I read all of the reviews before purchasing these insole replacements, so I knew that my Uggs would feel tight at first, then settle in. I loved feeling the new soft wool...but ultimately, I felt these made my Uggs way too tight...they really didn't mat down enough after a couple of weeks so I removed them. I used these in classic Uggs, which are not officially compatible. Wish they had worked out.

These fit well in my Emu Ridge boots, and did what I wanted. I had very sore toes. I was able to put custom orthotics under the new insoles, and surround the toes in soft lambswool for a few weeks of healing. However, now, a few months later, the fur is already worn and lumpy. I'll try brushing it. If that doesn't work, it may get a shave.

I bought these to go in flats/moccasins that I usually wear without socks, to add some warmth. These insoles are not made for that! They are too wide and bulky to go in regular shoes. My Ugg boots do not have removable insoles, so I was not able to use them in my boots. I wear an 8 in most shoes but ordered size 7 and 8 because other reviews indicated a smaller size may fit better. I ended up keeping the size 7 to put in an older pair of fleece-lined moccasin slippers.

Makes older Uggs feel like new. Would be helpful to have an adhesive strip on the bottom so that they stay in place, but some shoe glue does the trick.
