These shoes are very comfortable and cushioned. They accommodate my custom orthotics very nicely, and a wide width had a narrow enough heel that there was no slipping.

Ugly duckling - When I took these shoes out of the box, I thought they were the ugliest shoes I have ever bought. But, I went back to the reviews and remembered why I bought them. I have been having severe knee pain and thought more supportive shoes would help. Within the first day of full wear, my knee was feeling better. Two weeks later, my knee is not swollen. I work part-time on my feet and walk a lot, and just wearing these for work has helped me tremendously. I am going to buy another pair of walking shoes (trying a different brand - wish me luck). I usually wear a medium, but I ordered the wide and the medium. Tried on the wide first and they fit perfectly. As for looks, one friend commented on my "orthopedic" shoes, but they look better to me now. Also, they feel very light on my feet, and I can move around well in them. I really appreciate all the information and customer reviews Zappos includes for each shoe. It really helps with the selection process.

True to size and very comfortable! This shoe is the most comfortable walking shoe I have ever worn. The most surprising thing is that the shoe is very lightweight. I always check Consumer Reports before purchasing just about everything and they rated this shoe as one of the best. They were "right on" as usual.

Great walker!! This is my second pair and I love them. I am still using my first pair after putting 50 miles a week on them for the last 4 months. They have lots of wear left. I got the second pair just in case they became unavailable by the time the first pair wears out.

I have had three pairs of these shoes and they are very comfortable, but all three pairs squeaked like crazy! I'm a nurse and I walk all day. The squeaking drove me and everyone else nuts.

I had gotten this same shoe 6 months ago, and its fit was great from the start. This new shoe (same size and width) is shorter, and narrower as it is uncomfortable to wear. I am on my feet for 8 plus hours daily, and can't wait to get them off. I have little choice as my size is 12Wide, and there is no larger size. It is extremely difficult to find women's larger sizes. Will I purchase this shoe again? No. I believe the shoe was mis-labeled from the factory. I thought they would be just like the previous pair, but they definitely are not.

This shoe is absolute fabulous I have been suffering with feet issues since 2014 tendonitis arthritis ankles hurting am a cashier on feet 9 hours a day 5 days a week all my doctor would recommend is insoles I must have spent a out a thousand dollars or more on shoes since 2014 to try to make my feet at least a little more comfortable I bought thensme brand Brooks shoes they made my feet worse I would die everyday wearing these shoes then going to bed at night then getting up in the morning every painful couldn't walk feet in horrible pain from wearing those shoes so I took a chance and bought these shoes oh my good so much of a difference comfortable I can walk faster my feet don't hurt after wearing them 2 hours after being at work they don't hurt at all it's like a miracle I am so happy and when I get up in the morning I'm not limping I'm not in any pain I wish I knew of these shoes years ago thank you for making these shoes and I told everyone at my job about these shoes

I put them on and off I go , excellent fit , I wear them everyday for my work! The delivery was great one day and they were on my porch can’t ask for anything more. Thank you for the good job!

I bought my first pair of these shoes three years ago after breaking my right ankle/leg and having been non weight bearing for almost four months during my surgery and recovery. To say that I was nervous about falling would be a gross understatement. I did a lot of research on what shoes could provide me with meaningful stability without looking orthopedic. These were highly recommended and I could see why the minute I put them on. They hold my heels tightly in place while I walk and correct a bad form I didn't even know I had. The wide bottom gives me greater stability and confidence, and allowed my heel to grow strong faster than my surgeon or PT thought possible. But long past the complete recovery of my ankle, I can't imagine not owning a pair of these for walking. Absolutely no one can tell that these are different from any other sneakers by looking, even with the extra width on the bottom. My gait is so smooth and correct that my back and neck hurt less often and my tush looks fantastic. These corrected my posture! I can stand on my feet as long as my ankle can take it, even though I have always had a problem being on my feet for long periods of time. It's difficult to explain, but I feel like Saucony snuck into my house to make the perfect shoe for me. As a naturally clumsy person going into middle age (I fell down the stairs in my own home in broad daylight while sober as a judge), having a shoe that protects me from falls is priceless. I had worn Spira walking shoes before for a job that had me on my feet all day and they saved my feet, but these have even more genius features for half the price and are much cuter. The quality of these is so good that it took three years of heavy daily use to make them look scruffy enough to order a second pair, and I will be saving my scruffy pair for the dog park. They are true to size unless you feel the need for really thick socks, and have plenty of room for my very long toes. And for what it's worth, both my orthopedic surgeon and my PT were impressed with my choice of shoes.

The most comfortable, supportive shoe I've found in YEARS! I have ankle and heel problems that make walking in the wrong shoe painful... But with these, I'm moving so much better!

