I placed my order on April 20th and received a box the next day. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up, and I received someone else's order. I called Customer Service, and the matter was resolved promptly. The next day the UPS man delivered the correct order and picked up the incorrect one to ship back to Zappos. In addition, I received a coupon for my next order due to the inconvenience. I am very impressed with Zappos service, and will definitely order from them again.

Perfect for extra cushion in Ugg slippers or Ugg boots and even better to use the replacement soles for when the sheepskin wears out in the Ugg.

I'm very pleased with these replacements. They fit snugly in my Uggs and have made them feel new. My feet are very happy.

I ordered these for my Uggs that I have had for 3 years. The insoles are ruined in them and they got uncomfortable to wear. These made them like a brand new pair of Uggs! Would definitely recommend!

I use them as replacement insoles for my Ugg slippers and I also use them in my Crocs. Great.

My boots feel like they are brand new again. I trimmed the edges a wee bit and they slid right into place. Looking forward to cozy toes again.

These replacement insoles are great and better than the original insoles. They provide some arch support, which the originals don't. Since they go in on top of the first insoles (I couldn't get them out), they're a tad snug for a few days. But I love them! Also, the sales support was excellent and the rep patiently helped me select some new UGGs that were on sale. :)

This product is very satisfactory. I am going to order more just to have for the near future. I will give all around 5 stars.

Wonderful - Mmmh, I'm so glad I purchased these. They fit perfectly into my Ugg Classics, which weren't worn on the outside, but did have bald spots on the insoles from being worn so much. It's truly like having a brand new pair of Uggs and these insoles work on my "cheapo" Ugg knock-offs, too. I ordered these in a size 7 and they fit beautifully in my size 7 Uggs, which were a bit too big anyway. Now they fit beautifully!

Work great in Aussie Dogs, too - I was getting ready to replace my Aussie Dog slippers when I decided to try these Ugg Insole Replacements - it's like having a new pair of slippers!

Happy Feet - First- I live in the Syracuse, NY area. Our weather is either summer, or it's cold, wet, snow, ice, slush, mud, road salt, & more mud & ice. Warm, weather resistant boots are a survival necessity. Now onto these 'Australia Sheepskin Insoles': Zappos.com was out of my size 9 Women's insole, so I ordered a Men's size 8 instead. Upon receipt (the VERY next day- How does Zappos.com do it?), the packaging revealed very simply and clearly that the manufacturer makes only one insole- not one Women's version & a 2nd Men's version- How this is so concretely clear is the labeling on the package itself: A linear chart is printed, with Men's sizes on top (3,4,5,6,7,8,9, up to 15), and corresponding Women's sizes on the bottom (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) separated by a line of simple blank checkmark boxes in between. The manufacturer (or Zappos.com upon receiving an order?) then simply places a handwritten checkmark on the size indicated: A Men's 3 is a Women's 5, M4=W6, M5=W7, M6=W8, M7=W9, M8=W10, M9=W11, & M10=W12. In other words, Women's is simply 2 sizes smaller than Men’s. HOWEVER...Since I wear a Women's size 9 Wide shoe, & it's very difficult for me to find shoes that are wide enough for my feet, I decided to order up one size- so I ordered a Men’s 8 for my Women's size 9W foot: It was a PERFECT CUSTOM FIT in my Shearling boots! It fit so perfectly in my shearling boot, from heel to toe, and from side to side (I guess this can probably be attributed to the fact that Women's boots are usually made just a bit larger on the interior, to allow for heavyweight winter socks). Regardless of the reason, I do recommend that you ignore the sizing, and order one size above your normal size (as I did). So, the Men's size 8 I ordered, according to the Manufacturer, is actually a Women's size 10. PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT for my size 9 boots. Also, for anyone unfamiliar with exactly what these insoles are made of: 5mm inch layer of foam rubber (EVA cushioning) constitutes the bottom layer, with an extra 5mm layer of foam cushioning (latex) glued beneath that- from the middle back to the heel (leaving the front with just one layer, so toes don't get squished when wearing inside shoes or boots)- all fused to a plush, generously thick top layer of pure shearling. These aren't for boots only, you can wear them in any shoes that you want extra cushioning, absorption, air flow, comfort, warmth, etc. They feel absolutely heavenly!!! Also, you don't have to wear them in UGG boots only- you can wear them in any brand boots you want! I got mine for my Land's End Shearling boots- I've recently purchased several pair after researching the sheepskin/shearling boot market. I would also very highly recommend the Land's End shearling boots (they offer 4 different styles, 3 on sale right now, all about 1/3 the cost of 'UGG's'- and of fabulous, designer/couture construction, fashion, and overall quality- Land's End sz 9M fit my 9W foot sooo perfectly! I love them so much I bought 3 different shearling styles, ranging from $60-$90 per pair. So, for the cost of a single pair of high end / brand name boots, I have 3 pair of amazingly well made, last a decade-type boots, timeless in style, warmth, neutral color, & comfort. I only bought these insoles anticipating for years ahead, when I need to replace the insoles in my new Land's End boots. If you are unsure, treat yourself to these insoles...they're amazing. Also, order up one size- better too big than too small, and you can always trim them with a VERY sharp scissors to custom-fit your boots/shoes if/as needed. (So, instead of ordering 2 sizes down from the Men's version, just order one size down- i.e., if you wear a Women's 8, buy a Men's 7). Try them 1st- you may be surprised how perfectly separating Men's & Women's by just one size (instead of 2) fits your own shoes/boots! To Zappos.com- You have established the new gold standard for e-tailing, and there you stand- alone in customer service excellence, selection, quality of goods, etc. Don't stop! The world is at your feet (& vice-versa!). Thank you Zappos for showing the rest of the e-tailing world how it's done!

