Why do you ask how awesome wearing a pair of barn boots makes me feel?? What a stupid question. That aside, these are terrific boots. Waterproof, good grip in mud and snow, warm, and comfortable.

Love em...I needed a slip on boot that kept my feet warm and were water resistant. It what this boot does. I only use them to shovel the driveway, or walk around the yard when it is raining or just had a ton of rain. Maybe no the most comfortable boot, but I am not spending more than 2 hours in them, so it works for me. Couldn't tell you if they are good to 40 below, cause it just doesn't get that cold where I am. If ya need a quick slip on boot for a few hours, these are for you.

Love these boots!! I needed something that I can slip on and off while shoveling the driveway, or walking outside in the rain to fix something. These are perfect!!. Lots of snow/rain in North East this winter, and these boots didn't disappoint. Feet were warm, dry and easy to take off before entering the house. I usually wear a EE width, but the M width was fine for what I needed to do. NO EE width available for these boots.

After spending several hours outside shoveling snow during a heavy storm, I finally decided to get some boots and stop dealing with frozen feet, but I didn't want to have to spend much money to accomplish that since they are only for occasional wear. These boots fit the bill perfectly. Now I can spend hours shoveling snow, and my feet stay warm and dry.

I'm a bicycle commuter in Minnesota, and I've been looking for a boot that can keep me warm for about a 1/2 hour ride each way to and from work. Last fall, I bought some fancy $200+ boots made by a different company, with 300g of Thinsulate insulation. Those took me down to about 20 degrees above zero. Then, for colder conditions, I got these Kamiks, and they are fantastic. I can ride down to about zero degrees with a good wool sock, and if I use a chemical toe warmer inside the boot, I can go down to about -15 degrees. Never felt anything this warm, and boy is the price right. They are not a cute boot, but if you're facing serious winter conditions like we do up here, these are highly recommended. (Oh, as others have mentioned, order them a little SMALL, as they run large.)

My son wears a 10.5 in athletic-style shoes and we sized down as per other reviews. The 10 fit him well and kept his feet warm and dry on a very cold fishing day. He’s now been wearing them as outdoor muck boots- very nice since they easily rinse clean.

These boots are awesome. Especially if you're going to be in deep snow, slush, and mud. They're super warm and for the price you can't go wrong. The boot seemed a size larger than normal. I wear a nine and the 8 fits me well.

With the liners in, the boots are VERY warm and true to size. Very nice boot at a great price. Liners are removable if it's warm out and the boots then fit large, but if you're just working in the garden and not walking any distance, it's not a problem. If you wanted to take the liners out and walk for any distance, this probably isn't the boot for you -- get a rainboot without a liner. Very pleased with my purchase. High quality.

Purchased these to work outside in snow and ice on Mt Hood. Great sole for the ice. Have been stable on my feet. Feet very warm. Comfortable.

I'm a female who just wanted no frills snow boots that didn't cost $100+! Based on recommendations that they ran big, I ordered a size smaller than my men's equivalent. They were too small, so I returned them for my actual size. They were much better and will work great! Now, it just needs to snow!

We live in Northern New Mexico. It is winter, 8000'altitude,average single digits overnight, ground can be solid ice & snow then turn to slop. (Rinse, repeat as necessary) We have a horse and two mules. We've worn through every pair and type of boots out there. We needed, light weight,"well insulated", durable, basic comfort, easy to take on and off, waterproof and manure resistant. WE got all the above. We will continue to monitor the durability as we go. How long they last will be the ultimate test. The "traction" has been superb!

I wear a size 10D, and bought the Kamik Icebreakers at a size 9D. Perfect. It is sized one number larger. The inside is lined with Zylex, which feels like a fusion of wool and felt. It is very comfortable and keeps my feet warm and dry. These boots are rubber on the outside, with a nylon cuff at the top, with laces. Good for trudging around in the snow, or even on a boat in the open ocean or lake. I'm glad I bought these.

Well, these boots just got their first true test while in Pittsburgh diving from a boat in the Ohio river. The air temps ranged from a high in the 20s down to single digits with wind chills in the negative teens. My feet stayed dry and warm every day. They stayed dry while getting the boat loaded on the trailer which I was standing in 8-10" of water covered with a thin sheet of ice. Can't beat these boots for the price!

This Kamik boot=1 warm, happy husband! My husband had an ancient Kamik boot pair (20+ years!) that was literally falling apart on his feet. He needed a new pair badly, so I took a chance on these. He keeps telling me how warm and waterproof these are, and he keeps raving about how he wishes he'd have gotten them sooner. These are terrific boots in every respect.

It has been snowing and raining in NYC and I have been wearing this boots in snow/rain/ice without any problem. It's warm and comfortable. I usually wear size 9, but I got size 8 and it fits good with socks on and there is still room to wiggle. It's easy to put on and take off. Overall it's a great product.

Zappos is a first class business.They take the time to make sure you the customer are completely satisfied with your purchase. They will do what it takes to satisfy the customer. You don't find that kind of commitment very often these days. They are a great place to do your shopping. It's a pleasure shopping there.

Warm and comfortable removable liner. Excellent boot for keeping the weather out while on the winter beach. Size runs a little large but can be fixed with a sock.

Boots came just in time for this NYC snowy weather. The best part about these boots are its warmth and that rigid detail on the toebox isn't to shabby. I am definitely happy with my purchase. I went half size up on these to wear my warmer socks.

Of course rain boots are not the most stylish item in the wardrobe, but these get the job done and they don't look that bad either. The quality is superb, too -- I really love the fabric closure at the top.

Boots are of excellent quality but very large! I wear a 9.5 or so in hiking shoes, and a 9, even with an insole, was way too big. I ended up returning the product, the zappos folks were very helpful and understanding.

Great boot for all around winter work. Easy on & easy off. They are also warm & comfortable. My son bought a pair first & told me to get 2 sizes bigger, I wear an 11 & bought a size 13 & it was perfect fit. I ordered an 11 because they are supposed to be tight with the insulation but I received a 10 instead. However, I wear a 10.5 and the 10 fits well, maybe even a little loose. Definitely very warm.
