Positives: -Very very comfortable -excellent support -held up well to long rugged hiking Cons -dangerously slippery on smooth or wet surfaces. Like scary slippery. Do not buy these boots to use in snow, wet areas or smooth rock surfaces. -falling apart after a year of use -not the high Ariat quality I am used to with my paddock boots and tall show boots. Honestly dissapointed. -sole pulling away from boot pretty quick after purchase

I've had these terrain boots for going on 5 years and they go through alot of muck and hold up great!!

Perfect. These are the only boots my husband wears. Im glad their offered in wide. He loves them.

I have owned several pairs of these boots I ride horses in them hike in them and work in them they are the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever owned, I just bought another new pair.

The soles are perfect for snowy days. They are so comfortable inside. Might end up getting some for my daughter. Love 'em!

I bought my first pair of these over 10 yrs ago and they held up great! Just bought a new pair a cpl mos ago and they were comfy as soon as i put them on (no break in period) but after just a handful of times wearing them, the sole is coming apart. I hav contacted Ariat 4x and no one will get back to me to remedy this :( very dissapointed right now

I'm a generator technician and needed something I could work in and also use as an everyday hiking/riding boot, and these are fantastic. I feel like I'm cheating on my cowboy boots because these are just so comfy. I got a 1/2 size larger to be able to wear thicker socks in the fall and they fit perfect (usually a 9.5, ordered a 10). Zero blisters after wearing them for 10+hr work day, no need to break them in, and I can fit my spurs on them although it does make them snug on my heel. 10/10 will buy again when these wear out.

Love the Terrain boots. I always buy the men's because they come in wide widths. This is my third pair; however, the last pair I had was waterproof and 3M insulated. Ariat has the Pro Waterproof, insulated and with a zipper; however, it only comes in women's sizes/B width. Would like to see the waterproof laced boot with insulation back again - great for Minnesota weather!

Cute but not sure I liked the glossy brown and it also didn't fit right. I got the 7.5 wide but it was too short, the 8 too big so got a different style.

Never got them it says delivered but they are not here

Runs big and wide is WIIIDE. I got a size 9 wide and it was way too big so I had to return it. I then purchased an 8.5 wide. I still have too much toe space. I consider myself to have wide feet (often buy wide shoes), but even when I pull my laces as tight as possible (like, there is no more space to get any tighter) they aren't quite tight enough. I'm really disappointed that they only have a return policy and not an exchange policy. I like the flexibility the boots allow for work and riding though. Just really disappointed that they didn't fit as advertised. I should've gotten an 8 regular.

Terrain boots This is my 4th pair of terrain boots. This is the 1st time I've had to put in a thicker insole. The boots aren't built as balanced as the previous ones. Not sure I'll purchase them again.

This boot is great to wear around the barn, but I love that it has a slim profile and a riding heel so I can easily transition from chores to the saddle. They're comfortable enough to walk in all day and ended up being my warehouse footwear during a seasonal position. I carried. Best shoes for the job! I love everything about them. I noticed with customers that have wide feet these were a go-to comfortable shoe for them also.

the only pair of boots a man will ever need. they're incredibly versatile for every situation. mainly use them as my work boots and daily wear.. the grey is my favorite color, and i've had every color but black

Definitely great street shoes but not waterproof at all so don't try to walk through dee soaked grass or anything wet. They leak at the seams. My second pair I used a waterproof spray snd they still saturated because they're leather. Love the look and I can walk all day just not in wet grass and unfortunately that's my job. Will wear when I'm not working.

My retail location stopped stocking my Fatbaby Saddle boots. I was hesitant to order online as I have to try on 2-3 pairs to find a good fit as the 6 medium can vary & be hard to get on! So I tried the wide Fatbaby Saddle finish! They slid right on! Wider in the toe & the heel & the heel. Will update later as I'm concerned the inside of the heel will wear out due to more inside heel movement. Just wish they had a more of a rubbery or gripping sole. Husband said they are so small (size 6) and should come with the holster and cap gun!

They are cute and I love them. The sizing is awkward. I purchased a size 9. The fit but feet flop out the bed of the boot. The 8.5 was too tight. If I buy another pair it will be an 8.5

I love these boots. I wear them daily. These are about my 5th pair in 10 years. They are very comfortable and durable.

My feet have a few issues with width, and arthritis in toe area, though these fit so well. I don't even feel like taking them off. Comfy.
