I love the boots! My only issue is that a 10 1/2 would fit perfect and most boots only come in size 10 or 11. As a result I have to wear thicksocks, whichisn't too bad now, but when it gets hotnext summeritwon'tbe as comfortable. It would be great to see more 10 1/2 options.

I love these, but they are a bit big. I needed something to tromp around in on our farm and these replaced the knee high rubber boots I had been using. My husband and I have both had Lyme Disease so I always wear pants tucked into boots, but rubber boots in the heat is way too hot. These are almost too cute to wear to the chicken coop, etc., but that's what I bought them for and now that they're broken in a bit I don't feel quite so weird about walking through mud and manure in them. I almost always wear an 8.5, and in running shoes or boots I'm often a size 9. I bought these in both an 8 and an 8.5 and the size 8 is generous, even with a thick sock. I have scrawny legs and the shaft on these is too big, even with a thick sock and pants tucked in. That's the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars. Otherwise they're super cute and very comfortable. I wore them a few times with short socks and got a bruise on my calf, but after a few days in the field they are broken in. The next time I need work boots I may try a lace up boot or something with a more narrow shaft. I like being able to get into and out of these quickly as I'm constantly in and out of the house, but the wide shaft means that they slide off my foot a bit when I walk.

Cute boot, but sizing was off for me so I returned.

The stitching in the pictures appears to be brown, close to the color of the boot, but it is actually a bright red which I was not expecting when I opened the box. There was also a large scuff on the toe of the boot which was disappointing to see when unwrapping them. They also fit VERY loose around my calf which I guess is the style, but it was not flattering at all. The boots are cute, just not what I was expecting and I will be returning.

Well, I put these on and immediately knew they weren’t going to work. Rather heavy and clunky. The heel kinda hurt. I’m returning. I never liked Fat Baby’s and these feel similar but taller.

I wanted to love these boots. Reviews said they were more comfortable than Fat Baby boots. Not true for me. They were very uncomfortable to walk in. The insole felt lumpy and the boot just wasn't as comfortable. And they didn't feel as wide in the toe box, although they look about the same. I wish Fat Baby boots had a replaceable insole. I have an old pair that I had to pull out the old insole in pieces to put in a replacement. Oh well. Back to shopping.

I have been a fan of Ariat boots FOREVER! The only boot I'll spend my money on because it is generally WORTH IT. Still love this boot, but likely won't re-buy this particular one. Every pair of Ariat boots I have own, had lasted a long time, from cleaning stalls, riding horses, 4 wheeling and causal wear, but this particular one, split along the seam lines quickly and separated just as fast from the sole. This particular boot may be better as just a causal wear boot and not an all around working boot. I'm still wearing them to work in until they fall all the way apart, just have to avoid the puddles. They are comfy for sure, just like the other ariat boots I have had in the past. Looking for a working boot- this is not it. Looking for a causal wear boot- this will likely work.

I wear 8.5, and got these in the 8.5 and loved the look, style and rugged rubber soles. I got a lot of compliments the few days I wore them. But they were so heavy on my poor feet, and stiff, that the tops of my toes and arches of my feet hurt from lifting my feet to walk in them. The fit is odd - length is long enough, but wider in the toes and heels, and too narrow/tight over the arch! I tried a few different 3/4 length and heel shoe inserts to stop the slipping in the heel. While it added comfort to the heel, it was then way too tight in the arches. So b/c of the odd fit of these boots being tight in the arch, I could not use a heel or 3/4 length insert to stop the heel from slipping, with out hurting the arches of my feet! I finally just gave up on them in exasperation, and resold them, very sorrily, because I really liked the style!

I'm not sure if it's because they feel too small or if it's the style, but I walked across my apartment and they started sliding up and down my heel. That's not going to fly for long days of working at the farm or walking around the city. The foot is quite stiff, too, so maybe that sliding would stop after some breaking in, but I'm not going to wait around to find out.

Cute in the picture, but if you have a small foot (I'm a size 6), these end up looking like toddler boots...... too fat and short for the height (proportions seem off). Don't know if its the chubby sole or just the chunky style. Returning for a sleeker look.

I just received these boots yesterday. I really needed a good boot for farm and ranch work. The toe box is really good and feels like it would protect my toes. The soles were thicker than my old ones, felt good, but was worried they would be a grassburr magnet. The problem came where the boot top meets the boot. It is about 14 inches in circumference where all my other boots are about 13. This does not allow for a snug fit around the instep. I count on that snug fit because my heels are narrow. Unfortunately, with that extra room and the wide heels, I felt like I had on flip flops. I'm thinking they would be dangerous for me to wear in a muddy cow lot or in the pasture where I might trip on brush, not to mention rubbing my legs raw from them slapping against them with each step. I just need a tighter fit in the instep and heel. They look great--so sorry they didn't fit.

This boot was at least one size too large overall. It was heavy compared to Ariat's Heritage roper. The sole felt clunky and was too thick.

I've had four different pairs of probabies, and three pairs, the Ariat emblem is glued into the sole, and has come out. Then you're walking on boots that have these "holes" in the sole and it's a little uncomfortable and irritating. When I wear them, it requires a lot of standing and walking, and it just wasn't a good thing.

Cute boots and fit good, but not durable enough/poor sole design. I wore them daily on the ranch and after just 6 months the rubber pieces on the bottoms fell off. Didn't effect the wearability, but a poor design nonetheless.

I have worn Ariat boots for the past 15 years and was disappointed with these boots. The arch was too tall. In fact my heel moved up and down at least an inch due to the height of the arch.

I am just not happy with these. They have hurt my feet from the start and after a year of use I'm giving up and buying a new pair of Justins. The Justins were so comfy straight out of the box, but did not hold up well at all so I tried these boots and the Ariats are uncomfortable, but hold up great.

I have bought two pair and the stitching above the toe on both pair have separated. Arait replaced the first pair and the pair I received tore awayagain inless than fourmonths. I like the boot but don't like payingthe price for a boot that won't last more than four months.

Product arrived very badly scuffed. I reached out to customer service 3 separate times and never heard anything back. Total waste of money and so disappointing as my last pair lasted over 6 years. Others commented my old pair looks in much better shape than the "new" ones. Really let down by this company and do not recommend

I bought this pair last year because I love Ariat boots and they fit well. They have been my workhorses at the barn and riding. They are very comfortable. However, I am very disappointed in this current pair. After only a year, the inside stitching of one of the heels came loose and so every time I put my foot in, the lining separates and folds over. I have tried glue and shoe goo, but it just keeps coming apart. I have another pair of the same boots that I have had for so long, the tread is all worn off, but I am back to wearing those because I have never had any problems with them. I will have to think twice before buying yet another pair.

I'm a big fan of Ariat and have always enjoyed their boots, however I'm very disappointed with this pair. Bought them about a year ago for everyday use and within a month the inside lining was ripping. Six months in, the stitching holding the sole to the boot started coming undone. I usually get about two years out of their boots before needing a new set but after these, I feel like Ariat is beginning to make boots out of cheaper, lower quality material.
