Love my Naots! At first these shoes felt really weird on my arch, but I took out the insole and put my own insoles in, and now I love them! They're very roomy and comfortable, and they are getting softer with wear, too. They're not the most feminine-looking, but they definitely look good enough for me to wear to work with nice outfits.

Very comfortable - Great quality and very comfortable. They were comfortable from day 1, no break in time.

Comfy, but squeaky - Very comfortable, but developed a squeak within 6 months. Disappointing because they weren't cheap. Tried switching cork insoles with another pair and they still squeaked, so the problem must be in the construction of the outsole. Embarrassing to wear.

Stylish orthopedics! Well, maybe not orthopedic, but they are truly comfortable. I have a pinched nerve and these do not aggravate it at all, in fact, I can walk barefoot for awhile after wearing these shoes! They look great with lots of styles of pants, but not so hot with skirts.

Wonderful shoe - I had been looking for a replacement pair of black boots for 3 years and finally found them in these boots. They fit true to the European size given (37) but they were listed as a US women's 6. In my experience a 37 is usually closer to a 6.5 or 7, which is what I usually wear. The only other negative I found with these shoes was that my heel can lift about an inch inside these shoes. I have very low arches and usually need shoes with adjustment, so this wasn't a huge surprise. However, it doesn't seem to detract from the comfort level. Now that they are breaking in, this is less of a problem. I love these shoes.

These shoes run wide but are ultra-comfortable! Unfortunately I had to return them as they are too bulky for my taste. I recommend getting a half-size smaller.

Comfy, but clunky - This shoe is one of the most comfortable I have ever owned, even straight out of the box. I bought it to have a basic, black boot to wear in the snow. It has definitely lived up to that. My only complaint is the styling is a bit clunky and in my opinion, only looks good with pants.

They’re great boots, very comfortable and nice looking. I have worn them daily since they arrived and have gotten plenty of compliments. The fit was just right. A great Christmas present for myself! Thanks Zappos and reviewers that make shopping fun and easy.

So comfortable - I got these boots to be a bit more progressive than the Doc Martens I've worn for more than 20 years... These Naot’s are WOW so comfortable=no break-in time needed AT ALL. I'm still not sure they look as good as Docs. (Tough to tell from above.) Time will tell.

Zappos is #1 for shoes!!! Zappos’ selection and availability always amazes me, but the turnaround on delivery is what makes you the best place to purchase shoes! I ordered my boots Tuesday evening and they were on my doorway before noon on Wednesday! I live on the east coast, and can't figure out how you manage to deliver so quickly! As for my new Naot Cruise boots, I am in heaven! Not only do they meet my criteria for style, but they fit like a glove and are perhaps the most comfortable shoes I've ever bought! I am already plotting for my next purchase, and will definitely be getting another pair of Naot shoes. I have had problems with my feet in the past, caused by bunions, but since I've been shopping for shoes at Zappos, I usually make informed choices, based on other customer reviews, and have had fewer problems in recent years! Thanks for keeping me in comfort!

Comfy and adorable! I absolutely love these boots. After looking for a comfortable pair of everyday boots for years, and settling on an uncomfortable Dansko pair, I found these and have been thrilled. They are a little bit unusual and funky and I get lots of compliments on them. I love the slightly squared off toe and the stitching, which make them a little unusual. But more importantly, they have been 100% comfortable since day 1.

Comfy, practical, stylish - Great shoes and comfy. Manufacturer and Zappos suggested sizing was wrong for me. I generally wear a women's 8, and also often wear an EU 38. The size chart suggested 39, and I just SWAM in those and had to return for 38s, which fit acceptably. I have narrow heels and I still have a lot of slippage there, but that isn't uncommon for me.

A boot with arch support! I have very flat feet and this is the only boot I've ever worn that had enough support for me. It's cute and different and practical. I wish they had a taller version as well.

Very pleased - I've been wearing these boots all winter. After trying on 12 pairs of boots from Zappos in the fall, I settled on these in black and La Canadienne Vanity boot in brown, and I have felt very happy with both. These are kind of funky with the stitching and the unusual shape of the toe box. The black leather is soft and sleek. It has gotten a bit scuffed after wearing for several months, but I think a good shoe shine would fix that.

Comfy walking shoes with great support! I bought these shoes mainly for work and all the walking around I do in NYC. They are heavenly! They provide excellent arch and heel support and are cute to boot (no pun intended)!

Too small for me! I usually take a 35 in Naot, but these were too small to put on. The soles are clunkier than they are in some other Naot, so I decided not to order a size up. The oysters seem to me a bit more comfortable and truer to size.

Naot Cruise boot - Great boot! So comfortable it feels like slippers! My feet are wide, short, & I have plantar fasciitis, with a high arch...would definitely recommend, well worth the price...

I love Naot sandals and shoes so when looking for a comfortable winter boot I thought I'd check these out. I think they are pretty funky looking. They feel great though and my kids say they're cool.

Comfort and style - I love the comfort and styling of this ankle boot. Lots of support for my very picky feet. The heels are a bit wide so I wear socks that are a little thicker than my usual. I had also ordered the Naot Oyster boots, but those heels were much wider than the Cruise, so I regretfully returned them.

Comfortable from the first try-on - I tried these on the day I got them, wore them to work the next day and wore them all weekend. No blisters, no aching arches. Very comfortable - wish they came in purple.

I love this boot. It's beautiful and so comfortable. I have picky feet and wore these two days in a row with no problems and got lots of compliments. I wear a 7 1/2 or 8 and got the size 38, which fits perfectly.

So comfy, so stylish! Loving this shoe... have gotten tons of compliments. I have arthritis in my feet and am always looking for shoes I can tolerate that don't look like they are orthopedic. These are perfect and I got the green, which I think makes them even more interesting. They are incredibly comfortable and I am able to wear them all day and night. The only down side is they are looking very worn even though I’ve only had them a short time because I wear them so much so I am thinking of getting another pair! Get them - you won't regret it!

Naot Cruise - These boots felt great the moment I put them on. I've tried many brands and styles and knew immediately that this was the one for me. I have neuroma and must wear comfortable shoes. I love everything about them!
