I've worn the shoes twice and have loved them both times. They are very comfortable and don't cut into the side of my foot like many strappy shoes do. They are easy to walk around in for long periods of time.

Nice looking shoe--versatile - While initially very comfortable, the shoe became problematic after about 3 hours. However, I am recovering from foot surgery, so it's probably not a valid review, since the pain was most likely from the surgical recovery, rather than the shoe. ALL my shoes are painful at this point.

A very comfortable strappy black sandal. The heel is low and not all that stylish but especially if wearing with dressy slacks it works for me!

Loved these shoes last season after purchased. Still would but one developed a crease in sole just before the heel so feels soft when walking on it. Would think for the price they'd last more than one season...

Cute shoe. However, I wore them to my son's wedding. It was a warm summer day and my foot slipped forward in the shoe because the thin straps stretched too much. I have small, narrow feet, so I didn't anticipate that the straps would stretch so much!

This shoe will be going back. I ordered it in an e-width, but it was not true to width. While cute, the straps are narrow and dig into the foot. But, I am trying again for a dress shoe, Zappos is still number one with me.

The shoe is attractive and comfortable. However, a strap hits my little toe in the wrong place making the shoe less comfortable and attractive than I had hoped. Zappos service, however, is amazing! It sets the standard for all online, telephone, and catalog service!

David Tate Yknot - The David Tate Yknot is an attractive shoe that will go with casual or dressy clothing. The downside is that it lacks padding for the ball of the foot. I had to add double gel pads. I do wish manufacturers would take this into consideration. I did have to go with a WW.

David Tate Yknot, Platinum - I was excited about finding a low heeled dressy shoe even though I have wide feet. I was only 3 months past double bunionectomy and double hammer toe surgery and was attending a dinner dance. The shoes fit wonderfully when I tried them on and went to the event. They felt supportive in the arch and the heel strap kept them secure. However, as the evening progressed the straps across the instep stretched out and my foot was sliding forward and no longer lined up with the arch. Then, when I arrived home and removed them I noticed that the Platinum Color had worn off the exposed part of the insole on both shoes. After one wearing they are ruined!

My Aching Feet - I thought these shoes could not hurt because they had a low heel and were open at the toe and at the heel - what could possibly hurt? So, I didn't wear them around the house to check them out. I wore them, right out of the box, to a wedding. I have never had a pair of shoes that hurt like these did. My feet pushed so far forward that they were extended about 2 inches beyond the shoe with the result that the straps just dug into my skin. This is not a high heel so I never expected this to happen. I took the shoes off halfway through the wedding and wound up walking barefoot through the streets of Manhattan while searching for a cab. My husband was appalled when he saw my feet and took a picture of them. He thought that, although I had worn them, this picture would result in a refund. Of course, I knew that wouldn't happen, so I came home and threw the shoes straight into the garbage. I write this to spare someone else from experiencing the same but I must add that I love shopping at Zappos. The delivery is not only free but it is quick and easy. I am delighted with the service.

I have one pair of these shoes and am so annoyed that I never bought more. Now they seem to be discontinued. I've looked everywhere online for these shoes. Who manufactures David Tate shoe? I cannot track down any information.

I cannot wear high heals due to arthritis. This low heal was comfortable and still looked dressy. I also was happy to find a cute shoe in a wide width.

I have received many compliments on these shoes, and. for once, I have a dressy pair of sandals that actually fit and are comfortable. I wore them all day to an outside wedding and had no problems whatsoever.

I loved the look of these sandals but feared that they would not be comfortable. Surprise! I wore them to a five hour event, standing nearly the whole time. The heels were easy to walk in, fit comfortably, and the knot design is very attractive (even on 50 year old feet).

Love these shoes. I bought the multi-metallic first two years ago. So easy to dance in! Next I bought black, and now i have the silver. Comfortable and the go with everything. I take them on every cruise.

I purchased this shoe because it came in 5W. I have trouble finding dress shoes in my size. I would also like to have a silver and gold in my size because it accommodates my bunion.

These are very cute! Even on my wide feet, they look great and the low heel is perfect with a sundress or even slacks during the summer. I am not sure how long I can wear them without good arch support but for a short event, they should be fine. They are easy to pack, too. I am glad that I ordered them!

I love these shoes. I bought them to wear at my daughter's wedding. I have a difficult time finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. These are perfect! I will definitely be a Zappos and David Tate customer from now on.

Very pretty sandal! Will be wearing for daughters wedding (ceremony will take place on grass). The heel is perfect for this application. I have very wide feet and the WW fit great! Very comfortable.

These were really very comfortable for a dressy sandal. I was able to wear them 7 hours with no complaints. I would definitely try another David Tate shoe.

I brought these shoes because I wanted to be comfortable for an all day wedding and reception. They met all of my expectations. I didn't feel as if I wanted to kick them off half way through the reception. Of course they are a very low heel. I wear a size 7 and that is what I ordered. It fit my foot perfectly.

It is a pretty shoe when on your foot. It is true to size. Not super comfortable but OK for a dress hoe.

I bought these to wear to my son's wedding. I have a very narrow foot and these were perfect for me. I was able to dance for hours with no problems.
