Great pair of shoes and oh so comfortable. Services was also great, received them within a couple days of ordering them.

I have been a Birkenstock owner for years and have found these Papillio wonderful. I order shoes from Zappos often and have always had wonderful service.

These shoes are awesome just as I had hoped! In my local store they were much more expensive! I definitely am buying from here from now on!

The sandals fit perfectly. I really like the flowered print as it goes so well with most of my summer outfits. I started wearing Birkenstocks to help with foot and ankle problems. It's amazing how much they help.

Finally: heaven in shoe form! I have short, wide feet with various issues (high arches, hammertoes) and I could not find any sandals that would work. Zappos and I exchanged boxes week by week. Finally, I found these! They are amazingly comfortable. I have literally worn them non stop, day after day, for the week that I've had them and they are perfect. I wore them for a full day of walking at the zoo with my kids yesterday, and a full day of walking in downtown Chicago today. No foot pain, no knee pain, no back pain: wonderful! Plus, they are actually cute. They don't look like men's Birkenstocks. They have a feminine design and can be worn with light summer dresses, skirts, pants & shorts. I cannot wait to wear these all summer!

Zappos is absolutely amazing! Not only did I order on a Saturday, but Monday was Memorial Day and I received my shipment, on my porch, Tuesday morning! Once again, they amaze me at their no shipping cost and basically overnight shipping and quality of product!

These sandals are great! I have a lot of trouble with sore feet and these are comfortable to wear and my arches don't ache because of the arch support. Another big plus is they are super colorful and fun! I am glad that I made this purchase! Thank you Zappos!

Turned on to this model by a friend to help my painful plantar fasciitis. Wonderful! This was my second pair.

I love these sandals. They have a comfortable footbed and I wear them to work. I have plantar fasciitis and they help support my feet as I stand a lot. I also like they blue floral design as I wear skirts in the summer and the sandals look feminine.

I have owned several pairs of Birkenstock sandals, one pair is at least 12 years old. I really like the soft footbed in this pair and the solid arch support. I have neuromas in the balls of my feet and the soft footbed with the excellent arch support takes a lot of pressure off that area. These are wide enough to accommodate my bunion without irritation. I love the color with the fun pattern and have received several compliments on the looks. I also absolutely love Zappos' great service and free shipping!

This is a soft footbed. They are not the original hard footbed. This isn't in the description but needs to be. They are good. Just not completely what is described. I like them and would recommend them for those with sensitive feet to the original hard footbed.

Love that I can adjust the straps to fit just right, and the comfy supportive footbed. A great pair of sandals that will not leave your feet, legs and back hurting at the end of the day! Very pleased.

Really like these Birks. Like the pattern and have gotten lots of compliments on them. I find them very comfortable.

AWESOME sandals. Love Birkinstocks. So comfy, like being barefoot with a sole. I live in these shoes all year except winter, and even then I hate to take them off.

Leather was not as soft as I'd like. Formed foot bed just didn't hit my toes in the right spot.

I loved these, but I had to return them, because they were way too wide for my foot. Maybe it is me, but I like my sandals to have a snug fit. I need narrow and I think these were medium!

I love these Birkies. It is the first pair I have bought in at least 5 years. I ordered a style that I know works for me and I did not even need time to break them in. I have been wearing them most days for several weeks. And besides that, they look great - exactly like the picture.

I get compliments on these nearly every time I wear them! They're adorable (I had the white floral pattern). Plus, I walked all over during our European vacation, and these were so good about being comfortable! I had no blisters, not terribly achy feet, and they were good to go day after day. I highly recommend them!

I purchased the Papillio Florida in Anthracite. The color goes with everything but is more exciting than basic black. The shoe is extremely comfortable and I had no trouble breaking it in. My one small complaint is that the Papillio shoes seem to run a little large. I generally wear a 37 or 38 in European sizing and I ended up sending two pairs back using Zappos easy return process before I finally settled on a 36.

I ordered these to replace another pair of Papillios I've had for many years. Sadly the quality and comfort aren't nearly the same. The straps are narrower and the footbed not as cushioned. Was very excited, so am especially disappointed.
