If you are looking for a stylish dark brown shoe, this is your shoe. It is comfortable, easy to wear, and doesn’t have that smell that most people were complaining about. It smells of leather to me. My normal foot size is a 13/14. Most shoes have to be a 14 and most sneakers and casual shoes must be a 13. However, I could have used these in a 13. I have a lot of room in the front of the shoe. If it wasn’t needed in couple of days I would exchange for the next size down. Also, I received these shoes in less than 24 hours! Zappos is great and will definitely order from them again.

Very, very professional. Everything starting from browsing you favorite items, viewing them in various angles, paying, shipping, tracking, returning, communicating, and having to be involved in all the aspects of the business. It is just flawless.

AWESOME SHOE! I was having the hardest time locating a shoe that I thought I would like. Given that I'm not a big mall person and really like to get in and get out, Zappos has proven again to be a convenient alternative. This shoes is very, very nice. I wore it out to get a feel for them for a few hours and they were extremely comfortable. My feet felt great in them. Definitely a good buy!!!!

Great shoe. The toe is a little boxy, but the style is modern. I like the shiny surface.

The odor is definitely there. Very strong, has not gone away in almost a month. So powerful, it fills a large room where I store my shoes. Also a little uncomfortable around the ankle area, it gets better as they get broken in. Aside from these 2 big issues, they seem OK. I would not purchase these again. My advice to you, find another shoe.

Nice Style - I bought these shoes because the price was low and they looked nice. Right now they are uncomfortable and need to broken in. The rub around the ankles. Note: these shoes are very shiny.

What fine and comfortable shoes... from the first try-0n. I have princess and the pea feet... every little thing hurts them and I can't sleep and walk at the same time!! But, these fine shoes make even my fussy feet happy! They look snappy and fit comfortably. I tried another version of the Reikers on a trip to Italy and wore them lots from the first! Usually this is not a smart thing to try, but, I got lucky. Give them a try and I bet you will be happy too!

Good Shoe, Great Price. Excellent look. I have not experienced the "shedding" that others have. The leather is stiff but not any worse than other dress shoes. YES they do smell like gasoline. I found that if I left them outside for a day the smell decreased quickly. Great color. Great Fit. Better quality than I had expected. An excellent value. Also ZAPPOS is awesome!

My husband loved these shoes (: We ordered these shoes on a Friday Night and received them first thing Tuesday. The price was just right. They are very dresses shoes, and they look as though we paid alot of money for them, shhhhh don't tell anyone(: These shoes look very nice with my husband's designer suit. If you like to dress than you will love these shoes.

My husband loves them! The look and quality of these shoes is fabulous. People are blown away when I tell them how much I paid for them in a size 15! I refer all of my husband's big foot friends to your website.

A birthday gift for my brother - As usual they arrived quickly. They came in the mail so quickly that it was a day before my brother’s birthday. He loved them so much that he thought I paid an arm and a leg for them. That's how well they are hand crafted. He wore them to church and informed me that because of the way the toe is cut, they are a really comfortable wear. All around he gives them five stars.

JG - Excellent shoe looks great in jeans and slacks. A little smelly but nothing a little bit of foot powder wont relieve.

I ordered these shoes for my son, and they have a very nice and polished look at a reasonable price for a growing pre-teen, and they fit him comfortably.

A very functional shoe - This shoe is functional in that you can be on your feet all day long and it won't tire them out. Plenty of toe room (once you wear them you won't be able to go back to wearing regular pointed toe shoes). The price is more than reasonable. I wish they would come in more colors to match up with my suits.

Ok I have given this shoe weeks to adjust to my foot and no good. I have never had this problem before with a dress shoe and I have gone through several over the years. The shoe on the right foot is digging into my ankle bone. I don't know what to do. I am wearing 2 socks to try to pad it but it is very painful every step I take. The left foot has no problems. Not sure if anyone else has similar issues but I am about to give up on this shoe. Maybe wait a week or so and then try to wear this again. Great design, great fit, but just horrible placement of the shoe in relation to the ankle ball on the outer ankle. :(

Gives my husband blisters - I bought these for my husband because he won't do the shopping himself and he desperately needed a new pair of shoes. They were not too expensive and looked really nice. When they came, they were really nice shoes as I expected, but my husband has to wear several pairs of socks to keep from getting major blisters on his feet. Maybe they just need several wears to break in.

Nice shoe - Nice shoe. Feels almost a size larger than says. Looks better in the smaller sizes. Overall pretty good though

Looks great, somewhat uncomfortable at first. Although I love the look of these shoes, the first few times I wore them were the most uncomfortable days my feet have ever had. My ankles, specifically -- the sides of the shoe where it touches your anklebone, were rock-hard and were at exactly the right level to chafe against the lower part of my ankle bone all day. I got nasty blisters and it became painful to walk. However, a couple days with band-aids and the shoes were more or less broken in. I still wouldn't wear them if I knew I would be walking all around town or something, but they're improving.

Not quite what I was expecting when I received them. They felt somewhat cheap and they smelled horrible (very strong chemical smell), but I guess you get what you pay for. I rather pay twice as much for a nice pair of shoes.

The pair of shoes is beautiful looking and comfortable but the material is not. The leather easily crumples.

Italian whatever. I was excited to try these shoes, finally an affordable Italian shoe that looks cool and stylish, not precocious and preening. I was also excited because Zengara makes shoes in my size (16)! When I received the shoes, I was let down. The soles, although they look nice, are very slippery. My mother (whose opinion I value sometimes...) commented that they looked a bit goofy. The leather isn't high quality that I can tell. In a previous review, a lady said that the ankle gave her husband blisters. I can see that happening since the leather isn't supple and the heel is quite sharp. Included with these other faults, this company’s sizing is all off; the shoes are at least half a size larger than marked. I wish I could endorse Zengara for their efforts, but I can't.

Horrible Smell - These shoes smell really bad, even after a year. No really, really bad. Like some sort of chemical treated leather. I bought the brown ones and the leather has a dye that comes off if you try to clean them and leaves mark on the shoe. They do look good, but don't buy them. Very cheap leather!!! Spend the extra money on some Kenneth Coles or something.
