I'm 60 and I walk 8 miles every day to and from work. Mainly for exercise and to avoid the NY Subway. I've been through many different walking shoes in the past, most recently New Balance. I find that lately the quality of their shoes is very hit or miss. I decided to try these after reading a review where someone in my age range said he walked a lot and found them comfortable for long stretches. They are the best walking shoes I've ever had. The comfort level is very high especially in the heel where I was beginning to develop plantar fasciitis. They have excellent support under the metatarsals too. With New Balance I felt I was walking in sandals. The Saucony's have a full thick sole that cushions and protects. I took out the stock insoles and replaced them with Spenco Arch Cushion supports which I have in all my shoes. They just give some extra added comfort on long walks. I really enjoy my daily hike much more now and I would recommend these shoes to anyone who walks as much or more than I do! I ordered the widest width available and found them a bit snug on the first few wears but they've settled very nicely with no adverse effects. I'll be ordering more soon because when I like something this much, invariably it is discontinued soon after!

Very comfortable, very supportive. I will continue to get these shoes. I feel like my stride is more natural, smooth, and easy with these. I used to walk in running shoes which are a little higher in the heel. Maybe that is the difference. But I highly recommend these shoes.

On my sixth pair of these, I do a lot of walking on my job and try to walk for 30 minutes every day and these walkers always perform well all day and night long. From the moment I put on a new pair until they hit 100,000 miles. Also, it seems like they got the shoestring length right finally; they used to be a little long. Also, I can always depend on Zappos to get me a new pair in 2 days!

I usually wear trail running shoes for my daily dog walk since they are so light and comfortable. However, I decided to try these based on reviews and the fact that the trail runners get wet easily here in the NW. These are so much more comfortable and supportive than my previous shoes, it's quite shocking. Only downside is mentioned by others, not very breathable. Feet can get hot and sweaty, probably not a good option for summer weather.

I'm a 63-year-old who walks a vigorous 2 miles daily. I had been wearing some super-duper Nike shoes, but my knees were getting worse and worse (though I didn't make the connection). When the Nikes wore out, I decided to try these Sauconys, though I was not familiar with the brand. The material and workmanship are both outstanding. But the best part is that the soft soles almost completely eliminated my knee pain in only the first week. I've had them for a couple months now and just love them! My next pair will be these again, if they're still available when my new ones wear out. Thanks, Saucony!

I have worn these shoes for approximately five years, and they are the only tennis shoes that I can wear. I have narrow feet, plantar fasciitis, as well as Achilles tendinitis on one foot. I wear additional inserts in these shoes, and they work well for me and have for many, many years.

Ive been walking 30 miles a week in these shoes for 3 months,, the shoes are super comfortable and very well built,, I'm picky but I would highly recommend these shoes for walking.. they are holding up real well, with a lot of mileage on them.

These are excellent shoes for work. The soles are thick and absorb the pressure of the concrete floors. I know good shoes. After having back surgery nine years ago, I am able to stand on my feet for hours and work in a retail store. Thanks, Saucony, for making good shoes with high arches!

I am a senior and walk at least 2 miles per day and these shoes are very kind to my feet and legs. Lots of good, firm support. This is my 3rd pair!

I bought this for my husband who has flat & wide feet but is very active physically. He loves these shoes! They provide good arch support and also have enough space to fit in his orthotics. Very happy with the buy.

These are very comfortable! They feel like sneakers, but look like shoes. There is plenty of sole cushioning. I am a UPS driver; so I give shoes a beating. I have worn them for approximately two weeks now. The provide no ankle support, but that is expected as these are walking shoes.

Great shoes. The soles are very sturdy. I have walked all day in these shoes and my feet do not hurt like they normally do in other shoes. The only negative there might be is they can make your feet a bit warm.

I bought these for my husband who has diabetes and broke his ankle a few years back, so his feet give him trouble...he loves these shoes. Says they are comfortable without the old man look, and his feet and legs feel better. I am going to get him another pair, he was so happy with these.

I took a chance and ordered this shoe for my husband. He put the shoe on, and I do believe he has worn it ever since! Well, I think he has taken them off to sleep! He has a flat, narrow foot that pronates. In other words, he is difficult to fit. He absolutely loves this shoe. He walks our dogs every day, except Sunday, an hour a day. He says the shoe is pure comfort! This shoe is perfect for him and I plan to order another pair to change out so they will last longer.

I have worn saucony walkers for years, but had to go up a size to a mans size this order. They fit, but caused me pain on the ball of my foot with an afternoon's wear. I have not worn them for a couple days and the pain has subsided. I will try again with shorter wear times and hope I can wear them without this happening. Never had this problem in the past!

I ordered a size 14 this time because I am wearing size (?) 14 special insole temporarily. I think that my planning/calculation was faulty and I will be trying a 13 or 13/12 as part of my next order. As usual Saucony toe box is great for me. Thanks, Guys G

Shoes fit on the second try. Customer service was excellent. After I received the order I was disheartened to learn that Zappos is part of Amazon, a hypocritical crony- capitalist company that is lead by leadership that promotes socialist, globalist, maybe even communist anti-American ideals.

good shoe, comfortable, but it squeaks when you walk, no matter what socks you wear, gave them away

I walk an average of 5 miles a day (according to my Fitbit) and have a standing desk. This is a very comfortable shoe for those purposes. The black-on-black style allows me to wear them in a professional environment except for the reflective stripe on the back (I'm going to try blacking them out with a Sharpie). The only problem I really have is the squeaking; it was loud enough to be irritating in the office as I walked around. I pulled the removable insoles and generously spread baby powder in the shoe before replacing them which I think reduced the squeak to a bearable level; time will tell if it lasts. Next step will be to try a third-party insole to see if that helps.

A good looking show that is available in a size 14.

This is as basic as a tennis shoe you can buy, the fit was a bit snug and the shoe squeaked right out the damn box.

I had never worn a Saucony before. I tried the Grid Omni Walker because the selection of walking shoes is very limited. I am very pleased with them. They seemed a little small at first, but a couple of walks and they felt great. They fit snugly enough without being too tight and therefore don't slip either. They have excellent arch support which is important for walking. I will definitely buy these again.

I wear these with my scrubs at work. They aren't amazing to look at, but they are so comfy. Arch support is great!
