Lucky Brand Leather Tote - I searched months for the perfect leather tote and tried Zappos for the first time-there it was! I am so pleased with this bag, soft, spacious, very comfortable strap and smells like good leather should!! I received compliments the very first time I used it! I will definitely shop Zappos again for their quality of products and service.

GO GREEN! I ordered the bag. "Lucky" Me! I got compliments from everyone, the sales lady at a department store, my neighbor, the butcher, my boss,etc, etc... I love the attention, but what I really love about this bag is the smell...Yes, smells like a new car...Mmmm that leather....

Best bag ever. I am a bag junkie, but this is by far the best one I have ever had. It is big enough to hold all my books for school but it’s not too bulky. It doesn’t slip off my shoulder when I’m walking like most bags do. I would recommend this bag to everyone.

Ordered the brown one and couldn't be happier until a couple of months later the strap started to unravel. Still waiting for the color to come back into stock before exchanging because it is my new favorite! I love that it holds everything...all my stuff and the baby's supplies...without looking so bulky.

Nice Bag - This bag is great looking. I really loved it...but I was disappointed when the braided strap started to unravel the second day of use. I love Zappos and will continue to shop with them.

Can be dangerous! This is a feel-good bag, nicely made with nice details. Carries plenty. The problem is, just one magnetic closure. I got out of the car last week and dropped it on the ground. Went in to restaurant and fortunate for me, a woman found my wallet and a small lipstick bag which somehow I missed when I picked the fallen bag up! She came into restaurant and called my name. An angel.

A Wonderful Bag -- But the Strap Is Defective - I love this bag, make no mistake about it -- it's really cute, looks great, and I get a lot of compliments from people about it. The trouble is that the first one I received had a defect in the strap (the strap came unraveled) and I've had the replacement now for about three weeks and the same thing is happening again. Zappos was great about replacing the bag the first time and other shoes I've received that have had defects in them), and I'm sure they will be the same way this time around too, but I can't see trying this bag for a third time. It's just too much of a hassle to have to keep returning it. Still, Lucky bags are awfully cute, so maybe I'll look for one that's a bit sturdier.
