Needed a half size to full size bigger - The shoes are lovely. The color (in frappe) and style are both unique. I however needed a full size up from the usual. I usually wear a U.S. size 8, and in this case I ordered the 38.5 but had to return and exchange for the 39. The quality of the suede lining is very good, as a previous reviewer noted -- thick and luxurious. However, you should be aware that the parts of the satin are left "raw" and intentionally frayed. In my opinion that makes the shoes cuter (the deconstructed look), but maybe it'll bug some people.

Just fabulous - Now here's a ballet flat that is unique...the fabric is couture quality layered satin. Very well made with seam details that are complex and wonderful. It has a strong look, not the usual skimmer with lots of toe cleavage, it's more substantial, and the suede lining is so lovely it could be a shoe all on it's own. I did have some sizing trouble, I'm a 9 but ended up with a 38.5, although everyone else seemed to say they needed to size up, and yes, the toebox was tight at first, but the suede lining is like butter, and after one wearing it softened up perfectly. The oyster color is beautiful, and can be great with jeans and then elegant enough to wear with dressy trousers...I work in a shoe store, and I haven't seen anything like the selection at Zappos ever! Absolutely amazing selection, there's nothing out there that can compare. And of course we all know about the magical service. It's like you make a wish and the shoe fairy fulfills it the next day.

A Beautiful Flat! I was sick and tired of conventional ballet flats and skimmers and so I set out looking for something a little different. These are edgy and pretty at the same time, and the pewter color I wound up getting (I was agonizing over this for a while!) is beautiful -- subtle and easily-matchable, but unusual, too. The rubber sole and lined footbed makes this baby very comfortable, though I did have to send back the 36.5 to get a pair of 37s (and even now they are a little snug, but comfy.) If you don't like toe cleavage this is perfect...personally I like a little bit of it because my feet look tiny otherwise but the styling of this shoe is so gorgeous I'll forgive it that!

Very Happy - These were exactly what I wanted -- ballet flats that were more interesting than regular ballet flats. I also can't stand bow-ties on ballet flats and these have something interesting without being overly feminine or frumpy. I was unsure about the pointy toes but it turned out ok. The heel was a little big but then all heels are big for me. It probably was normal.

Pedro Garcia Albany - These are the most comfortable flats I've ever owned. The insoles are well cushioned with a suede lining. It's rare to find a shoe that is so pretty and unique as well as truly well designed. All shoes should feel and look as good as these!

The most comfortable flat I've ever worn! I purchased these in a local boutique 2 weeks ago, and they have a nice, wider toe box and are so cushioned and comfortable they feel like slippers! I bought them in all three colors (they come in a mushroom color, as well). I can't wait to tell my friends who wanted them that they can get them here!

Squished my toes! These shoes are beautiful and awesome in every way, except for the tight, tight toebox! The suede lining is soft and nice, and does not give me blisters. However, my toes were miserable, I felt like they got bruises from being squished. So with that problem I returned them and bought half size up. That didn't work--my heels slip off and once I put the heel pads in my toes were squished again. Curiously, they are not squished from the side the way it usually happens. This toebox problem is not because the shoes are not wide enough, but because the toebox is not spacious enough vertically. (Weird but true. They are a little narrow as well, in fact. I am sad...these are the most gorgeous and well made little things ever....

Gorgeous, but needs a roomier toe box - The shoe looks even better in person! I bought the Frappe color, and it has the color and sheen of a grey pearl. The fabric and leather are very nice and incredibly soft. Usually I'm a 40, so I ordered the 41 just in case, as I have moderately flat feet. I just wish that there was about a quarter inch more room in the width of the toe box; it's snug but not painful. I love them anyway, and I'm hoping that with some wear it will have more give.

Very comfy... I was looking for something comfortable, different from the basic ballet, and one that could go from work to everyday... and this definitely fit the bill... it's not as hott as the Sam Edelman Carolyn’s in red that I got, but it's a good "un-classic" look. Very comfortable... just get a size up... for sure.

Looks lovely but I needed more toe space - I don't usually wear dressy shoes so can't really compare it with others. The reviews led me to believe these would be really comfy, but my toes were squashed and I got blisters. I ordered these overnight for a job interview so I didn't have time to send back for a larger size to see if that was better. These don't slip on my heels and maybe a larger size would.

More comfortable than sneakers! And looks a whole lot chicer, too! Gorgeous shoe. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful these shoes feel on your feet. The inside and outside are beautiful. The suede edging and other details make the quality top notch. Not cheap, but you'll wear them everyday. I agree with the reviewers--a lot more interesting than standard ballet flats that you see everyone wearing. These look great with wide- and skinny-leg pants as well as slim skirts.

Love these shoes!! The shoes are just as gorgeous in person as the picture. The color goes with everything. My only issue was the lining at the bottom of my right shoe was tacked down faulty, and there is a bump in the middle of the shoe that I can't get rid of (makes them a little uncomfortable). But they are so cute, and easy to walk in, so I just ignore it!!!!

Hmmm... I love the look of these shoes, and when first wearing them they were great, but after an hour they felt too tight and some areas and loose in other. I sadly couldn't wait to get them off my feet.
