Never thought I'd be the clog-type but these are comfy! I've never been a fan of clogs until I started teaching. I would end the day wanting to shed my shoes immediately and I asked a fellow teacher if she felt that way. She looked at her Danskos and said, "nope. these shoes are great." They are definitely not my most fashionable shoes but I don't think my 2nd graders are too worried about that. They're very comfortable and roll with your foot as you walk.

One shoe larger than the other! I have worn Danskos for years. This time, I sent the shoes back because the left foot was about a half size larger than the right foot. Also, the inside finishing of the right shoe rubbed my foot uncomfortably because a piece of leather wasn't stitched down properly. The overall quality of the shoes seemed to have deteriorated since I bought my last pair a few years ago. Danskos are good shoes but inspect carefully before you buy!! I found a second pair of Danskos locally and they fit just fine!

Teacher's pet - I teach elementary school and am on my feet all day long- I never sit down. These are the only shoes that I can wear without foot pain all day. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. The look of the shoe is not very flashy or overly attractive, but it isn't too bad looking either. If you are on your feet a lot at work, then you need these shoes! I wear an 8.5 and ordered up so they fit well.

I love Dansko clogs- Greatest shoes ever. I can walk all day in them and my feet never get tired. They also keep my feet dry in rain and snow.

Aahhh... I'm having a lot of problems with my feet as of late. I have a high arch and the bones in my feet are curving around the arch - making my foot wide in the front and narrow in back. My podiatrist recommended the Danskos. I didn't know if they would fit - because as a result of a broken ankle- my left foot swells a lot- and I usually can't wear something so far up the foot. But I was surprised when I slid my foot into these and felt the support they offered!! I definitely plan on looking at the rest of the Dansko line. Maybe I finally found my shoe for life!! I'm not a good judge of how they run- because of my fat weird feet. But if you have a wide foot- these definitely work!

Impressive- my first Dansko shoe and it's been great so far. I was concerned about the heel slipping on and off, but it's not that difficult to get used to... and the arch support is great... I have a feeling this could also improve matters for my lower back. Sizing: I wear a size 8 1/2, and the 39 fits fine.

My first Danskos- Have loved the look of these for years, finally gave them a try. Love the rocking feeling as I walk. Gives me a little spring. I like how my foot slips easily in and out of them, they have wiggle room but feel very secure. I usually wear a US size 8.5, but Zappos advised me to go up in size and the next was size 9 (EUR 39). They front of the shoe felt just right but I found it hard to believe that the loose feeling of the heel was good sizing. Then I walking around for a day. Its good sizing. And, of course, Zappos rocks. They pulled out all the stops with getting me the right shoe and ridiculously fast. Thanks!

The most comfortable shoes I own... but buy a larger size- These are the most comfortable shoes I own... and they look pretty good... although not as good as some of the higher Dansko heels (which aren't as comfy). I have plantar fasciitis, so I bought a full size larger (I'm a 9.5 so I bought a 41) and can put my orthotics in them. There is a lot of space (a finger width) at the back of the shoe... don't buy them too small! They look good...but without my orthotics they don't have enough arch support.(I have high arches.)

The best shoe ever... These are the best shoes ever- I went to the mall to have them sized, then ordered them from Zappos.com. They are different than other shoes, in that they fit very loose. I am on my feet all day and they make the day so much better... they also prevent my back from hurting. These shoes are also versatile and can be worn with several outfits... These shoes are a must have!

Glad to find Dansko - Several friends told me I should try Dansko after I complained about having aching feet from doing a lot of standing in a new job. I really like these shoes. I have noticed a marked decrease in foot and back pain.

If you want to stand on your feet all day... I have been in the food service industry for over 18 years. I have worn many different types of kitchen shoes, but never any as comfortable as Dansko. I have been wearing Dansko Clogs since 1995. These clogs are really awesome. They make it possible for me to work 12 hour days. The fact that they are non-skid keeps me safe even in the wettest/greasiest situations. It is important to remember that your heel will move up and down in these clogs, but they do not rub your heel, they just ride up and down behind it. If they are just a tiny too snug at the beginning, they will give just a little after wearing them a couple of times.

Comfy! These look as though they will scuff, but scuffs just rub off! I have a very high arch and some of this style won't even allow my foot to fit into it. These are roomy but not too loose. They were comfortable from day one. I think the trick is getting the right size. I went a little larger than normal.

Great Comfort Shoes- Dansko Professional Oiled are very comfortable. I teach and I am on my feet all day. When I wear my Dansko Professional Oiled shoes my feet do not hurt at the end of my day of teaching. These shoes can be casual or dressy.

An old favorite... As always, this professional series from Dansko is easy on the feet right out of the box and you gotta love this color - I wear it in lieu of black with casual clothes...

Great Shoes - Especially when you are on your feet all day! I love these shoes. I want to get them in ever color because they are so comfortable.

As a teacher, I'm on my feet all day-- and these shoes passed the test! I'm a 9.5 to 10 narrow, and I was thrilled I could finally try Danskos, as the pro oiled is now available narrow. (I had tried the mediums, but they were much too wide for me--even with thick socks.) I would definitely size up: I ordered the 41 N and they fit perfectly, keeping in mind your heel is supposed to move up and down freely. Of course, I love clogs--my closet is full of them--(they are forgiving for hard to fit feet), but when middle school boys tell me my shoes are cool, I take it as an extreme complement. Best of all, they are one of the few shoes in my closet that I can wear all day and not be dying to kick them off in the car on the way home from work. I only wish the narrows were offered in more colors and styles...

Bullseye - This shoe/clog is perfect in all aspects, looks, price, comfort, and fit.

Very pleased - I'm so happy with my purchase of the Dansko shoes. This is my first pair, and I would recommend them to anyone. I've already had to wear them in the rain, and they came out of it still looking brand new!

Dansko Professional Oiled - These shoes are great! I wear mine to work as a nurse, and I can do four 12 hour shifts in a row and my feet don't hurt after wearing these! I've worn sneakers and various other nursing shoes and clogs, and these, by far, are the most comfortable shoes I've found. I recommend them to anyone who is on their feet for long periods of time. The only thing is finding the right fit. I wear a size 8-8 1/2 in most shoes, and I found that a size 38 was too tight. I exchanged them for a 39, and they are the ones that fit the best.

Dansko's Professional Oiled - It was nice to find shoes in my size. My foot is very wide so the width was great. I have short feet and the length was okay.

Excellent - I work in a very busy trauma center in Buffalo, I am always on my feet. I finally found a pair of shoes (clogs) that work for me.

a great travel shoe - Right now, I am traveling in the Baltic states. I ordered these Danskos because I wanted great walking shoes that would also work well for standing around in museums but wouldn't look like tennis shoes. I read all the reviews and determined that Danskos would be a good choice, but I was still a bit wary. It did take about two weeks to break in, but they are doing well and making my travels far more enjoyable. If you want comfort and style, I highly recommend them.

My Feet Don't Hurt Anymore!! I love this shoe! I've been having a lot of foot pain lately and decided to give the Dansko Professional a try. I'm so glad I did! I live in these shoes now - they are even more comfortable than my sneakers. They have terrific arch support. I have a wider foot, so they are a little snug when I put them on, but after a few steps they feel great! Highly recommend to anyone with foot issues - a lot less expensive than a trip to the podiatrist!

Review of Dansko professional oiled - I expected the shoe to be comfortable from the start based on the recommendations from collegues, however, it took a few weeks in order for me to say the shoe was truly comfortable. I felt it made my back feel better instead of my feet.
