Perfect Casual City Shoe - I was hesitant about spending so much money on a pair of shoes, but it was completely worth it! I live in the city and do lots of walking outside. They consistently keep my feet toasty and comfy. I also wear them around the house at all times. I basically live in them! They are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever own. I recommend buying the cleaning spray to protect them from water and stains. Be sure to order one full size down! I wear a 6 and the 5 fits perfectly (without socks, how they are supposed to be worn).

Love them! These are gorgeous boots, so warm and comfortable...a bit tricky to get on, but the tab at the back helps a lot. Uggs fit big but a lady’s 7 fit me fine (I'm usually an 8). And I was thrilled with the super-quick shipping. :-)

Outstanding and unbelievably excellent service. I got these shoes the next day and they fit beautifully! I'm so impressed with your service. I struggled unsuccessfully with two other reputable vendors and both failed to send the shoes. A friend suggested Zappos and am I glad I took her up on it. I can't say enough praises. Great... I ordered these late on a Monday night and they were at my house by the time I got home from class at 1:30 on Wednesday afternoon. I ordered a size 6 and they were huge. I normally wear a 7 1/2 in women. I sent them back on Friday and I re-ordered a new pair Kiddie size 4 on Saturday and I received them on Monday. The size 4 fit great. They were a little tough to get on at first but once they are worn out they are great. They aren't the best looking but they are comfortable. Zappos is great with everything and their customer service was quick too. I will order from here in the future. Great job Zappos.

Mini Ugg=max comfort - I own several pairs of Uggs and all are great on comfort. The Mini is perfect for those days when there is a chill in the air but it isn't quite cold enough for a full size Ugg boot. Great to slip on for a quick walk with the dogs or a casual trip to the coffee shop. I would definitely recommend this shoe for its comfort and warmth. Order a size down as it does run big.

Can't go wrong with Uggs! These boots are great! ~ They are slightly harder to slip on than the classic version, but not hard by any means. They are comfy, warm and fit under jeans better than the taller version. I got the chestnut color. I don't like it as much as the sand, but it hides way more dirt and other spots.

Comfortable - They are great, never thought that any boot could be so comfortable, thanks for Uggs and for Zappos!

No way you can go wrong - This is my second pair so now I have 2 pair of Classic UGG Mini's. I wear these when my ankles need protection from draft otherwise I wear the UGG Tasman’s. In my opinion, these look good with any jeans outfit that I wear. With a lower thermostat temp in our house due to rising propane prices these boots go a long way to keeping me comfortable. I wouldn't be without them.

Buy 'em smaller! I have a pair of the Tall Uggs that I purchased last year and absolutely fell in love with! I bought them in size 7 (I usually wear a size 8) and they fit perfectly! But then I bought a pair of Ugg moccasins in a size 7 and they are really snug so I decided to try this pair of boots in an 8. BIG MISTAKE! These boots run really REALLY big! I am not even close to a 7 and I have to have these in a 7. So, listen to the others and order a size down, it'll be worth it!

Love My Uggs - These are so comfortable I wear them around in the house like slippers. LOVE THEM!! I am usually a 9 or 9.5 and I ordered the 8 and they are perfect.

Unbelievable comfort - I have been buying Ugg boots for my 3 daughters for the last 2 years, they love them. They wear them with almost everything, I finally broke down and bought a pair for myself and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

UMMM CHOCOLATE - Love the color, the fit, and everything… even the little pull tabs in the back (That is new for UGGS!). I have worn UGGS for nearly 20 years. I will never stray and I only buy them here at ZAPPOS. I have bad neuropathy (pins and needles) and warmth makes it all better, but not too much warmth. That is why UGGS are the ONLY boot to buy. Winter OR summer. My friends tease me, I never wear socks and my feet DO NOT sweat! I have my first pair STILL and they are still in great shape on the inside, too! Ha! No odor because of the real sheepskin! Get a pair!

Love it - I could live in these. I am on my feet all day as a Kindergarten teacher and these shoes have been great! I was worried they would get sweaty or stinky, but they don't. I also had surgery for a broken foot a few months ago and they don't bother me at all. Nice and cozy!

Love the MINI!!! I love these Uggs. They are great for comfy shoes when it is not that cold. The shorter length makes them more comfortable under jeans. They do run large. I wear a 7 normally and the 6 fits very comfortably... I have no trouble at all getting them off and on like some reviews say. LOVE these shoes and will be buying more in other colors!!! Great shoe for going through the airport security...

I love my Uggs! These are the most comfortable boots. I wear them with jeans or with slacks, and they look good. I have trouble finding shoes that fit well, but these are great! The only thing is they run a little big, so you have to order down a 1/2 size.

Warm and fuzzy - These boots are great for winter or any cold weather. Very warm, lined with sheep wool, fit perfectly. I could walk in these for hours on end.

Ugg luv - Everyone who gets cold feet and lives in a cold climate should have a pair of these.

The Greatest Shoes - These shoes are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I ordered them on a Monday evening and was wearing them the next day. Talk about delivery.

Fantastic Mini's!! I usually wear a size 9 and I decided to order an 8 based on all the reviews and they were right. It fits perfectly with or without socks. It doesn't have any arch support, but it's so warm. I love them!!!

Ugg Mini - Love these boots! My feet are so happy and comfortable. I was worried that they were too trendy and didn't order them right away, but now I wish I had. Follow the instructions about ordering a size down. I did and mine fit perfectly. I am putting the black ones on my Christmas list.

I love my Uggs - I am thoroughly enjoying my Classic Mini! I have them in the denim and they work real nice with jeans. The short height makes it easy to wear with flare jeans.
