Excellent Rubber Boot - My 7 1/2 month boy likes the shoe. He likes to play with them because of the color and he does not mind wearing them compared to many other shoes. It is a quality made boot compared to Carters or other clothing brands that I have seen. My husband and I like the pull-up straps, so they are easy to put on an infant child (without twisting their little legs).

The Best Boots Ever - Loved these boots...I'm ordering a new pair for my 2-1/2 year old son (Firefighter Ty). They wore out completely - but I agree with another comment that it is likely the result of the fact that rain boots aren't intended for EVERY day wear. =)

Wonderful product - I purchased these for my four year old who grew out of his old pair. He loves them.

This was a great purchase. My son loved them so very much. "I have boots like mommy", he says. My daughter, his twin wants a pair now too. Not too much of a concern is the gray reflective coloring wears off relatively easy & the padded insert came out. He gets compliments everywhere he wears them.

Fire Chief Boots - I bought 2 pairs of these "fireman boots" for my twin grandsons who are 4 years old & love fire trucks, rescue vehicles, and of course mud puddles. They wore them to the firehouse pancake breakfast & felt like "real" firemen. The boots are holding up in the puddles & backyard mud but...one of the pull-on handles broke off when Tyler pulled them on. Maybe they could reinforce them a little more for 4 year old use. Overall my experience w/ Zappos was excellent...they arrived the next day as promised & we were very pleased w/ the product.

Boy's fireman boot - I took a chance and sent this boot to my grandson who is very particular about his apparel even at 5 years old. His phone call to thank me made my month!! His mother is very pleased and said my grandson wanted to sleep with his boots on in case of an emergency. His mother said they fit true to size and the quality will hold up against my grandson's very active behavior. The boots are truly realistic looking and help my grandson to honor real "grown-up firefighters". Thank you Zappos.

My kids love them! My two boys 5 and 7 are firefighters to be... They love to pretend play and dress like the real ones. That's why they loved this boots, they look so real and they feel like the brave firefighters...

A real hit! My son loves these boots. He actually places them beside his bed before he goes to sleep. His grandfather is a real firefighter and my son loves to wear "real" fire fighter boots. Quality is superb!

My 6 year old son loves these boots because of the fireman style. He asks me every morning if it is raining outside so he can wear his boots to school.

Cool boots for little kids - My grandson splashes in puddles everywhere, mud is no problem. He loves his fireman boots!

Not so durable - My 6 yr old daughter absolutely loves her leopard print boots. I am quite disappointed, however, as we've had them for about 4 or 5 months and both boots have huge cracks in them (in the outer rubber) that make them completely unusable for the rainy weather. She would like another pair, but I hesitate to spend that much money on a pair of childrens boots that will only last a few months.

Awesome boot! Bought for my son just before Halloween and used these as part of his fireman costume. Then it rained the next week and got to use them for their true purpose. Perfect boots that he loves!

My son loves these boots. He is 3 years old and can easily pull them on with the handles. A little pricey but worth the extra money.

This was a gift for a three-year-old, who has long feet for his age. His uncle is a fireman, so these boots were a huge hit. The over-sized element is not problem. Have also gotten another color pattern of this boot for another three-year old, who put them on immediately. Both sets of parents were thrilled with them, too. Every child needs a pair of these!

I love, love, love Western Chief boots! My son's previous pair astonishingly lasted for 3 summers, but this year they were clearly outgrown. I thought I wouldn't be able to find Western Chief boots in a size 4 because most retailers only have them up to 2, so I was thrilled to find size 4 at Zappos, and in such a cute style! Western Chief boots hold up well and last a long time. Thumbs up from me and my junior firefighter!
