole of this shoe feels like you are walking on air!! This shoe definitely fits my needs, without having to go to a specialty shoe store, and pay a fortune, for a style I do not even like!! I was a "shoe-a-holic" before my foot surgery and arthritis issues, so I was very excited to find this shoe. Cute design, extremely comfortable, and a great price! You can't ask for more than that!!!
