They are VANS. Canvas and rubber. That is all. IF you are looking for some kind of shoe that makes you run faster, jump higher, have great "arch" support," last forever, walk for six weeks nonstop, waterproof, bullet proof or not look cool, you have missed the point of these shoes. VANS, thank you for not attempting the above or anything else besides letting these classic just be.

I have quite a few pairs of the authentics in different colors. They always fit great and the canvas makes the break in process fast and I never get blisters.

Love this shoe. I'm a new mom and comfy shoes have become a priority but I still want to be a little fashion forward. Got these in the checkered pattern and wear them with everything! I fluctuate between a 9-9.5, so based off other reviews I went with a 9 and the fit is perfect. Totally recommend this shoe!

I love my Vans! This is one of many pairs of Vans that I own & wear frequently. They are comfortable, fun to look at & easy to wear. I do have a small & relatively wide foot and they fit me perfectly. Someone with a narrow foot may have a problem or someone who needs a lot of arch support. But for me they are just right. Last month I wore this same style in Manhattan for an entire day of sightseeing and my feet never got tired or sore.

I really like these shoes, they are a little bigger than I expected, but they fit well. The color is great. I got them in less than 2 days from when I ordered them. I looked everywhere for pink shoes, very happy.

I had been stalking these shoes for a good month. I had to go down half a size. I usually wear a ten in women but had to get a 9.5. The shoes came fast and they are true to the picture above. I will definitely be buying more from this website.

I sized 1/2 size down because my feet are narrow. They fit wonderfully.

These shoes are very comfortable. I went hiking in the snow in Tahoe, and they barely got wet. These shoes really surprised with the level of comfort and the apparent durability. Vans has somehow made the best hiking sneaker ever.
