For Overall Comfort Look No Further - I've been trying different brands of athletic walking shoes and this shoe is the best so far. It has exceptional support and great balance and shock absorption. I have a bad back but I can still walk in it for miles without any pain. I've also had my knees operated on and the cushioning effect of New Balance MW926 is so comfortable that I hardly feel the impact. I highly recommend this shoe for serious walkers and people who stand on their feet all day long. I own 3 pairs of these in different colors and am very satisfied.

Best. Shoe. Ever!!! I have one pair for work (ER nurse) and one pair to exercise. They have held up under some severe circumstances since I weigh 280 pounds. The ones I use for outside have held up to the beach, rocks, gravel, and dirt roads. 10-12 hours a day on the streets of Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Manila all have done their best to destroy this shoe, but it’s doing fine! I have tried Asics, Reebok, and Nike's best and they all start to roll after a month. These shoes have not rolled on me yet, (7 months) and still feel great. I am ordering 2 more pairs today because NB has a habit of discontinuing shoes with no warning.

Do not bother! These shoes have fallen apart on my twice now - I have worn them maybe 8 times in a month and the elastic at the back strap gives way. The first time I exchanged them for a new pair but this time I'm getting credit and will buy something else!

Great shoe - A bit warm for the summer but otherwise a very comfortable shoe. Spent all day on my feet yesterday and had no pain whatsoever.

I bought these shoes in white and black for my husband. He had suffered a back injury several weeks ago. Part of his job is working at trade shows for his company, which entailed him being on his feet all day. After wearing these shoes he said he could not believe how good he did with all the standing. He is a true believer in New Balance as am I. I am in the medical profession and I would wear nothing but New Balance.

Shoe is fairly comfortable and works well with orthotic inserts.

My husband loves the fit and comfort of this shoe. I know because he tells me everyday. He has worn NB shoes for the past 12 years as they are almost always wide and comfortable; but he feels these are outstanding. He wears a size 13 width 6E. He says the shoe box is very roomy, which is why we chose it; he requires an SL - 2 last. Definitely will buy again!

Nearly as good as not walking all day. I'm a postal clerk, and am on my feet 8 hours a day. These shoes are great. My feet are tired at the end of the day, but they no longer hurt like they did with my old shoes. Worth the money!

Xtreme Comfort - Xcellent walking shoe; especially designed to support diabetics, & other foot issues. This is my second pair.

Purchased two pair of the white ones for my husband. He's on his feet all day at work. He loves them, and we'll definitely purchase them again! Zappos is so convenient, and expedient in service!

My wife bought these for me - I have the gray suede. I feel as if I am walking on air. They are comfortable, easy on the feet, size perfect, and I’ve had compliments on how great they look. New Balance is the best!

REAL COMFORTABLE SHOE - I order this shoe because a friend had told me it was the most comfortable shoe he had ever gotten. I have trouble with my feet and yet this shoe was comfortable immediately. It is a great walking sneaker.

New work shoes - I'm 62 yrs old and have a new job at a home center store with concrete floors. I am on my feet for hours at a time and these new NEW BALANCE work shoes are wonderful. What a big and better difference over regular gym shoes with gel pads as inserts. Well worth the money.

New Balance Rules! These are great shoes. I needed them for a sort of uniform but I will probably wear them otherwise as well. I get the men's because the toe box is higher. These are very comfortable.

New Balance WM926 - Roll bar was recommended by physical therapist. This shoe aids stability and gait. Since a narrow size was needed, the shoe is perfect. Zappos was very efficient in order and delivery.

Service - Received the shoes...my husband loved them; they work great for him standing on concrete all day. Service was fast, thank you. I will recommend Zappos to all of my friends.

Terrific and perfect for my needs - A professional walking site recommended this model and it turned out to be perfect. I ordered it in white and Zappos got it to me by the next day. It worked so well, that I also ordered it in black.

Size and comfort - Shoe fits just right and was comfortable as soon as I put it on. Very satisfied with the shoe and fast Zappos service.

I have worn this shoe for nearly a year now. I work on concrete for 9 hours a day. I have orthotics that I wear in them. With cushioned insoles I can feel comfortable in them. I went through 3 pairs of 1122 from New Balance in less than a year and by the end of the day, my knees and legs hurt so bad that I couldn't hardly walk. So these 926s are great!

Awesome shoe...More Awesome Service - I ordered this shoe on Saturday afternoon, had them Monday morning. WOW, what great service. The staff was SUPERB. I asked questions, they did not know the answer, but emailed the warehouse staff who pulled a brown shoe and described the shoe to answer my questions. WOW, what great service. I will order from Zappos from now on. Oh...the shoe is extremely comfortable. I do not consider them ugly as some people say. Just a comfortable black shoe. Will even order a brown pair soon.

W O W! When I received the shoes, I did not try them on right away. About a week later I tried them on for the first time... it was instant love. I have not had a pair of shoes fit so good since I was twenty years of age. I am now sixty three.

Comfy toes - I have always had trouble with shoes due to my wide toes. These shoes are very roomy in the toe area. They feel great, look great and are very comfortable. I definitely will buy another pair. Kudos to New Balance.

Great shoe - Had to get these in black for a uniform to use 4 nights. Not sure what I will do with them afterwards. Don't really wear black. Get them in white as they are very comfortable.

Comfortable right out of the box. The 926 is designed wide across the toes. If you're used to the "sleek" look of typical designs, the blunt look can be disarming. But if you're looking for a comfortable fit, this shoe is terrific. Easily accommodated my orthotics.

Maximum Comfort - I have a partial amputation on my left foot, so I need support and comfort. These shoes are the best I have tried so far. I will be buying them again and again.
