Four Start Review - The shoe height is great and comfortable for me. The wide is true to size. I wore the shoes all day long and because of being on my feet 1/2 the time the straps starting becoming uncomfortable. Overall the shoe is a 4-start comfort.

Good Mother of the Bride shoes - These were the best I found that looked dressy, but the heel was tolerable and felt sturdy. The arches were insufficient, so I added store bought arches. I ordered wide so that my feet could swell in the summer heat, and that worked out well. My fashion forward daughters approved of the shoes, and I managed to keep them on for about six hours, so I am a fan of this shoe. I will wear it again for my second daughter's wedding in October... with a designer gown... I recommend this shoe, though it is not comfortable like Earth shoes or Birkenstocks!

A little too wide - I love the look of these shoes, but they are a little too wide. I tried to order the narrow but they were sold out in my size. I still needed a low comfortable shoe so they still work for me, but if your foot is narrow you would be best ordering a narrow width.

Almost but not quite - The bronze color is very attractive, the heel is attractive, but if you have a narrow foot, then the fit is sloppy, even with the so-callled 'narrow' sizing. The shape of the front of the sole of the shoe (squarish) gives the shoes a slightly matronly look. It could have been a really stylish shoe if the makers had just made the sole front a little more rounded or pointy. I would recommend that women with a medium width shoe also try the narrow width, it just might fit. The straps are not strong and so this shoe is not for everyday wear. I returned these shoes mainly because they slipped on my narrow feet.

Honestly - I have some concerns that quality is not there if I factor in wear and tear of a $64.00 shoe. I've only worn them once and see potential for straps breaking rendering shoe worthless.

David Tate's Yknot - It is extremely comfortable; however, the arch support hangs off of the side of the shoe and looks odd. Additionally, it looks a little "little old lady-ish" but the comfort won out... it is EXTREMELY comfortable.

Very nice, dressy sandal - The colors go with a lot more than you'd think. The fit is comfortable; just wish the heel were a teeny bit higher.

Cute shoes but they didn't fit - I was really hoping these shoes would fit- they're really cute! I ordered my usual 8.5N, and it fine fine at the upper part of my foot, but the lower section was totally loose and my foot had way too much room to move around. Seemed more like an 8.5M instead. The shoe seemed very well made in general.

Great Sandal - This shoe is very comfortable - don't be drawn away by the knots and skinny straps - they adjust to your feet. They are nice dress sandals. The platinum color is a great neutral color.

Love it despite some area to improve on - These shoes are very comfortable, no break in period needed. The side arch of the instep is slightly elevated which makes the shoes and walking with it more comfortable. The crisscross style is attractive. It even hides a slight bunion. The color is very pretty -- nice slight metallic glaze and not the usual glaring "look at my feet" glitter of other metallic sandals. Although not very noticeable, the material around the buckle closure has started to peel off (I actually got the shoes already with a starting peel).

Sexy Shoe - I have this shoe in red and metallic. Very sexy, comfortable heels. Love the heel height, perfect for pants or a tea length dress. I bought these to wear on cruises. I haven't been disappointed.

Lovely dress sandal - I have these in black and think they are a great summer dress shoe. They show a lot of your feet, so they look strappy and sexy. With all the straps and knots, you'd think they'd be uncomfortable, but they are not. They are quite comfortable. I think the only part of them that are uncomfortable for me is the place where it hits the ball of my foot. I should have put a cushion there. Their soles are quite thin, too, and you can feel rocks beneath your feet if you have to walk on gravel. But this is part of the reason they look so pretty! I have a really hard time finding dress shoes in WW and these are great!! Thank you Zappos and David Tate! :)

Comfortable shoe, but definitely on the casual side - Zappos has been great! I'm a size 11 and can't find a good selection of shoes my sized in the stores. I've been on a search for a comfortable, great looking pair of black shoes to wear to a wedding, dancing, etc. Unfortunately, these were not it. Cute, but not sexy -- too casual. They did seem comfortable, but I sent them back.

The shoes were very comfortable. I need a low heel, and they were perfect for that. They didn't go well with the long gown I was wearing them with, so I had to return them.

Beautiful shoes but the straps across my foot were placed so my 2 smallest toe got caught by the bottom strap. I would forever have to adjust the strap so my toes would remain under it. Not good idea if one wishes to dance. The shoes are lovely. Very little arch support and probably would not be great shoes for standing for long periods.

I was so excited to find a strappy sandal in a narrow width with a lower heel; however, it is super uncomfortable. The skinny straps are not comfy even though the shoe fits. I do love the hidden arch--that is its best feature.

This shoe is very pretty. However, after wearing them for an hour, the thin leather straps cut into my skin because of my high insteps.

Yknot sandals look great, however the heel is positioned in such a way that it makes a funny noise when you walk on the hardwood/pergo floor.

I wanted to love this sandal but my little toe was sticking out of one of the straps! Looked weird that way.

I think I tried about two dozen pairs of shoes, looking for something I could wear for an event that's more formal than my usual. I finally found these. They're very elegant, and the heel is perfect (I don't wear heels in general, and with lots of foot problems, can't wear anything too high). And, surprisingly, they're mostly very comfortable. Guessing from some of the other reviews, I got a smaller size and a narrower width than I normally would have, and they fit perfectly right out of the box. My only complaint is that, after wearing them for a short time, they stretched, and they were all over the place. My foot kept slipping forward and sideways, and it became uncomfortable to walk far or quickly. It's unlikely that I'll wear them again, unless I'll be doing a lot of standing in one place!

I was not impressed with these shoes. I do admit, they are pretty on, and may be ideal for someone who wants a low, non-tippy heel. I found the straps to be very thin, and extend so far forward my little toe wants to escape along the side in between the first two. There is so little support that when I put my weight on one foot, the shoe creaks (and I'm not really overweight!).

Looks so pretty, but straps needed to be adjusted over my wide foot. After the foot swelled a bit while standing at a wedding, I didn\'t like the look.

I really like these shoes and was pleased that they came in white pearl. When I received them I was so disappointed because they are really bone, not white as they are pictured on the website. Then I ordered platinum because I thought they would be similar to silver but not so shiny (as pictured on the website) and they turned out to be pale gold. It would have saved my grief and the company lots of shipping if the colors of the shoes were named and pictured true to their actual colors.
