This is actually my third pair, years ago I got a pair and they fit so well right out of the box, I purchased a second a second pair. I wore one pair for working my dog, hunting, hiking and riding, they finally died during this Alaska spring. The second pair, I wear with everything, Jeans, skirts, dresses, I am still wearing them, but they are getting looking a bit tired and will become my outdoor boots. I ordered a new pair, they fit right out of the box and I love them. Saving up to get the H2O model.

I thought this was going to be another pair of boots I needed to return. I have tried so many brands and nothing would fit due to needing a wide fit due to damaged feet and a high instep. The first boot slid on and I was so happy, however, second boot had to use the plastic bag method. A bit of bedding in and I will have boots that feel like slippers. OMG, wish I had found these sooner. Might have needed mens but thank god I found some gorgeous boots that fit. Quality as always with Ariat is second to none.

I love these boots but they are hard to find in my size and where I live. I only wear these Fatbaby Originals. The sole thickness and rugged tread are perfect, they are the absolute most comfortable foot. I wear them all day everyday, I would even wear them to work if appropriate for the lab.

I've been in the process of trying to find dog walking/hiking boots and regular casual shoes because the old company which I bought my shoes from and enjoyed for many years now has changed their ways and no longer make roomy toe boxes. They shoes have also become very short. I found these boots and I really love them. Plenty of toe box room for any thickness of socks, soft and pliable around the foot and ankle so no break in required. Can't feel gravel on the roads through the bottom. I use an arch support which also fits in the boot easily with room to spare. My first 5 mile walk was a dream. They seem to run a tad bigger than most size 9s and that's a good thing. I plan on purchasing more in the near future and in the meantime, the Terrain boot will be happily worn each day. Highly recommended.

this boot and design is stylish long lasting built with comfort. working on your feet all day with my style in mind. this is the perfect boot for me. even when mucking through mud wether from the kick back of four wheelers through the pasture or the wading through water on trail rides. I love the black and blue designs and they have been easy to clean and polish up for a night out on the town. would like steal toe someday.

These are just great boots, i have had them for a a few years now and still get compliments. Most importantly, they are very comfortable and very easy to pair them up with a good pair of jeans. Very easy to clean. Did i mention how comfortable they are.

I have owned these boots for 5 years, I love wearing them, I wear them daily and they held up very well, they started dying this spring but I am determined to run them into the ground. I will be buying the fat baby's as soon as I need to. They are super comfortable, wide enough for my feet and have fit better than every single other brand I've tried.

I wear these boots year round on the Texas gulf coast in the barn, in the gardens, on concrete, near the ponds with all types of socks including wool in summer. My second pair are my current work boots, third pair are for running around. These boots last forever, basically when I walk out of them. While not waterproof, my feet have never been 'wet', just damp after heavy water exposure. And they're great working in stirrups.

I bought these after hovering aver the buy now button for a couple of months. They are so comfy - once I get them on! They are tight when I try to get my foot into them but once on they are brilliant. Probably just need a bit more wear, which I can't complain about

Waterproof! Kept my feet dry while I mucked stalls and walked through puddles etc. Weird thing is I am usually a size 6.5 in shoes (including Ariat brand) but the 6.5 terrain boot was too long for my foot. I ended up getting a size 6 instead.

This is my second pair of Terrain boots! I LOVE them. My first pair became my new barn/riding boots and they are still going strong. Second pair will be my "good" ones for wearing everywhere else! SO comfy!

I have a wide forefoot with a bunion, so trying to find a comfortable shoe is difficult. It is even more difficult to find a comfortable waterproof shoe as the material often has less flexibility. I was pleased and surprised to find these boots comfortable. I typically wear a 7-7.5 wide (D) sneaker. I ended up getting these in a 6.5 wide (C). I replaced the insert with my own orthotics and there is enough room. So far they seem to keep the water out.

These passed the rest of all day rain, walking through standing water and washing horses. Dry socks and feet at the end of the day. And no more sore feet at the end of full days of managing a large horse farm.

Very easy to break in. I normally wear an 8 shoe, so I originally ordered an 8 size boot, but it was not snug on my foot so I ordered a 7 1/2 and the fit was perfect since I knew it would stretch some.

I just bought my second pair of Ariat boots, at the recommendation of riding instructors as I prepare to head out to the Rockies for a week of hiking and horseback trails. I bought my first pair about a decade ago when I lived in MT, and ultimately they did get a bit shabby because I wore them so much. The riding pros out West recommended this version because they have just enough heel for horseback riding and are waterproof, improvements over the original pair. So I don't have to take separate riding boots, freeing up baggage space.

The craftsmanship, quality, comfortabliliry, true true to size, and not to mention how good they lookhands down, the perfect boot for everyday wear or just when you feel like it. Dress it up or dress them downthey can suit whatever want or need. If I am honest, they are amazing, and I also make them look even better! 10/10

Excellent quality, extreme comfort and support, long lasting! They break in easily but take 15+ years to break down and give out. I wasn't sure I'd be so lucky as to find Ariat still making this particular boot once it became time to replace my original pair. But here we are. Thank you, Ariat! I wear mine everywhere - to work, daily chores, out and about, etc.
