Surprised and disappointed -
I recently purchased two pair of replacement insoles for my son's UGGs because his original ones looked disgusting. The new insoles arrived and looked great but I noticed that after just 3 days of wear the new pair looked pretty bad. All of the 'fleece' was worn off at the pressure points. I don't know if this was just a bad pair or if the other pair will be as bad. I may return the second pair after I discuss this problem with Zappos.

I do not like the cushion glued and sewn on to the sheepskin. It is overkill and makes my slippers feel tight. I will continue to look for some that are just plain sheepskin insoles.

I am very disappointed. Of course if you sell insoles you would think you could remove the old ones. But no. This was a waste of money. You advertise them as replacements. That is not so!

Cheap junk. These are not like the ones that come with the good Ultimate boots. Keeping them because I need them but will I not buy again. What a shame that Ugg has cut corners and given up quality. Even the boots have gone downhill.
