Bought these flats because they are Uggs. I really love the comfort of Ugg boots so was sold these would be comfy, however that just isn't the case. Bought a half size larger because the informative reviews led me to do so. The fit is perfect but the shoe still wants to flop off, and guess it's because the top hardly comes over your toes. I still love my Ugg boots, but these shoes, not so much. Zappos would have gladly given me full refund, but I'm keeping them anyway. Hopes this helps with your decision. I'm off to shop at my fav shoe store, ZAPPOS!

The Khaki color has a greenish tint to it and ruins it. I am so disappointed.

After a few months the felt separated from the sole leaving only the stitching to hold the sole connected to the upper. This made the upper visibly move back and forth as you walk. I was told "that is the way they are". A few months after that and the stitching has separated, as you would imagine when only the stitching is holding it in place. Really comfortable and love the look but feel like I got suckered. They are now useless. 6 months for this cost of shoe is no bueno!

Overall really love the shoe and would have given it 5 stars. Except laces feel flimsy / cheap quality, the height of the upper is less than boot height, but taller than a shoe, so it gave me a sore on the bottom of my ankle, after a couple of days of wear. Hoping the latter problem goes away soon after more break-in.

These shoes were a major disappointment...I felt like I had bought a pair of duck feet...they are super wide in the toebox area, more than the picture depicted. And the insole is not removable thus making it almost impossible to use orthotics or inserts of any kind...i.e., my feet were up against the top inside of the shoe with orthotics. They just do not feel good...I tried everything because Clarks typically are great shoes, but au contraire in this case. I continue my search for a great pair of black suede shoes!

I've worn Clark shoes for years and had this same style somewhere around 8 years ago and loved them!!! I've tried in my original size 10's; too tight so exchanged for size 11 -- same thing. Can barely get my feet into the shoe and you can see the leather stretching and discoloring when I do get my foot into them. Sad, I know leather will stretch some but when you have a struggle getting your foot into the shoe that's not a good sign!

I loved the look and liked the reviews so I bought the shoes. They took a little while to wear in, but once they did I loved them. Sadly it took less than a year before the sole began separating along the stitching. The shoes came apart and were not worth the cost.

I have bought two pairs of these in the hopes that I just got a dud. I did not. In both cases, the glue sealing the leather upper to the sole comes apart in the first couple weeks so the upper leather part slides around as it is only held on by stitching. Eventually the stitching will split, not before sand and small bits of gravel have become frequent tenants. I complained to Clarks and they said it was intentional and just the way they are designed. Well if it is intentional, why bother gluing the sole in the first place? Not sure how these came to be classics unless it is a classic snow job. Buyer beware!

Great style but horrible comfort. I always thought Clarks meant comfort. Not true. I regret buying these online. I thought maybe they would get more comfortable or that I'd get used to the shoes, but no.
