My husband bought these for me as a gift I picked them out and was hesitant because they were so expensive. When they arrived I was thrilled, I put them on and they were really tight on my feet, especially the double leather part of the boot. My husband said wear them they will loosen up so I did after a couple days I could not ask for a more perfect boot I love, love, love, love these boots I now own three different pairs of them! It is so hard to find shoes that do not hurt my feet and these are amazing I can stand forever in them!

Gave these as a gift to my sister for her 40th birthday and she loves them. Great fit, great style and she said "when I'm wearing these boots, I feel like I can do anything."

I love these boots! While they are a little stiff and could definitely use some breaking-in, I wore these all day and walked quite a bit the very first time I wore them! I've gotten a ton of compliments on them and I'm looking forward to many years of wearing these great boots. Cute over skinny jeans, but fit really well under boot cut jeans.

I just received these boots and they are so cute! After reading reviews, I bought a half size smaller than I typically would order. While they are a little stiff still, I know that this size will fit perfectly once they are broken in. The footbed feels quite comfortable and they are exactly the look I was going for. Ariat Probaby - This is my second pair of Ariat’s and they are absolutely the best boots I have ever owned! I wear them every chance I get as they are so comfortable. I will definitely order another pair! These are great to wear when I am on my feet all day or do a lot of walking. Thank You Zappos for the fast service. I ordered my boots in the late afternoon and they arrived the next morning! This was the second order I placed with Zappos and will order again in the future!

Gotta love Ariat boots!!! I have always bought the Fat Baby boots. The Probaby are a little harder to get on and a little tight the first few wearings. After that they are comfortable.

My Dream Boot - I love my Star Babies!! A little wide, but nothing some insoles couldn't take care of. I've been wearing mine for over a year and they've held up great. These are my favorite footwear for work (service industry- on my feet) and I get nonstop compliments too!

Ariat is the ONLY boot for me! I have so many Ariat boots that I wrote a letter to the company and they sent me a free pair! I wanted a pair of Fat-Baby-Like boots for riding, and leave it to Ariat to come out with Pro Babies. I wear size 10 and have wide feet and 10 fits me perfectly in most Fat Babies, (except Gem Babies, which run small.) I got these Pro Babies in a size 10 and the left one was somewhat tight but that is because I had surgery on my ankle and my ankle will always be somewhat swollen now. The solution: riding boot socks called ZOCKS. Designed for tall field boots, these great socks are thin, comfortable, protect your leg all the way to the knee, and come in fun and funky prints, including horse prints. The woman's size fits even my very large 18" calf all the way to my knee!! Ariat is the only boot I will wear because they are the only boots that don't hurt my ankle and the tops of my feet. I am very satisfied with the Pro Babies for comfort, style, riding and anything else I want to do in them. If your boots are still tight after trying ZOCKS, you can resort to the old standby which I did with a super-tight pair of Gem Babies: Soak in warm water for 30 minutes, pat dry, and walk them dry. They will mold to your feet and the boot was in no way affected. This may not be recommended for all boots, but I decided to risk it and it worked for me. You can NEVER have enough Ariat’s!

So sad! I absolutely love these boots! They are so adorable and look great, but they are tight to get on. I had to absolutely cram my foot in, bruises on the top and all. Once they were on they were great and easy enough to get off, but I just couldn't put my foot in them again, and believe me I tried!

Great boot, worth the $- These boots look great with skirts, shorts and boot-cut jeans. They are very comfortable too. If you can’t wear heels like me, you will appreciate the low solid heel too. I wear a size 8 in these boots, and an 8.5 in almost all other shoes.

I love the looks of these boots, but the calf portion is way too big and wide. I have small ankles, and the boots, although adorable, looked ridiculous on me. Even with jeans tucked in there's way too much room in the leg of these boots for me. Very, very sad.

Best boots I've ever worn! Boots are extremely comfortable. I can stand all day in them on hard floors. I can walk all day wearing them. Super!

I don't ride horses or even hang out close to them. Just thought these were sooooooo cute and had to have them. Super comfy too. Cute w/dark, stiff denim jeans cuffed wide at the bottom. These are going with me to Vegas.

Wonderful beautiful boots! I love Ariat! Have 8 pairs of different styles. I have 2 pairs of Pro/Star Babies, and really love them. They do run a 1/2 size big. I normally wear an 8.5-9. In these and Fat Babies I wear an 8! They do take a little extra time to break in, but are worth it!

After a little bit of breaking in... ...this pair of Ariat’s proves that they are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. I have a narrow-ish foot, and my Ariat boots are the only boots I feel like I'm not sliding around in. They feel so sturdy, but look so stylish. I have a couple of Fat Baby boots, which required no breaking in. Now I have this pair of Star Baby boots, which needed a week's worth of walking and bending to break in the stiff leather shaft that made my ankles a little sore at first. Totally worth it though, because they're going to last forever. I buy Ariat boots in size 8 and they fit perfectly. I buy Dr. Martens boots in size 8 and they are a little long and wide on me.

WOW - What?! I ordered these totally cool boots yesterday LATE... like after 5 late, and they still got here today. WOW. They are perfect boots. I was a little worried about them not fitting, because being a gal over 200lbs I have quite the big legs. But they fit perfect and I even have plenty of wiggle room in the calf. Love 'em!

These boots are adorable. I wanted a pair of "cowgirl" boots that would be funky and cute enough to wear with a skirt, but that would be tough enough to be on my feet all day in varied terrains. I run an outdoor program so often transition from the woods to a business meeting in the blink of an eye. These boots do that! Love the rounded toe - too many western boots seem designed to squash bugs that have retreated into tiny corners of a room. They were very stiff at first, and have required a lot of breaking in, but I think they will soften up nicely and be worth the effort. My only complaint is that I have a very low-volume foot, so although the length of the boot is perfect, my foot does move up and down quite a bit when walking. This problem was partially corrected by trading out the insole for a pair of Superfeet. Overall I'm very happy with these boots and look forward to the days I get to wear them!

Although my daughter and I wear the same size, the shape of our foot is very different. I ordered a 7 1/2. I tried them on before I gave them to her for Christmas to see if I may want a pair later. I felt like I was putting on a steel-toed boot. The boot was stiff and unforgiving. My daughter? Loved them. She said they needed broken in and where she has a skinny heal, she may need a heal insert, but she absolutely loved them. They were true to her size, which is a thin 7 1/2. My high arched, wide foot? Not so much.

These are nice boots, but they are so hard to break in. They are chewing up my heels and ankles. I bought them for riding, and they are find for that, but if I have to do a lot of walking around the barn/property my feet end up blistered and sore.
