Very comfortable shoe! The top strap was a little tight the first few times I wore the shoes, but it seems to have loosened up and these are both comfortable and able to be worn with dressier clothes.

These aare my 5th pair of Ashleys! I wear them constantly...so comfortable and true to size. However, the elastic on the instep seems to stretch after a long period of time and that destablizes the shoe...on to another pair of Naots!

Shoes are exactly as expected. The transaction with Zappos was extremely prompt and courteous. I did order another pair in the same style, but the fit was not identical and they needed to be returned.

These are cute on a size 11 foot! The raspberry patent is pretty and the little gemstones look sweet and not overdone. As for fit and the toe strap does not rub either side of the foot. The elasticized strap is still snug after about 20 wearings, which probably means it is good quality elastic. However, because of the snugness, sometimes my foot feels like it is being pushed out of the sandal making them feel too short even though they are the right length. The footbed at the heel is not wide as in some other comfort brands; it just fits.

Shoes are too wide - I wish they came in narrow. Nonetheless, I found these very comfortable and will probably buy this brand again.

This shoe fit like a glove from day 1 - no blisters, pain or problems. Only complaint is that, because of the elastic in the top strap, it sounds like I am walking around in flip-flops all day. Not the best for a quiet work environment. I love them and I get a lot of compliments on the style.

These shoes are cute, stylish and definitely comfortable. They are a cut above your typical comfort shoe. One small draw back is one of mine tends to slip off my foot a bit when walking.

Comfy - I love this shoe. I can't wear Birkenstock as they don't line up to my foot. These do and provide excellent arch support. They are my third pair of Naot’s. Don't let the price scare you off...this is a seriously comfortable shoe and worth every penny!!

Cherry color not as nice - I have these shoes in black that I purchased from Zappos! I love them for the look and comfort, so I decided to get them in the cherry color, but it didn't look very summer-like in that color. A little too deep red for me, so I am sending them back.

Beautiful sandal with wrong arch support for flat sole - These are the first Naot shoes I ordered. The leather is really soft and 'hugs' your foot. They look very cute on. Unfortunately, I had to send back these beautiful sandals because I have a big wide 'flat-soled' feet and the raised arch was rubbing into my soles after I wore them around the house for an hour. I really love these sandals, so I tried them on again the next day. Same result. I ordered two more styles of Naot’s - they are going back for the same reason. I think that for women with a similar problem it will be a helpful tip. Otherwise it's a great shoe for a 'normal' foot. And Zappos service, as always, is outstanding! Thank you, guys!

Naot Ashley review - I'm glad I read previous reviews and ordered one size larger than normal. The shoe does run short. I also think it runs a bit wide. I just wear medium and this is a bit wide. The shoe is attractive and comfortable but not comfortable enough that I would wear if it I were going to do a lot of walking.

Do not run true to size - I wear a size 11, but they did not fit. Sent back and ordered 12, still too small. Also painful to wear if you have a bunion. I did really like the style and footbed.

Great looking, comfortable, but run a little small - I purchased the metallic ones, and love how the metallic look increases as they age. They are great looking shoes, and are quite comfortable, but they run about half a size smaller than normal. That makes it a little tricky ordering them to fit without being able to try them on first.

Naot footwear provides incredible comfort and support without looking frumpy. Arthritic knees appreciate a light weight shoe. Most comfort shoes are heavy. Have toured and shopped all day long in Naots. Elastic strap on this shoe is less supportive of the ankle. Wouldn't wear these in Rome. They look great with crops. Wish Naot would develop a wedge.

VERY CUTE SANDAL BUT COULD BE MORE COMFORTABLE - I bought the Naot Ashley in Metal leather in size 41 as I usually either wear a 9.5 in medium width shoes (Naot only has medium width shoes) or a size 9 in wide width shoes. I've bought Naot before and although this shoe is VERY cute and I love the Metal leather, the footbed isn't as comfortable as it could be. I wish Naot would make WIDE width shoes, too. This medium width is okay on my foot but, just on my left foot, the strap across the instep rubs a bit on big bone below my big toe (I don't have a bunion). It's not too bad, and I hope the leather will stretch a bit as I wear them because I really love the look of these sandals. They are so cute and different. The footbed could be a little more padded for comfort but its okay as it's shaped to your foot. I LOVE Zappos quick service! They are a super company! Their prices are getting a bit high lately though... it seems as if they used to be more reasonably priced.

I bought the Nato Ashley sandals based on reviews I read. Also, based on reviews, I ordered my normal shoe size instead of ordering a half to full size smaller, which I normally do for sandals., since most don't come in narrow. These sandals were possibly the correct size (although I would probably order a 1/2 size small if I were to order again), but they were too loose for me to be sure. Also, the sandal straps did not feel comfortable on my feet. In fairness, this could have been because they were too loose, so they sort of scraped my feet when I walked. Unfortunately, they are not the right fit or comfort for me and will be returned.

The shoe rubbed on my instep where the elastic is sewn in. The sparkles were also too gaudy for my taste
