Ariat Ladies Strathmore - Great shoe! I've had a pair of Dansko clogs which fit great, but after two years of trying have decided they will never be comfortable on my feet. Standard clogs feel to "hard". These are less stiff and have nicely placed padding. I like the look, classic with a touch of western. I normally wear an 8, but the 7 1/2 is perfect.

Highly recommended - I have a lot of trouble finding comfortable shoes - years ago I broke several bones in my right foot in an accident. These shoes are great - good for jeans, but can be worn with casual clothes and look dressed up enough as well. I found that the size ran pretty true although I had read that they run large - I usually take an 8-8.5 and an 8 fit fine.

Awesome clog - I've been leery of clogs due to how clunky they are. These seem to be a little more streamlined - or perhaps it's the neat detail on the top. I was going to order the half size smaller like everyone said, but they didn't have the size - glad I didn't. My left foot (which is a little smaller) has a little room in the heel. Right foot is perfect. Of course, they say that clogs are supposed to be a little loose. My foot also doesn't look huge like it does in other clogs. These are incredibly comfortable and will be a great addition to my fall/winter shoe wardrobe.

These shoes rock!!! These shoes look super cool and are very comfortable. They run true to size. I'm very pleased. I prefer the enclosed heel and I like that they are a little higher in the heel. The studs on them are the best part.

These clogs are really beautiful, well made, and stylish but slips off my heel! I have had the same problem with the Dockers closed back clog and the Clarks Aerial. I ordered a 1/2 size smaller in the Clarks Aerial and my heel still slipped off, and the toe area was too small! What's up with the manufacturers? Why the wide heel? Otherwise my foot fit great on the rest of the shoe! Sending back the Ariats and Dockers. Going to see if the shoemaker can do something for the Clarks because they are exactly what I want and didn't want to chance it on the Ariats and Dockers after this.

Wonderful purchase - I have had a lot of trouble lately with my feet due to walking everyday on a treadmill. These are the first shoes that I've tried that did not hurt my feet!!!!

Agree with ordering 1/2 size smaller than usual! I didn't listen to the other reviewers about ordering a 1/2 size smaller than usual, and I am exchanging mine for the smaller size! I normally wear a 7.5 or 8, and I am sending my 7.5 back for a 7. But, they are still extremely comfy and cool looking, I can't wait to get them and start wearing them everywhere!

If you LOVE Danskos you will REALLY LOVE this Ariat! I now have 2 pairs of these...one pair in black and one pair in brown. These shoes are heaven from early morning until late at night when they come off!!! Absolutely adorable with your jeans!!! I do wish that Zappos would get this style in the boot...it is adorable too!!!

After reading the reviews for this shoe, I ordered a half size smaller than I normally wear--which I never do. If a shoe doesn't fit me in the size I wear, I don't buy it. I should have followed my own rules on this one. I ordered a 7 instead of a 7 1/2 and it was too short. I just reordered it in my regular size. Hope it fits. It is really cute and gives me height even though it feels almost flat to walk in.

Love the shoe but half size too large - I loved this shoe but I bought the 5 1/2 and the heel kept sliding off. Too bad that's the smallest size. I have an Ariat with the heel straps and that's fine.

Love these shoes! I train all day and my feet hurt every night...or they did until I started wearing these shoes. They are comfortable and great for standing all day. I get a little height, too.

Love them - I love this clog - I’m so happy to find something a bit different, with decent arch support and a great fit. I got it in black and plan to wear them a lot this fall.

Sizing - This is a wonderful, wonderful shoe but the sizing is absolutely 1/2 size bigger than you'd expect. I am a 7 1/2 or sometimes an 8, and I purchased a size 7 and it's still a bit loose. It's ok with socks. You'll love this shoe, even if it's kind of expensive.

A great alternative to Dansko - As a diehard Dansko customer, I was looking for a closed-back clog somewhat more stylish than the Professional - and this was definitely it. Ariat runs about a 1/2 size large so, since I wear a 7.5 or a 38 in Dansko, the size 7 Ariat was the right fit for me. I strongly recommend ordering a 1/2 size down from your usual, or the clog will slip off your heel. The slight movement that Dansko wearers are used to is more normal in the 1/2-size down from your usual. Also, the width is a bit snugger, more like the Dansko narrow. Very comfy, beautiful leather -I hope they last as long as what I'm used to.

Nice! This clog was just what I was looking for. It isn't too heavy and looks great with jeans. My foot is a bit wider than a medium and these fit just right (a little snug at first).

Comfort & Style all in one - This shoe is my perfect shoe, has a heel but is comfortable just putting them on and wearing. Purchased the burgundy liked them so much I'm ordering the brown. I'll probably end up getting the black also. I usually wear Dansko which I also love but was looking for just a little more heel and this is it.

There are very few shoes I can really walk in. Clogs seem to work best for me. These fit right out of the box and are somewhat stylish for day wear. They give one some height too. Just as comfortable as my Danksos.

I ordered several styles of the Ariat clogs, because they were all so cute and stylish I had a hard time deciding from the website. However, when I received them I was sad that they all ran to wide in the heel for me. I work retail and have to climb ladders and stairs all day, so having shoes that slip on the heel just is not a safe option. Unfortunately, I was not able to keep any of them. But if your foot runs wide, they seem to be a quality and stylish shoe. I ordered a pair of Jambu instead and the first ones sent were to small, so I had to send back for one size larger and they fit great. No heel slip and great height. Not to mention cute and stylish as well.

I have worn Dansko clogs for years as I work on my feet a lot. These were very comfortable from the first wear. I love the extra heal height and stylishness of this shoe! The only difference I found between this shoe and Dansko was that is has a slightly less amount of arch support but otherwise an excellent and gorgeous shoe!

Not the most comfortable shoe - I love, love, love the look of this shoe. I've been wearing Dansko clogs for years and wanted to try something new. For some reason my foot wants to slide forward in this shoe a little. The arch support is not adequate for a day on my feet. I purchased some 3/4 insoles from Birkenstock (Silhouette), which vastly improved the comfort. I have medium arches and a somewhat low volume foot. If you have narrow feet, you may be able to add your own insoles, otherwise the shoe is not roomy enough. The added insoles make the shoe just a little snug. I wore them for 8 hours then switched into my old Danskos for the walk home. I hate to say it, but the Danskos were a total relief to my feet. Still, while I probably won't be wearing them to my stand-all-day job, I'll definitely wear them out and about.

Looks better than it feels - I love the way this shoe looks. I thought they would be more comfortable. My toe hurts if I wear them for more than 3 hours. They look great though.

Great Shoe- These are very comfortable shoes. I wear them everyday.

Great purchase! Great walking shoe - very comfortable. I would recommend them! The only thing that is worth mentioning is that one of the shoes squeaks when I walk.