I have tried other all white walking shoes, but I always come back to this one. It is not the most stylish shoe, but for me the fit of the shoe is great. True to size and the toe box is roomy. Being all leather, it cleans up nice (not like fabric). It may feel a little bit stiff at first, but like all leather shoes, it will relax with time. The price is very reasonable also.

Upon first opening the box, I was prepared not to like them. But, after putting them on, I was so surprised how comfortable the were. Size and width and toe box were all quite adequate. And lots of support too. Just wish they came in more fashionable colors.

The shoe is well made, sturdy, and fits perfectly. It needed no breaking in for comfortable, long walks. I'm looking forward to years of enjoyment with these shoes, despite multiple hammer toes and a bunion. I didn't need any additional orthotic with them.

I really liked these shoes when I received them. Unfortunately, they were too tight in the toe box for my feet. That's the good thing about Zappo's - I was able quickly and easily return them and I'm now on their website looking for another pair. Thanks Zappo's!

I love these shoes! Working overnight shifts which require to be on my feet all night means I need a shoe that is comfortable, yet practical for work. These shoes are the perfect pair. Not only do they glide on like slippers, but they are incredibly comfortable and water-resistant (added plus)!

I broke my ankle, which required surgery to put in a plate and assorted screws (broken/fractured in three places). I have been a Saucony fan since I was fitted for them at a running store years ago. After I read these reviews I took a chance on ordering a black pair for my physical therapy when I transitioned to walking. These shoes did not disappoint - I found that when I put these on the shoes allowed my foot to roll in a way to walk that that horrendous boot that I had to wear and "walk" in did not. I believe these shoes were the reason I was able to take steps faster than even the physical therapist said I should. So, I ordered the white pair too - these should get me through the complete healing process which I hear takes quite awhile. Please note that they do not seem as wide as other Saucony pairs I have owned but they stretch out quickly to accommodate my foot but I also enjoy the structure that the leather provides vs. material. Plus, on top of all this, they are so cushioned and bouncy that they may spoil me forever! I love the service that Zappos provides - when I received the wrong size originally, they quickly sent me the replacement shoes and picked up the old pair (very important since I am disabled right now). I will never hesitate using Zappos for all my online shoe purchases due to their great response and customer service (whomever helped me should get a raise).

I am so happy with this shoe...I don't need my own arch supports with them. The stability and cushioning is fantastic. And they don't look like Frankenstein shoes! The only negative I have is that the insole lining started peeling off after 3 wearings.

I love these shoes because I have weak knees and these shoes seem to keep my legs in place, making for less pain. Not very attractive.Just bought these, already ordered a second pair because stock is low.

I am 61 and purchased two pairs of the Saucony Omni Grid Walkers in size 8.5 medium, one pair in white and one pair in black. I found that both fit very differently. They both fit true to length, but the widths are very different. The white pair was much wider (which would allow for thicker socks if desired) than the black pair in the toe box area. The heel area fits the same, not too loose. The white shoes look much wider as well. The black shoes are more streamlined looking but still had plenty of area in the toe box. This can be a plus if you get into vigorous walking and want to give your toes plenty of room to flex without pinching. In my opinion, the black Omni's fit the best but still run on the wide side. I would order a narrower width in the white Omni's if ordering again. As far as comfort, I over-pronate a bit but never purchased shoes that addressed that problem until now. These walkers are very comfortable and reposition my foot so that I don't get the shin splint pain. Would definitely purchase again.

I'm on the fence about this shoe, and will wear it (on carpet) a few more times so I can make up my mind. I suffer from fallen arches and it's hard to find walking shoes that work for me. These have the arch support I need, but after wearing them about 3 hours, my right arch started to hurt! They feel a bit stiff. The pros are that they fit true to size and they're a smart looking walking shoe. We shall see..

I wear a size 9 M in these and they fit great. I have a bunion on my left foot and these provide comfort the leather conforms to the foot which stretches to accommodate it. I've been wearing Omni Grids for years. I walk my dog 3 miles every morning and these feel very supportive. They have a wide toe box which also makes them good for problem feet. I will always buy them please don't discontinue these Saucony! I highly recommend these shoes you won't be disappointed.

I purchased these shoes for work. I am a nurse and work in an operating room so stand for hours at a time in the same place. They give good support and my feet feel fine after a long day. I can put my arch supports inside. Good room in the toe. I will purchase these again.

I have a terrible time finding shoes that fit and give enough support (and allow me to wear a plastic arch support in the shoe). Also have I believe it is called pronation when I walk and lower back problems. This shoe was recommended by a shoe store after they watched me walk. Have been wearing it ever since and it is soo comfortable. Work in an office and the black works out well. Also have a pair in white. Runs true to size in length and width.
