I run hot, but my feet never feel hot with these insoles. They're close enough to zero drop that they won't affect your stride, but they keep my feet from slamming the pavement too hard in my zero drop shoes.

Had to replace the insoles of my Ugg slippers; love my Ugg slippers. Bought them about 4 years ago and they are holding up well; sill look presentable and are so comfortable!

The sheepskin insoles renewed the life of my ugg boots - after owning my boots and wearing them non stop since October I had worn the inner footbed down. Once I inserted the new insole - my boots felt amazing. Like they were brand new again!

Sole of boots had become a bit bare. These were a great fix. Boots felt a little snug at first, but after wearing a couple times, felt great.

I purchase men's inner soles for his slippers and women's inner soles for my boots and slippers. I thought there were something wrong with my circulation because my feet were so cold. However, it was because the footbed was so crushed from wear that it wasn't keeping my feet warm any longer. In the winter, I wear my slippers day and night! Now I'm warm again inside our home and outside. My husband's feet are warm and toasty again, too.

Used the ugg insoles in my after ski boots! Worked great on my old boots that are not made by Ugg

I used in two different pairs of boots and they work just wonderful.

I selected the incorrect size, thinking I need one to fill my shoe up, when in fact, it I should have chosen the same as my shoe size, or maybe a 1/2 size smaller, so it would fit. However, I have given them as a gift and my mother is a very happy, warm footed sweet lady.

These really helped make my boots like new. Sturdy, fluffy, and wash great. Perfect fit once trimmed.

Made my husbands houseshoes just like new again.

Highly recommend. Once you put them in, you need to wear the shoes a couple of times until they conform to your feet.
