Very Satisfied - I ordered the Heelys for my two grandsons for Christmas. First of all, the service I received was wonderful. The Free Overnight delivery was unbelievable, especially just a week before Christmas. I ordered both pair a size larger than there shoe size, as suggested and they were both a perfect fit. The boys loved them, have been having a lot of fun on them and also have been able to put the plugs in and wear them to school. Both pair was very well made and the appearance is good. Thanks for the wonderful product and service.

My nephew really loves the fit and comfort of the Heelys. He loved the look (color) - I did not-but I don't have to wear them. Thank you so much for the quickness of delivery during the holiday season.

The Vapor - These were greatly anticipated by my nephew. They came overnight which was wonderful and he absolutely loves them.

These shoes are a trip! I ordered a pair for my 8 year old and a pair for my 4 year old. The first pair was too small, although I did order a size bigger. Returned them no problem and got a bigger size. The boys LOVE them. My older son picked it up quickly and skates all over the place. He loves the attention he gets. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Great invention - These shoes fit true to size. My 7 1/2 year old son loves them. They look good and roll very smoothly. This is his 2nd pair. (When he grew out of the old ones, he would scrunch his toes to keep using them- til we realized what he was doing and it was time for new ones). At first, he had a very difficult time going on them but he kept using them and now tools around all over on them. I think they have improved his balance and it sure makes it easy to get around an airport! The only thing is people are afraid they will scuff the floor in stores, I have not seen any scuffs in our home so I don't think it is a problem. There have been a few skinned knees, but for those children who don't mind that, they are great.

Christmas gift - my son had been asking for Heelys for a very long time. I wasn't going to allow him to have them but then found him searching the internet for prices(he is 8 years old!). I decided at the last minute to let my son have them. My husband and I went on line the next day purchased them and were very surprised at how quickly they arrived. I can't get them off of his feet! I love how speedy the service was.

Pleased with product - I was very pleased with everything in my recent order. The description of the sneaker was right on point along with your suggestion for sizing. The product was shipped and delivered to my home within two days which was wonderful as I made a late purchase right before Christmas. I would not hesitate to order anything from Zappos.com in the future.

I received the shoes the next day on an overnight shipment. They were great! The package included the shoes (of course), the wheels, the wheel covers, and an instrument that used to remove the wheels. My kids love them to this day!

Can't Get Enough - I bought the shoes for my nephew for Christmas. He acts as if they are the only pair of shoes he owns. His mother has to make him take them off. He wears them every where, even church. So, I must give the shoe an overall 5 stars!! This kid is really hard to please.

Online reviews worth reading - I recently purchased a pair of Heelys for my son as a Christmas present. I wanted it to be a surprise so I didn't ask him anything about it. The online reviews suggested buying 1 1/2 size bigger. That advice was accurate and I received the shoes promptly. Very pleased with the service and will continue to order with Zappos.

Heely Shoes - Great product... Well made and look good. They seem to be very durable. My 10 year old son is getting more comfortable with the roller shoes the more he uses them. He wears them all the time. The price was fair compared to what's out there. The free shipping both ways (if necessary) is a great perk as well.

Grandson's gift - I got these for my grandson's Christmas gift. I went by your size suggestion and went a size larger---I was afraid they would be way too big but they are fine. He loves the Heelys! He is only 7 and is still learning with one wheel, but he's getting better. I had no trouble with ordering--and the shoes arrived VERY quickly! At a great price too!!! Thanks so much!

Great buy compared to store prices - These shoes were a much better deal here than what I could get in retail store. The variety of sizes was great also. Pleased with the overall quality.

These are even more fun than skateboards, and way more portable! Great exercise for reforming couch potatoes (and video game potatoes!). I wear mine everywhere!

Better quality than I expected - Working in a shoe store for 15 years, I've seen plenty of skate type shoes and was skeptical of these being any better made than those in the past. These are great! They are well made and look great. They are a little heavy, but it is to be expected with the wheels and all. Zappos service is also, as usual, the best! I had these shoes the next day! No running all over the malls looking for a really hard to find item. Your selection of styles was excellent.

Heelys Vapor - My 6 year old loves this shoe; however it is rather wide and has caused an irritable spot on his pinkie toe.

Christmas preasents! Wow! My 2 boys got these for Christmas and loved them. They had a little Trouble removing the plastic plug initially so they could install the wheel but after they realized they wouldn't "break the shoe" it was no problem to remove. My younger son loved them so much he would wear them around the house without the wheel since it does seem to take some skill to master rolling. All in all, my children love them. They were a very good investment.

Go ahead and buy them... I really didn't want to buy these shoes. Certainly not at the mall prices!! Then I found them at Zappos.com at a fantastic price. At Christmas. How could I not give into the pressure? I ordered online -the wrong size! I realized my mistake and called the customer service number and the very friendly gentleman at Zappos was able to correct everything on his end and I got what I wanted. I purchased these the week prior to Christmas and just as advertised the shipping was lightening quick, the shoes were great, and my son is thrilled. Not my favorite idea, wheels on shoes. I still worry that he is going to fall on his head, but I am very pleased with the quality of the shoes, the ease of use (my son was zipping around in 5 minutes), and the FANTASTIC service of Zappos. They helped make our holiday great.

1st pair of Heelys - The shoes are fun, great quality even as a regular shoe, wheels easy to pop out and pop in...Very good quality. Shoe has a tight fit since there is "padding" so may want to order a 1/2 size or size up...

I love Zappos. My 6 year old son got these from Santa and he loves them. I ordered the wrong size and called Zappos customer service and they changed it right away and got them to me in one day!!
