Fantastic - The Adeline is a fantastic boot. Excellent craftsmanship and oh so comfortable. This is my first purchase of Sofft brand and I am very impressed with the quality and comfort at such a reasonable price. I'll be buying more for sure. And of course Zappos couldn't possible move any faster or they would be here before I hit send.

Great comfortable boots - I got these to wear at a conference in Keystone, Colorado. Held up in the snow and comfortable to boot. Ha, no pun intended.

Perfect little black boot - I love these boots. Extremely comfortable; you can stand and walk in them all day long. I am a Zappos addict. This is the only place that I will buy shoes of any kind.

Comfy!! Great boot. It took a few days to get used to the arch support. This is an extremely comfortable and stylish bootie. The heel height is perfect.

Fashion plus comfort! I bought these shoes because I was leaving Houston, TX to visit my daughter for a week at her college in Michigan---in late February, with a full complement of snow! I wanted a stylish boot, capable of handling hills in snow and ice, comfortable enough for me to wear all day, even though I have a couple of "bad" toes. These fit the bill! I had no trouble navigating the unfamiliar weather conditions. The boots were very comfortable from the first time I slipped them on---toes wide enough, heel height perfect. And I got LOTS of compliments from other mothers! And, of course, the Zappos service is amazing! Thanks!

Sofft Shoe - This is a very cute pair of ankle length boots. They are very comfortable and stylish. There is no "breaking in" period with this shoe. Awesome brand! Love them!

Stylin' but still comfy! A sweet little boot to wear with either skirts or slacks. Unlike other styles in the Sofft line, which fit smaller than the marked size for me, this boot fit true to size. It has a sleek, unclunky line and adds a little bit of height to my 5'2" frame while still comfortable enough to wear it all day long, even with a bunion on one foot!

Great boot! I love this shoe! I bought a wide size for the first time and found it's very comfortable and doesn't squeeze my toes despite the narrow look. Lots of compliments and I can wear it all day! Highly recommend.

These ankle boots are so comfortable. Size and width felt right. The last is amazingly gentle on my bad feet so I never felt I was "falling forward" or putting too much pressure on the balls of my feet. Sofft brand shoes are sculpted and have such a classic silloette anyway, but these boots are great with jeans for an almost Western flare, or with nice slacks for an elegant finish. I am very happy with them.

Great boot - These fit just great with socks or stockings. This shoe does have a pointed toe so beware if you have square feet as I do. I ordered an 11 and it fits perfect.

The Langston Sofft Brand Shoes are the most comfortable! I have two pairs. They go with everything, and are so stylish!

Comfy and Cute - I have thick ankles, wide feet and a high arch. These fit me well. I wore them all day with no problems.

Best shoe ever! This is my favorite shoe yet! I do not wear heels but this shoe is so comfy I don't even notice that I am wearing heels. It is a cute on as it is in the photos.

Wear Once, Wear Forever - After receiving my boots, via supersonic shipping, and trying them on, I was somewhat disappointed by the tightness of them. I even went so far to print out an online return shipping label. However, before shipping them off I decided to try them once again wearing tights. They felt comfortable enough to wear that same evening to dinner, where I had to walk several blocks to reach the restaurant. I'm so glad I gave them a second chance...they are truly the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. After just two wearings they are comfortable enough to wear with a thin sock, which is most adequate for where I live. They are too stylish to wear with a heavy sock. Thanks so much Zappos for not only offering the Sofft line of shoes, but for also offering such an extensive array of shoe styles. This is my 4th purchase from Zappos and I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Sofft Adeline ankle boots - Very comfortable, stylish, look great with pants. Nice for dressier wear. Felt true to size and width. Sofft is an excellent shoe company.

These Boots are made for walkin! I love my boots. No break in time is necessary. They were comfortable right from the beginning. I had to get a 9 1/2 wide because of the pointed toe, so my feet are very comfortable. I can also wear my arch supports in them. They look great if dressed up or wearing jeans. One of my best investments (from many) I have received from Zappos! Thank You!

Zappos "delivers" again - I like everything about these shoes. I ordered a size larger than I normally wear because they were out of my usual size. Good thing, they fit perfectly.

Surprisingly comfortable! My mom is a fan of the Sofft brand and gave these to me as a gift. I was skeptical because so many "comfort" shoes aren't comfortable and they aren't very stylish. I was pleasantly surprised with these! These are about as comfortable as my tennis shoes and they are very stylish! The leather is soft inside and out and they have great arch support which is good for me because I am on my feet a lot.

Looking good - A very nice looking boot with jeans. Have a hard to fit foot and this was just what I was looking for. Heel is the right size also.

Excellent boot! Loved this boot from the first try-on. I have "problem" feet and hadn't been able to find a comfortable pair of boots -- but now I’ve found them. Looks good with jeans or black pants, lots of cushioning and good arch support.

FINALLY IT FITS! OK. Sofft's sizing is freaky. I ordered two other styles which just didn't work at all but I was dreaming that I'd find a pair that worked because the insole is just so Sofft and gushy. Walking in NYC for miles and miles requires comfortable, just good looking, shoes! That's what I found in these boots and they fit exactly as I'd hoped an 8W would. Bought the Bronte leather and the color is a rich dark chocolate brown. Not as greenish as I thought (thankfully!). Very high quality leather. The heel is the perfect height and shape, too. Stylish pointy toe. I LOVE THEM!

"Adeline," size 11, Caramello Conquest Leather - I’ve waited to review because Georgia's heat is slow to dissipate, but indoor tryouts reveal Soffts good arch support and solid construction; that my toes fit securely in appointed places; and good balance that insures, along with their unique sole treatment, non-slip walking. A romantic, I'm ineluctably drawn to Soffts unique names ("Caramello Conquest," now I ask you? and it is as you think) and creative use of fabrics and leathers. If "real" wear proves me wrong in my review, I'll send a p.s., but as I write, I'm delighted with Adeline's sophisticated elegance and the breath of "period" that Sofft wisely infused. Gentle People Zappos, as always, superlatives are in order, and I'm down to none, having used them all on your light-years-above-par Customer Service, whose members will do whatever is required to find an answer. The sense of mission that pervades your company and your attitude toward us who buy make it hard for me to feel like a "customer," so personal and perfect is every aspect of Zappos. Everyone I've told about you raves, as do those whom they tell, and on and on ad infinitum. I doubt you need to advertise. Dramatic plusses like free shipping both ways, no tax, easy returns, reviews, incredibly swift service attract buyers initially, perhaps, but as one explores your site, then seeks information about your company, she finds countless surprises: your history; your glossary; shoe digest; customer service from which all companies should take a page; and the small things, aids to shopping, such as "see other colors" and the way you arrange pages so one may roam through clogs alone; 2 1/2 inch heels; flats; only boots; green or burgundy or Conquest Caramello Conquest Leather or bronze metallic. That I can fill in a form if you're out of my size is inspired, and every time, within a few days I hear from you. You take seriously customers' suggestions; you took one of mine. (And I'm still hoping for sized knee-high hose in "pale flesh," brown, black. But I'm patient.) I could go on, but others want the floor. You could not be more perfect in any aspect. Please know you are daily, hourly appreciated. From the fortuitous day I literally "backed into" your site, I've had SHOES, every one of which came from you. I've returned a few, the result of my choosing poorly; never have I found a flaw, but if I should I'd simply call Customer Service with confidence. That says a great deal about you and your mission.
