I really love Jessica Simpson shoes to begin with. I really need a pair of plain black work heels for work, that aren't crippling painful, as I'm on my feet on marble floors for 6 hours at work. These are great! Soft leather, classic style, and the round toe always makes my size 9 feet look so much smaller! The only issue I have with these, is that they are very snug. The 9 does fit, but again, very snugly, even with pantyhose on. There's no room to add any kind of inserts for added comfort, no matter how thin they are. I bought another pair in a 9.5 from another site, (as they were out of stock here, or I'd much rather have bought them from Zappos!), and will compare when I get them. If I can get inserts in them and not have my feet/toes crammed against the top of the toe box, then I'll send the 9's back. Overall, great shoes though!

Love. As comfy as can be expected in 4" heels. Add some foot petals and they are perfect!

This shoe is as comfortable as it can get for being a pump. The heel is on the high side, but if you are used to high heels you should be ok. My only complaint is about the color. I had ordered the taupe; however it is actually more metallic gold. I won\'t get that much use out of this color so I am exchanging them for black leather.

These shoes are super-sexy, but boy, are they painful! They fit right and have a great texture, but definitely use some Foot Petals or other insert with these.

Cute and comfortable young style. A pretty shoe. My small legs made it not a good look for me ,because of the big heel. I think it would be very flattering for someone else.

Office appropriate, but not too dowdy to wear out after work. Definitely runs wide in width though true to size. Would almost keep these, but the black leather leaves me wishing they could use a slightly higher quality material as these look a little cheap. I need a more grown-up quality shoe so I am returning. However, I looked in the store and the black patent leather looks much better. I am reordering online as I don't want that last shopworn pair.

These shoes run on the small side. I couldn't even get on in my regular size. There is a bit of a platform in the toe, which is nice.

These shoes look intimidating (the heel is surprisingly high), but they were pretty comfy with a nice wide toe box. I wore them to my sister’s wedding, and they worked wonderfully, looked amazing and were just natural enough looking. Also you can wear them with some cute trouser jeans!

Super cute shoe but I am going to have return these. :( I have tried similar styles and in different sizes and I always have the same problem with the shoe fitting properly because of my high arch. I guess my search will continue.

The heel is high and there\'s not much padding, so the balls of my feet hurt by the end of the day. But they look good, so I try to save them for days when I won\'t be doing much walking.

The brown wasn't as deep a color as I would've liked; however, the shoe is very comfortable. The shoe was slipping from my heels, think it may run a bit wide and stretch out beyond the ordered size. I put some insoles to fix and now it's perfect. I've worn these shoes standing on my feet and never felt pain; they're great!

These shoes are really cute but they are very uncomfortable. I'm going to get some shoe inserts and see if that helps, but on their own it's almost impossible to wear them for a long period of time.

Got lots of compliments on these for the style. They are super high to me, I'm not used to wearing such a high heel. I think it is just all about breaking them in too; they hurt when I first put them on. There's not a lot of room in the toe box and I have very skinny narrow feet. It also slips a little like it may be slightly larger than marked. I’m trying to add some gel inserts in the heel to see if that helps. Definitely keeping them though, if you have a desk job these are great, if not, find something more comfortable if you plan to be on your feet for long periods of time.

Adorable shoes, but they are bronze, not taupe! If you are looking for a neutral color, this one isn't it. Had to return them.

Soooo cute, but super-high! As much as I think these are adorable, I could barely walk when I tried them on. I'm a heels girl - wear them all the time, but these were just too much. Impractical for normal activities. Maybe if there was a specific occasion where you didn't expect to need to be on your feet.

While the shoe fits in length and width, I found that the toe-box of the shoe was too short (height). Thus, it applies pressure to the top of my big toe.

Cute shoe, bad color description, bad fit. I ordered the dark taupe. It is metallic bronze. Felt true to size length but medium width is wide. High high heel, with absolutely no cushion in the ball of the foot. Did not fit my foot properly leading to no arch support.

These are not shoes to be worn to work unless you have a sitting job. They are nice and comfortable as long as you don't have to walk a lot. The heel is high so keep that in mind when purchasing.

These shoes look great! However, when I got them, I found them to have little padding given the height of the shoe. The shoe size also ran larger (in my opinion). They were also uncomfortable around the sides. I'm sure they would be fine with gel inserts and some wear/tear over time, but I will be returning unfortunately because Jessica Simpson does not make a 4.5. Yes, I have tiny feet!
