I've been wearing these shoes for years because they are so comfortable, supportive and lightweight. There's no need "to break them in"; they're comfortable from the first time I put them on.

Zappos is the best! This sneaker is very good; the best arch support without orthotics for my fallen arches; one sneaker developed a squeak , but the replacement seems fine. I wore Asics for years, but always with an orthotic! Thanks Zappos! The only shoe place to go!

Overall I like the shoe. I wanted more arch support so I put in new arch supports. But thats my foot.

Thanks to the other reviewers, I ordered a half size larger than normal, so these fit perfectly! I have weak arches so I need a lot of support, and the Grid Omni Walker provides what I need. I recently started doing PT at the local gym, and these shoes let me exercise and balance comfortably.

I was on a mission to find comfortable, supportive shoes that fit my orthotic. It took awhile but I found them. I received these shoes last week and have worn them every waking minute since. The first day I wore them without my orthotic. They do have good arch support. I normally wear a 6 1/2 but order 7 1/2 in athletic shoes. The 7 1/2 were perfect for me. I am in shoe heaven! Thank- you Zappos for being patient with me while I searched for these shoes. As usual, outstanding customer service!

First time to try Saucony shoes. Liked the description That Zappos used on webcite. The very next day I was so impressed as I found out for myself that I agreed with everything written about these shoes. Comfortable and great fit. Took a long walk in them and did not have any problem with the shoes.

These are excellent shoes! Very stable and comfortable. I highly recommend them. Customer service was very helpful when I wanted to exchange for a wider width.

These shoes are simply amazing. I have several foot issues and after wearing these for just one day, no more discomfort. No breaking in whatsoever. They give wonderful support and are so very cushiony. I highly recommend them for anyone who likes to walk or are on their feet most of the day. I absolutely love them!

These look heavy but are not really lightweight. They are very comfortable and I am looking forward to wearing them on a trip where we will be walking a lot.

I wanted to replace two pairs of Saucony Grid walking shoes. Unfortunately, the model that I loved is no longer made, so I opted for this one. It fits well, is comfortable and well designed. My only complaint is that it doesn't have mesh that is breathable, as my feet get very hot.Also, I have a bunion and it would be more comfortable with a shoe with more flexibility around that area. However, I intend to wear it and enjoy it, perhaps not all day. I like the stability of the shoe. Feels like my foot is well cushioned and cradled.

I wanted a shoe with a good arch support and this one fit the bill. It has good support and reading the reviews helped considerably in picking out a good shoe. After having back surgery I always need comfortable shoe with that exceptional arch support.

Perfection! Especially for those of us who have a long second toe! I am on the narrower side of M for width, and normally take a 10. For these, I ordered 10.5 to allow a little extra toe room, and they are perfect! The heel area is a little bit narrow like most Saucony shoes (in a Medium width), which is great for me because they fit well in the heel and through the middle of the shoe which keeps my feet from sliding forward, preserving the roominess I need in the toes! Right out of the box . super cushiony comfort! I have been a Saucony fan for years because the Medium width & 1/2 size up, fits my slightly narrow/long toed feet perfectly!

I have bought these shoes so many times I can't remember how many I have owned. They are the best shoe for anyone who is on their feet a lot. I have worn them to amusement parks where prior to owning these my feet would have been so tired at the end of the day, but these really support your feet and provide the best comfort I have found. I walk 3-6 miles a day and also have used these shoes for programs like p90x. I always know when I need a new pair because my ankles will start to hurt. This usually happens after a year of heavy use.

I have been wearing these shoes for probably over 10 years. I've tried all kinds of walking shoes, and occasionally, I still do, but always come back to this Saucony Grid Omni Walker. I have plantar fasciitis and severely flat feet. I still wear an orthotic even in these Saucony Grid Walkers. No other shoe comes close to giving me the support that I have to have with my foot problems. Plus, I have narrow heels and I can count on Saucony to sell 2A shoes. I can wear these shoes all day and night, and never do they tire me or hurt.

These shoes were comfortable the first time I wore them! They provide a lot of cushion when walking so they're just what I needed. I bought them a half size larger than my usual size to give my toes extra space, and that felt perfect as well.

I just took these out of the box. On first glance, they are not very attractive, less so than in the picture, as if the photo was attractive, but hey, no attractive black walking shoes out there. Then, when I picked them up I thought, no way are these wide shoes. I put then on and wow! Great fit out of the box! I put them on without socks, nothing rubbing my feet. Put socks on and a Dr Scholls insert that I picked up at the drug store and my feet feel like thay have gone to Heaven. Now, I will be prepared to stroll the streets of Italy for hours on end!

I am very happy with this purchase. The sneakers are very comfortable and offer a lot of support and structure but don't look cumbersome. I removed the sock liner and my custom orthotics fit perfectly. No complaints - I would buy these again.

Okay, so I look like a nurse while I am doing my daily 4 1/2 mile trek. Do I care? No. After trying a jazzier looking shoe and getting blisters big time, I got these. Right from the very moment felt great. I walk. I want comfort, support and no blisters ever! I also have a bunion that is not bothered one iota from these sneaks.

I have had several pairs of these Omni walkers. They are great shoes, actually have some leather on them and help with pronating. Also I can use my orthotics in them.

Very comfortable right out of the box. I need a good arch and these shoes have a very nice one. Wore them all day the very first day I had them. Also love Zappos service.

Super. Gorgeous. I have flat feet. My left foot is larger than my right. And this shoe allows me to walk and stand all day. I love this shoe.
