Loved the shoes but the top band cut into my foot since it was so tight. I could not keep them but they are beautiful shoes!

This is the same as the very first pair of Naots I ever owned, about 40 years ago. I wore them all the time, and loved them! But this time, due to now having neuropathy, and some other foot issues, they just are not comfortable enough for me. The edges of the straps scrape my feet, and they slap with each step I take. I'm sorry that I have to send them back.

Love the look and the great color (metallic ), however, the strap placement is problematic. The top strap is too close to the toe and scrapes them, making a painful cutting ridge. The bottom strap , which has limited elasticity, is right at the ankle and rubs and chafes there. I have only worn them for a few short periods to see if they will break in and loosen up but so far no progress. I have many Naot sandals and have worn them for years so this sandal is a big disappointment .

well, I had high hopes but it was snug everywhere. I went with a Dansko that felt good right out of the box

I was surprised and disappointed because I had owned a pair similar to Ashley if not Ashley several years ago and loved them. The strap across the front is too tight and my toe was squashed. I also bought a pair of Kayla that are to wide

I have owned Naot shoes in the past and they have always been comfortable from day 1. However these were so tight that my skin on my feet bunched up. The lower strapped was cutting into my toe. So I don’t know if I just couldn’t get my foot into the shoe all the way so my heel hung off the back. Maybe I just got a mis-sized pair?

Love Love Love these shoes! They are fashionable and comfortable! Perfect for my plantar fasciitis. Finally shoes that I can look good in with my size 12 feet! Love that this brand of sandals runs narrow!

Very comfortable but on the short side for Naot. I am a 10 and need to exchange the 41 for a 42.

I love the sandal but they are too narrow. Not a medium width at all!

Size 43 is too small for my 11,5-12M size feet.

I have a high instep so it didn't work by for me.

These were cute on but the elastic strap was way too tight over the top of my foot. I have a medium width foot and it was not working so I sent these back.

I have a narrow foot and wear a size but the 37 fits me perfect. have bought several pairs of Naot shoes and love the style.

These are at least 1/2 size shorter than other Naots.

This is my second, or maybe third, pair of Ashley sandals. They are the best! Love the style and they are extremely comfortable on my old and cranky feet.

This sandal is super cute but unfortunately, the fit was off for me. I have a narrow foot, but the strap at the top of my foot was tight and the elastic strap was loose. The length was also a 1/2 size short. Sadly I'm returning these little gems.

This is the third pair of these NAOT sandals I have purchased BUT I also wear them as a substitute for slippers around the house. Since Covid-19 has forced much more time at home, these give me some arch support, have a little elevated heel, and are easy to slip into during any 'trips" at night. And, if my feet are cold, they still work with socks, although I'm NOT sending fashion statement photos of that! But, they work!

The 41 was too small for me.....and the color was more of a brownish-bronze rather than silver. (It did not come in a Naot box, but rather in a cardboard box). The 42, which I also ordered, was a silver color. I ordered both sizes in the "metal leather" color, so not sure why the differences. Unfortunately neither size fit due to my high arches. It just kept pushing my foot back, over the heel. I have many Naot shoes and I'm disappointed I won't be keeping either of these.

I wear a US size 11 which is supposed to be an EU size 42. The 42s were short and the 43s are great. I was actually replacing a worn pair that were also 43s. I tried both just in case something had changed in the manufacturer. It did not.

Narrow last. Excellent support. Great looking shoe. Disappointing.

Love these shoes and have had a black pair for years! I felt the foot bed was a bit short so am trying the next size up! Fingers crossed its not too big!

Feels a bit more narrow than a typical medium width. Adorable design. Foot felt secure and snug. Not enough arch support for my super high arches, though.
