I love these shoes from the standpoint of beauty, but if you have to stand on your feet for too long they hurt. (I was on my feet for 6 hours.)

This is the second pair of these sandals I have bought from Zappos; the first pair in multi color (which are off-the-chart cute) and recently I bought this same shoe in Bronze. They are so pretty, and quite comfortable. The bronze is metallic, which was a nice surprise since the online photo made the color look flat-brown. They are so neutral, quite classy and I get compliments every time I wear them. You rock, Zappos.

First, it's a total pleasure to do business with Zappos. The inventory is huge, varied, high quality, and features fashions for every age and fashion taste. The Zappos website is mercifully easy to navigate; from sign-on to check-out to exchange and return, the customer is the prime consideration. And delivery is fast. The David Tate Yknot shoe is beautiful, flattering to the foot and leg and very well made. The height of the heel allows a woman to walk with relative ease even if she's had multiple ankle injuries. Thank you Zappos for providing a positive shopping experience and thank you D. Tate for a lovely shoe.

My wife adored the shoes and most of all was impressed at the service provided by Zappos. She ordered these same shoes three times. The first two times the shoe sizes she ordered didn\'t fit.\r\nzappos took them back at their own cost and the best part of their service was the speed. We paid regular shipping charges and received each pair of shoes in two days from the date of order.\r\nShe purchased them to wear at our sons wedding and received nothing but rave notices. I needed shoes for a wedding which I was going to the following week and I was out of town, but nothing was easier than to get online with Zappos. The reviews are wonderful and I read them all. Because of this I knew that David Tate\'s Ynot would work for me and my very wide feet. I could comfortably put them on straight from the box, I was amazed. The knots really do slide and can therefore be adjusted away from a joint if needed, but the straps are soft and not uncomfortable at all. I wore them from 4pm until midnight and they didn\'t pinch anywhere. I will be ordering in another color. By the way the shoes arrived at my house before I did!

Bought the size 11 black Yknot for our daughter to attend a formal dinner. I own the sandal in a different color so knew the style & heel would be comfortable. The heel gives her some height but the kitten style make it easier to stand & walk. She really likes them!

It was two weeks before my son's wedding and I had not been able to find a pair of shoes. I was born with a club foot leaving my left foot two sizes smaller than my right along with some other hard to fit difficulties. In desperation, I decided to order from Zappos. It was well worth the price! They arrived quickly, fit, were reasonably comfortable for dress shoes and I liked them a lot! I was able to wear them all day. What a blessing.

Loved the Yknot shoe. I was shopping for shoes to wear for my son's wedding. I tried on several shoes and thought some looked dressier; this one had the whole package. It was dressy enough, but most importantly, were so comfortable I didn't think about my feet all day. When you have a special event, the last thing you want is to be distracted by sore feet. At first, when I tried them on I wished they would have had a little higher heel to make me look a little taller, but when I look back at pictures, this heel was fine and the shoes looked great with the dress. I think they look fabulous with jeans too.

This is the first pair of comfortable dress sandals I've found, and I've been through about 10. I bought the 8 1/2 Narrow, and it fit perfectly. The little straps and knots are surprisingly soft and supple and don't dig into my skin at all. They also move around a little bit, so they conform to the shape of my foot. I bought the silver, which is pretty and not too shiny.

This sandal is very lovely. The silver leather is subdued--not shiny. It is also very soft kid and is very comfortable. Actually, I purchased 2 pair: black and silver. I plan on wearing the silver pair for my daughter's wedding.

I went through 3 other pairs of shoes before I found this pair. Needed it for bridesmaid shoe, I had a pair of silver flip flops to wear at the reception but forgot them in the rush to get to the ceremony. This shoe kept me comfortable all night. Any longer and I may have needed a cushion on my heel, but overall was very impressed, the shoe also looked great, which doesn't happen much with the larger sizes.

I was impressed with the support in a dress shoe with a thin sole. I have avoided wearing these types of shoes for a long time, but was now looking for something to wear to my daughter's garden wedding. I never wear tall heels, so this heel size is pretty good for me. The size is a little longer than expected, but I did not feel I could go down 1/2 size. I bought this shoe in both the metallic multi color and the bright colors multi-color. Those are not going to go with as many things as some of the other choices, but I love having the special colors! I feel so limited all the time in choices with narrow feet and also high arches, wider toe span, and narrower heel in proportion. I almost always go for shoes with open backs that fit over the instep. A regular step-in falls right off.
I have VERY narrow feet, and this shoe is not perfect but as close as any I have ever found. Comfort is high, but the drop toe area - though not severe- was making my foot slide a little, and I have trouble with one of my feet in the instep. I tried buying these little inserts for the ball of your feet, and they really work! Keep my feet in place. Helped me with another David Tate shoe style, as well.

The Perfect Fit...
I'm in my brother's wedding party in a few weeks, and my future sister-in-law wanted all her bridesmaids to get silver sandals with a small heel to wear with our dresses. Though it was more than I wanted to spend for a one-day-gig, I figured I needed this shoe based on her criteria and my own need for comfort. They came and I couldn't be happier.
