Heel too large and stretches - Initially this shoe is, and was comfortable, until walking. It is a struggle to keep on. The heel is not only wide, but, doesn't stay on tight and stretches making it a struggle and painful to walk in. My feet were in agony. I ended up buying two pairs of "MUDD" shoes which have worked out. I am very disappointed with my Morgans. I bought a size 10W, but maybe a 9.5W would work better, but then the toe box area may be too tight.

Very, very unfortunate. The SoftWalk Morgan was soo cute. It's hard to find a comfortable clog that is relatively attractive. I thought I would hit it with this one, but alas after walking 2 full blocks in them I could not take them off fast enough. As other reviewers had mentioned, these shoes fit like a glove, but in a very uncomfortable way. I felt like my feet were suffocating. The foot box was very tight and shallow, thus pinching my toes. Although the length of the shoes were just right, they kept slipping off whenever I walked briskly. The egg crate insoles did not alleviate any of these problems. I tried 2 different sizes and the problems persist. I guess if you have very flat feet, it might work out for you. Too bad it didn't for me, 'cuz they are really cute. Zappos, however, provides great service with their shipping and return policy.

Cute shoe, too small! I waited until I could find this in an 11W because it looks very nice. All that wait for nothing because this shoe runs short in length! My toe touched the end no matter what I did. The heel runs a little wide too, so I could wear them.

Not comfortable for wide feet - I work on my feet all day long, and I wanted a pair of shoes that I could walk, and stand in for long periods of time. SoftWalk shoes all seemed to have great reviews about their comfort and durability. While I cannot attest to their durability, I can speak for the comfort; which I think is marginal. The cushy bottoms are nice, but they are not very supportive if you have very high arches. Also in the first day of wearing them I got blisters on both of pinky toes...I'm hoping that this is just part of break in period...They are most likely ok shoes if you don't have high arches, and wide feet like I do...

Not comfy - I bought this shoe for comfort and it did not meet my expectations. The padded innersole makes the toe box too shallow. The heel slips even though the shoe is a narrow width and the front is tight. Although there is padding inside, the sole of the shoe is hard. If a comfort shoe is not comfortable I will go back to my 2.5 inch heels from Sesto Meucci and Donald J Pliner.

Yes, the heel slips - I decided to try this shoe because I have a high arch and thought it would help with issue cited by other reviewers that their foot slid forward. They are very stylish and did accommodate an OTC orthotic. Unfortunately, the back part of the shoe is so slippery that my feet popped out with every step. I don't think the sticky strips that help with heel slip will make any difference.

Absolutely love them!! Extremely comfortable. True to size. Nice arch support. Considering buying a second pair for if and/or when I wear this pair out.

I'm frustrated with the shoe design - I loved the feeling of stepping into this shoe right away. I have extremely wide feet and the width at the toe was working well, allowing my bunions enough room. The problem is that my heel slips out every time I take a step. I loved the comfort of the cushioning on the bottom of the shoe enough to try a smaller size. My hope was that maybe a smaller shoe size would prevent my heel from slipping. Unfortunately, both size 7E and 8E produced the same result... my heel slipped out of the back of the shoe with every step. I hope that the SoftWalk Company can address this design flaw because my heart aches over not being able to wear this shoe that is comfortable in every other way!

These are going back - I had high expectations for these shoes but when I tried them on I couldn't have been more disappointed. They fit just fine in the length but when I walked my foot slid all the way forward touching the top of the shoe. Very uncomfortable. They were also very tight across the top of my foot. Another disappointing thing was that there was absolutely NO traction on these shoes. So, these are getting sent back and I will be sticking with my Dansko clogs.

Can't find the right fit - After ordering two different sizes, I thought I found the right fit. I wore them around the house for a day. No problem. However, after wearing them out of the house, they started to loosen and my heel slips out AND my toes now touch the front of the shoe. I developed a sore heel and wasted $.

Hurt my feet - There is a weird "cushion" right where the ball of my foot hit. It was like walking on a stone. I am a very hard fit, and would definitely advise to try these even though they didn't work for me. With Zappos great customer service, I know there will be no problem returning them.

Cute, but not wearable - I need wide shoes, and I thought these shoes would be stylish and comfortable. However, these shoes are impossible to wear. The heel is not centered and is too small, making it extremely easy to twist your ankle or fall. I could not even walk through my house in these shoes. If you need wide comfortable shoes, try the SoftWalk clogs.

OUCH! I don't understand why, but these shoes make my feet hurt--not right when I put them on, but after wearing them for a while. There's something about the egg crate insole that just doesn't work for me. These were supposed to be my comfortable, go anywhere shoes. I'm disappointed.
