I called re: a faulty insole in my new ugg boots was making them uncomfortable to wear. You replaced the insole and now I love my boots. Very quick response but only from the telephone call. Online c/s ignored my pleas for help.

These are so great, they make my uggs feel like new! Just have to order the same size as your uggs and you’re good to go. So glad they make these because sometimes the inside of my uggs get bad, but the outside is just fine. Just have to pay for the insole and it’s like a brand new boot.

I bought them for my husband's ugg slippers. The sheepskin footbed had worn down. I purchased the inserts in his size and he said they were supportive and very comfortable. Like new slippers.

I love all my UGGs, and have many styles. I hate to give up a pair I love, so I bought the new insoles, put them in, and had what amounted to a brand new pair of shoes! The uppers were in great condition. So now, it's like I bought a brand new, comfy pair of UGGs! I'm so glad they sell them!

It's a wonderful product, however I was very disappointed to discover my UGG boots don't have a removable sole!! I decided to keep the insoles & put them in a pair of slippers!

Had UGG slippers for a number of years. Insoles got a little "funky", did some research and found out that I could replace them. Ordered new Insoles.....Very Very Happy!

I bought these to replace the insoles in my fairly new fur lined Merrills, which were bunching up on me and wee very uncomfortable. I took a chance that these would fit. It was clear that they are more substantial straight out of the box. I removed the old insoles and popped these in right away, and I’m walking on a cloud. I am a happy girl!

had west nile virus, then peripheral neuropathy - could do new home sales or really wear shoes., after years of working on it,, uggs are the only shoes I wear period.. these inserts are awesome, but they are so thick that you kmay want to go up a size - it hits my top of foot over my arch on boots at end of day but other than that = heavenly

I have about 10 pairs of Ugg boots/slippers I’ve “collected” over the years. These insole replacements are fantastic for extending the life and comfort of the shoes and boots.
They are not inexpensive, but they go a long way. I keep a few of these on hand and am always delighted when I change the old ones out. It’s like having a new pair of Uggs all over again!!

I very much appreciated the text notices and shipping updates. The sheep skin inserts are wonderful. My first pair were totally gone and its so nice to have new ones. My shoes actually feel new again