The princess and the pea - I truly am the princess and the pea when it comes to my feet. These are beyond fabulous! My feet are warm and toasty!

Great option for older UGGS - I purchased a size 7 insole for my size 6 classic UGGs and it just fit without trimming. At first, I thought they were too thick (crowding my foot inside of my boot) but after a few wearings they are perfect. Now my very worn- in UGGs no longer slide around and they are much cozier too.

Very comfortable - I buy insoles each year for my slippers; I find these last for a winter season, then need to be replaced. Very comfortable and not sweaty like some of the synthetics. Highly recommended.

These are great!! Once in, they are like getting a new pair of Uggs! They have arch support too! I have a pair of Ultimates which are designed for these replacements, but I also put them in my Classics that have stretched over time and packed down in the footbed. A wee bit snug at first because the insoles are so fluffy new - but still works great. For Uggs that have removable foot beds, get the same size as your boot. For Classics, get a size larger - they can always be trimmed down at the toe.

UGG insoles - UGG insoles are easy to use in placing in your old UGG boots and other shoes that you want to make more comfy. Make sure you order the same size as your UGG boots (in case your UGGs are not the size you normally wear).

Ugg Replacement Insoles are Even More Comfortable than Orig. I have thoroughly enjoyed my Ugg boots but even more so since I've replaced the insole with these. They are really "cushy" and very comfortable.

Ugg insoles - I replaced the insoles of my Merrell shoes (they were fuzzy too but Merrell doesn't sell insoles) and they were even more comfortable than the original Merrells, which I didn't think was possible. I have been trying to figure out how many of my shoes could handle these insoles. It's like walking on clouds.

Super Comfy - These insoles bought life back to my year old Uggs. I put them in my Sundance Uggs after I had worn out the original insole to death. They feel a bit snug at first but after a couple of days of wearing them they were perfect. I recommend removing the old insoles first for a better fit.

Works great for revitalizing stomped-down Classics, too! These are terrific - my Uggs were getting pretty flat from all my walking, so I got these replacement soles and they are the BEST! I was thinking of just getting a new pair to get that fluffy feeling again, but these insoles did that for a fraction of the cost. I placed them right over the flattish original insole of my Classics. Much more arch support with these and the heel actually feels cushioned (I noticed that as soon as I put them on again). Since I put them right on top of the original insole, at first my foot felt a little "stuffed," but after a few days of wearing them and letting the new insole mold to my feet, they feel just terrific. I highly recommend them - they make your Uggs (not just the ones with replacement insoles) feel like new! I wear size 6 in Uggs and got a size 6 replacement insole, which fit perfectly.
