My foot is hard to fit, and I have arthritis in my toes. I live in a small town. Almost always, local and out of town stores do not carry my size. If they are willing to order my size, I have to pay shipping, including return shipping if the shoe doesn't fit. And the wait time is at least two weeks. Recently, I needed to find shoes to wear. I ordered several pair, several different times. I think I ordered close to twenty pairs of shoes. But the good news is that I found three pairs of shoes that fit my foot. And I never paid any shipping! I suppose there is a small fee on my credit card for the amount of days that the charges were on that card. But I found shoes that fit my foot, and the shoes were brought to my door within two days of ordering! Zappos provides a great service.

Naot Clog - My foot is wide and this shoe is not wide enough. It is a very nice looking shoe.

Nice but not perfect for me - I really like clogs but generally with my narrow foot it's hard to get the right fit. These fit best with thicker socks but when I wear thinner socks my foot tends to slide forward and my toes touch the front of the shoe a little, but they don't hurt.

Great, rather plain shoe - Fit to size. Very comfortable. A plain shoe that looks exactly as displayed online.

Review from a Lunch Lady - I find the shoe very comfortable being I'm on my feet all day....But I do have a problem that the embroidered flowers are not the same on both shoes...Only I would notice this...

Nice, but really no arch support - I had ankle reconstruction surgery 2 years ago and need to wear arch supports. I also have problems with pressure laying against the scar so I wear mostly clogs now. I have great felt clogs from Haflinger that have wonderful molded insoles and I was looking for something similar that wasn't made from heavy wool felt. These are not it. Which is not to say they aren't comfortable, they just have no arch support.

Love the style, fit, too slippery on sole! Choice was this, or Keen Sedona. This shoe won the beauty contest, fit contest, but, alas, lost on the "grip-ability" contest. After a tightly fought contest round (around the house on various surfaces). Fact is, it slipped on surfaces. Wood floors, tile, etc. Just didn't grip. Had a tendancy to slip. This was on dry surfaces, I hate to contemplate wet. I was frankly peeved, because I LIKED the darn thing. The stitching was unique and cool. The fit awesome, but I was a scaredy cat about it on floors. I had serious surgery (10 years ago, granted), do lots of sports, and shoe's grip is a big deal for me. If you're not that spastic about it, this would be a GREAT shoe. Note to NAOT, please make your soles more grippy. I'd buy them! Note, I have narrow foot, high arch, this was fine fit wise, though tried 1/2 size down from normal.
