I wanted to like this shoe but the arch support was too stiff and shoe just overall not comfortable to me. I had read a lot of the reviews and I have back and hip issues but this shoe wasn't for me. Zappos is the BEST! Thank you for your service to the consumer.

Just not as comfortable as I would expect from a shoe this expensive. Other Finns in the past have been wonderful, but not this model. Not enough arch support for me, and I couldn't get my orthotics to fit inside this shoe.

Sized small. I even got a size up from my usual size and it was too tight. She was very narrow also. I don't know if I went form my normal medium to a wide if it would have helped after I upsized, but I wasn't going to try it out as i don't think the shoe should be sized so differently than normal.

Looks good, but not a comfortable shoe for walking more than 30 minutes. Insole needs more cushioning. I will use - for its solid construction - as a motorcycle passenger.

Left shoes seemed tighter and shorter than the right. I'm certain that this shoe was returned previously as it had been worn. I keep trying Finn brand because it's known for great comfort and support, but my feet don't feel the comfort. No more Finn for me. Returning them.

I wear a 37 in Finn Comfort sandals, and the adjustable Velcro straps accommodate my wide foot. I ordered up a size for the enclosed shoes, knowing there would be less width available. The 38s were so tight I could barely get my foot in them, and the two gussets are so small, they offer no relief. Had to return them. They are very well made shoes, and I'm sorry I can't wear them.

I’m not able to find any Finn shoes in stores where I live, but have heard great things about how comfortable they are. Sadly, this style was a huge disappointment and actually UNcomfortable. I am able to stand in Dansko and Sanita hard clogs for 8-12 hrs. and thought the “firm” insole of this Finn would be okay for me. I was dead wrong about that. I do have a high arch, so maybe this shoe is better if you have flat feet??? Based on the cost of these shoes, I’m not interested in spending extra money to try the softer insoles. The ones that came in this shoe felt like they dropped off at the ball of the foot, like a 3/4 length drug store insert. Thanks to Zappos, I discovered how much more stylish and cushioned SAS shoes are. These Finns are going back, and I’m ordering more trendy and SAS. I prefer the SAS “Tripad” engineering with built in cushions for pressure points. Even wedge style SAS are more comfortable than these Finns.
